Scott was amazing. He went out of his way to help me. He even was able to fix an unrelated problem I ve been dealing with for years with the vehicle. I had no idea it was warrantied. I had my car back in one day and am so grateful. I will continue maintenance at this shop moving forward. Thanks Scott!

This is the worst GMC dealership. Between their service department, customer relations and parts they lack communication, technical capabilities and personal skills. I d avoid this place at all cost. They had my truck for over 7 months because they didn t know how to program it. They ended up putting a portion of the rental vehicle I used during this time on my personal credit card and will not reimburse me. After this was all said and done the vehicle left the shop with 2 recalls still on it and I needed a part (they still can not source out after months) I ended up using another dealership and they had my parts within 2 days, corporate told me to go somewhere else s because they couldn t do anything about it and sent me $20 in GM rewards points (I am requesting they take their $29 back) Needless to say I think this will be my last GMC and I ll NEVER use or recommend Griffin Buick GMC.

Griffin Buick GMC for a dealership treated us well. We didn't have to haggle much on the value of trade-ins and they came in close to what we wanted. We appreciated the lower pressure sales environment. Miguel Leon is an excellent front line salesman who never pressured and worked diligently. Also - he has done well answering questions even after the sale, which is exceptional.

He provided an amazing balance between answering questions, providing options but also giving enough space to explore while I processed the next steps. After having so many poor experiences with sales I was so appreciative of him & the top notch customer service & support he provided. Be sure to ask for him & I promise you won t be disappointed.

Went to the dealership to get my 30,000 mile maintenance. I couldn t find someone to give me a ride, so I was forced to stay there. But I was surprised when I was back on the road in less than an hour they must have some really good tech in the back. Definitely gonna bring my truck here again.

A Great Experience - Tyler Sheldon helped us evaluate several different models and makes, even though we weren't ready to purchase. Just can't say enough positive about Griffin Motors. I have been purchasing and servicing all mine and my companies vehicles for the past 8 year from Griffin Buick GMC. Both sales and service have been extremely helpful, courteous and genuine. I would not bring my vehicles anywhere else as I trust their staff and appreciate all explanations and options. Never feel like I am being taken advantage of and love the follow up to make sure you had a great experience as well. Highly recommend Griffin Buick GMC.

I would like to share a positive experience I had with Griffin Buick, GMC Dealership. I purchased a vehicle on February 15, 2024 from this dealership. My salesperson was Mr. Tyler Sheldon. He presented himself very well. He was very professional, knowledgeable about the vehicle and its operations. He was honest and straight forward. He is not a pushy salesperson. He shows you the vehicle, answers any questions and lets you make the decision if you want to purchase. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase. After the purchase he took his time and explained all functions of the vehicle and make sure his instructions were understood. I am very happy at the vehicle I purchased and the service I received from the staff. A special thanks to Mr. marc LaMura (Manager) for his professionalism and assistance in my purchase. I will DEFINITELY purchase at this dealership again. They aim to please.

I debated for quite some time about whether to leave a review or not and after careful consideration, felt it was necessary to share.Found a car that I was interested in online and my husband decided to make the drive out there to see it in person as there weren t many photos online. He was advised that the car essentially had just come onto the lot (it was a trade in) and had not been detailed as of yet. He was allowed to take a peek still to see if it was worth me driving out to see and he felt it was. He asked the salesman to text him when the car was cleaned and he would bring me back.A week had passed with no text but I was off and thought why not just drive out there because I really just wanted to lay eyes on it myself. We arrived and the salesman he initially spoke with along with another gentleman were already outside. They advised the car was almost done with detail and he would bring it out front. While we waited, we walked around the lot to see what other SUVs they had available. 4 peeked my interest with one that had just been brought from the back. The gentleman that drove the truck was happy for us to look while we waited for the salesman to come out with the other truck that we initially came to see.The salesman finally arrived. And I immediately noticed the rims were not the same as the ones posted online. I asked why they were different y and it was just kind of shrugged off. I then informed the salesman that I would like to see the inside of the other SUVs as well and in a nut shell told me to pick two I d like to see but I couldn t see them all. Weird anyhow decided to just go ahead and test drive the SUV we came to see. I was informed there was no gas in the truck. So I asked well, can t you put gas in the truck to which they responded yes. After taking my license, he comes back and maintains possession of the key. He hops in the back seat and I the drivers, my husband the passenger. He tells me where to drive and lo and behold it s only in the adjoining Lowe s parking lot. My husband and I perplexed, question is this the only place we can drive ? Literally we can only go about 5-10 miles. So again he states, well there is no gas. We ask if we can just drive to the gas station then which would allow us a better experience/drive. He agrees and directs me to the gas station. When we start driving on 74, at one point at hit 47 MPH and he belts out, can you slow down! I felt belittled and like I was a child. We arrive at the gas station about a minute or two later and he proceeds to exit the vehicle locking both my husband and I in the car. While it was January, it was an unseasonably warm day, mid to upper 60s and it got warm in there quick. Plus I am pregnant and was even more over heated. He finally returns and directs us to drive back to the dealership, about a 5 minute drive. Needless to say, my husband was very upset and expressed that to the salesman. We barely were able to drive the car and to consider buying a $68k+ car, we should have been afforded that opportunity. The salesman seemed dismayed and shocked at my husband s reaction but it was warranted.It was just a very unpleasant experience. I m not sure if the salesman was just new and nervous to be be alone with us and I hate to say it s due to our race but that s what it felt like.I won t name names because I don t want it to be an attack on the individual but there is definitely an opportunity for some diversity and inclusion training.

