I deal with customers everyday and realize it can be a challenge most days . With that said I had to cancel my first appointment and then reschedule my 2nd appointment ( 15 minutes before time ) and 0 attitude was given . And even got me rescheduled for same day just later . Extremely grateful.. these guys no how to treat peopleMy Truck is back to smooth running - THANK U

We use Discount Tire anytime we need tires. Prices are reasonable, and staff are attentive to customers. I had a flat and needed four new tires. They had my tires in stock and were able to have it done in about three hours. Considering how busy they were, that was great! We will continue to use them for all of our tire needs!

Fast, friendly service. If you drive around Charlotte and Monroe, get the road hazard. I just had a tire with a side wall puncture and they replaced it for about $35 in under an hour on a Saturday morning. It doesn't get any better than that!

By far the best tire place to go. I ve gone here several times and the customer service is exceptional. Caleb helped me out today and was super nice and informative and I was in and out in an hour (depends what time of day you come in). Great experience and will always come be coming back and recommending this to anyone who s looking to get new tires!

Loved my experience!! Bought 4 brand new tires!! Everyone was so nice and friendly. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable. He understood what I wanted and didn t talk down to me just because I was a woman. Once again I really loved my experience there.

Wife and I are from a different state and had some concerns about the front tire pressure in a vehicle we just purchased. Stopped in and explained our concerns and everyone was super nice and helpful. They went ahead and checked every tire and even wanted to make sure that the spare was properly inflated, which it wasn t. Great customer service!

They were too far behind playing and goofing off to get any work done .. :( won't be back..Ok so I came back today is 3/12And guess what BIG mistake . This time instead of new tires I was just coming to get some air and I sat there for 15 minutes not one person came to me not one person said anything so very rude they were listening to music dance and around and just enough to make someone very mad I have a light on in my car and I believe that if something happens to me or my children because they wouldn't give me their services that I will find them responsible because they're so irresponsible and goofing off and playing around not wanting to do their job

In the past I ve not liked going to tire stores like Discount Tire. I still feel that way about the rest of the crop of Mavis, Firestone, and Blacks Tire. Each one of those, I ve had up charge scams. Being a lifelong mechanic, I can spot a rip-off.At Mavis I saw a flunky take his glove and rub the dust off my Q40 Infiniti and try to tell the the shock cover, which was steel, was bad and rubbing the bottom of the shock.Mavis big scam are lug nuts. Your lug nuts are work out and a tire could fly off. Firestone it s all about the Dark Fluids and your battery is low.Blacks Tire quoted my 82 year old Mother in-law 1100.00 for tires and an unneeded alignment. She drives 2k a year. I went to Discount Tire and 442.00 we were out the door.David in Monroe NC the Asst Mgr called me and took time to help me out since the tires I ordered were discontinued. My Wife s car is here today and I ll be bringing my Equinox in soon.

Came into discount tire of Monroe with a few issues. The manager Jacob was so professional. They were very busy. He got to it in a timely manner. He got everything balanced. Showed me on the tire balancer where everything was zeroed out .I should be riding a lot smoother now .Put everything back on such a great group of guys.

ZERO STARS, bought 4-new tires at Discount Tire in Concord and was treated very professionally. Had them rotated in Salisbury last year and was treated great. Went to this Monroe location today to get rotate and balance and was told that I needed new tires. That they were a "4" these tires still have a lot of tread left and do not need to be replaced. When I told the sales person that I was not buying tires today, just need rotate and balance, he said "for your safety, it won't do any good to rotate them. When I picked up my keys to walk out, I told him that they had just lost a good customer. The manager followed me out and said "we'll rotate and balance them, but it will be about 3-hours". I told him if they weren't so concerned about selling new tires, their business would be great. But I will not be back to Discount Tire. BTW, I read through some of the reviews and noticed all the 5-stars were when people bought tires. All the low ratings are for service after the sale. Speaks volumes!

Brought my Tesla into this location around 2pm on 22 March for a tire rotation, the front desk reviewed the tread in the tires and said that we had about 10k miles left on the tires. When we picked the car up at around 4:30pm it was noticeably pulling to the right, we took it back and the front desk offered to put it back on the lift, but it would be pointless because they couldn t do alignment. Since there are no tire stores open on Sunday and we liv outside of Wilmington we had no choice but to head home. Just outside of Laurinburg, NC the tire started making a thumping sound and once I pulled over the tread had ground off to the belts and the rest of the tread was falling off. We had the car towed to Discount tire in Wilmington and had to wait until Monday when they could get to it, thankfully Wilmington Discount Tire prorated the tread for what should have been left to make the cost of replacing the tires more affordable, but as soon as we picked the car up from the Wilmington store it was no longer pulling to the right.The Monroe store either allowed us to leave their store with very dangerous tires or the incorrectly rotated and balanced the tires (causing the pull to the right) I complained to Discount Tire Corporate HQ who said that the manager should be reaching out to me, but I haven t heard from them in 4 days.Avoid at all costs, I appreciate the fact that the Wilmington store was willing to work with me, but the Monroe store definitely put my families life in danger by either incompetence or negligence.