Well I had a good review , but I was sold a car that said it was good to go and no problems . I ve spent thousands on a already 3k over Kelly blue book price car, on rotors brakes a alignment , and the ac didn t work when I was told it had maintenance s done and it didn t . 8k at this point for a lemon. Tyler was NOT awesome anymore . Appeared to be Super communicative still after the sale to get this part put in and my car cleaned . Good guys! Not pushy , easy to work with . Would def not use them again!This ad was edited now

I took my 2018 Buick Enclave there for a small repair this past week. My service advisor, Charles, was amazing! He made sure my daughter and I got to work/school and that we were picked up so I could drive my car home the same afternoon. Charles went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!

***UPDATE*** as of 3/15I went and called the service dept because I was getting a low voltage error on my recently purchased certified pre owned vehicle. I brought my vehicle that I had purchased 3 weeks prior. I was told the battery had gone bad. Yet having to make a single payment on the vehicle let alone for it to be a bad battery, they wanted to charge me $350 for the battery and replacement. They refused to take care of me with the bad battery from a $35k vehicle they just had recently sold me. I am still within my return policy and I am seriously considering returning the vehicle because of this shortcoming. You would think a dealership would value its customers especially a combat veteran who is disabled. The sales team is great but the service dept is horrible. They say they put the customer first, but there is no empathy and you would think making a customer happy by doing the right thing by providing a working battery would be too easy, but I guess they don t want to help out. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience here and k will tell all my veteran friends not to come here because they take advantage of their customers.I haven t purchased a vehicle in 14 years. How purchasing has changed since then JT worked with me through the chat contact on the site. He was kind, courteous, and diligent by getting me the vehicle that I wanted. He made it happen. As a combat veteran, I appreciate the extra attention to detail he gave me when picking out the vehicle, explaining the many features and ensuring that the vehicle was in fact the best one for me. I highly recommend coming out and seeing JT and any of the other staff there, they have made this the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. Great work!

My husband purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and was told there were no mechanic issues at the time of purchase. After driving 40 minutes down the road, we noticed smoke coming from underneath the hood and a major coolant leak beneath the truck. We had to drive all the way back (5 hours round trip) two days later for them to repair the issue. Once my husband brought the truck back home after maintenance fixed the issue, he noticed the same problems still happening.Now we have taken the truck to a professional who has found a diesel leak and still, a major coolant leak. Also have found numerous areas where parts are just zip tied together. We understand this is a used vehicle but, we are extremely disappointed in the condition of the truck after being assured there was nothing to be concerned about. Now we are looking at at least $1000 to fix the problems with the truck. Very disappointed with this car buying experience.

I ve had the best experience ever dealing with Miguel as my sales representative. Miguel was very courteous, professional and upfront from the moment we met. No pressure, but extremely engaged with follow ups, taking all of my phone calls to answer any questions that came up, even on his personal off time. I recommend Miguel to anyone in the market for a new car. You were amazing Miguel, keep up the good work

Tyler Sheldon is the best! If you are needing a new or used car without pressure, go visit him! He will help with getting you the best deal for your vehicle and is always super helpful with questions after your purchase. Buyers beware!!I purchased a $65,000 Denali from this dealership over 2 months ago. I was promised at time of purchase that I would be contacted when the missing parts that were ordered came in for it & the few minor scratches could also be taken care of at that time. The salesman said it should only take 2 hours but if it took longer they could give us a rental. After a few days I noticed one of the headlights was not operating. So, I contacted the salesman who sold it to us. I was told that he just needed to get with the service department & would call me back. No call. I messaged him again, same answer. I gave him my husband's number to set up the appointment. After another week my husband reached out, he was given the same answer. 2 months later, 8 messages & numerous calls we were told we could "bring it up if we want" but they would have to keep it overnight & not be able to give us a rental. This is just incredible.It truly feels like once you make a purchase at this dealership (under false pretenses) & they have your money, your worthless to them now that commission is earned. They will tell you anything you need to hear to get your purchase then any customer service is gone once you walk out of that building, even if you spent $65,000.

Tyler Sheldon was great to work with.I had to drive over 3 hrs one way to buy the truck. From the time I started talking to him the previous day on the phone until the moment we left the dealership the next day he was great. He took time to explain everything and answered all of our questions. Plus the finance manager was also great to work with. His name is Michael Moyer. If the rest of the staff is as good as those two then the dealership has awesome staff.

I had a great experience at Griffin buying my new GMC truck. Proud to shop local from a family owned dealership that's been around 30 years or more. My salesman, Chandler Blakenship was knowledgeable, helpful and easy to deal with. Once I finally made up my mind on which truck to buy they had me out of there in about an hour. Would highly recommend this dealership if your in the market to purchase a new automobile. Love my new truck!

I was lightly looking for a car & was not planning on buying anything seriously yet. However, I truly appreciated J.T. at Griffin Motors. There was excellent follow up & no sales pressure/tactics. We were able to discuss various options & I even came back another time for me to look. Every staff member here is personable & easy to get along with. I highly recommend! Me & my new Acura have already gone on adventures & road trips!