I purchased a set of tires for my wife's vehicle last year, it was time to get the tires rotated and I was treated with respect and professionallisim upon my return. Even though I did not have an appointment, Liberty was very accommodating and let me know that because it was not crazy busy they would get it done in about an hour. After I patiently waited for about an hour and 15 minutes, Pat came out with my vehicle ready to go, tires rotated and free of charge like it was promised when I purchased this set of tires. These days good customer service it very hard to find so I really appreciate the good experience I had.

Poor communication. Waited while they were short handed for a tire rotation and flat tire check. Told them it could be a cracked RIM from the start. No one told me that would prevent them from rotating the tires. They took it off, and put it right back in same spot. Total waste of time, will just start doing my own rotations again. They didn't even tell me they didn't/couldn't do rotation cause of it. I just happen to notice it wasn't done today and had to call and ask why they didn't rotate them.UPDATE* Bought new Rims from them, figured they surely put my tires on. Nope....only 2 of my tires. They claim the other 2 have too much inner wear and for that they will not mount them. Never coming back to this money pit of a place. They always find an excuse to sell you something.

Love this location. Everyone has the best customer service. My visit today started at 8AM, a phone call with Corey- who assured me they had my tire in stock. Later at 11:30, I was greeted by Ethan who stopped what he was doing to assist me. Great personality and an even better salesman, he sold me 2 tires, not just the one. He had me in and out in 22 mins- yes, I was counting considering I was on lunch- along with the help of two other gentleman. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!

Needed new tires for my vehicle. Called them about the tires and set the appointment.Got there a little earlier than the appointment, with 5 minutes after I arrived, they had my vehicle in the bay, swapping out the tires. Not only did we get the tires for a steal, but they were also done way before time they said it would be ready.Plus, the warranty they place upon the tires is a blessing. Just a few weeks ago, my wife had three roofing nails in her tire. They put her a brand new tire on for $13 dollars. And they tires we had were over two years old.So, if you can find anywhere else you can buy a new tire for $13, let me know.

For the last few months I ve been dealing with one particular tire. Every time I either call someone or go to Monroe store I m told different answers!. My tires have not been rotated, and I purchased these tires at the Monroe store. I keep getting nothing!!! It s like my situation is not important. I m told you can still drive it . Ok I drive almost an hour one way and I don't like it!

I have bought 3 sets of tires at the Monroe NC Discount Tire store, and directed at least one other person who bought tires there as well. The staff has varied, but they have all been outstanding and almost more helpful than I could stand. Most recently, service agent Gian went well out of his way (with appointments galore and down one technician) to accommodate my son's walk-in problem. We thought we were there to replace a damaged tire, but Gian discovered that we only had a damaged pressure stem which he replaced at no charge, then exchanged the repaired tire for the toy tire and sent us on our way AT NO CHARGE. I keep getting pleased at this store again and again.

These guys are so awesome. They are honest straightforward and shoot you straight. They are very friendly and compassionate and they understand that buying tires is sometimes not enjoyable. They try to be compassionate about the situation. We will definitely be going back in the future.

I took my car in today and it was pretty busy but CHRIS was the nicest person I've ever encountered In retail. He was super helpful, kind and even called to let me know they were running behind. Not to mention he backed my car out for me because between me, you and all of the internet I suck at backing up. I will always go here as long as Chris is there! May Chris catch every green light on the way home from his busy day!

Fantastic experience. Bought 2 tires online, made an appt for early morning, and fully expected to be there several hours. That was simply based on based tire purchasing experiences in the past. Yet, this time was different. Received a call on my way in that a bay was ready and there would be a sign with my name on it and to pull in that bay. I was greeted professionally and the team got to work shortly after. Overall, took about 30 min and I was done. I was surprised when the consultant told me I was good to go. Great service, fast turn around, and good price overall. Definitely will use Discount Tire in the future and would encourage others to as well!

Update as of 9/8/23...still a great place for your tire needs. The crew works with their customers to get the best tire at the best price.Best tire store, period! The team here is the best I have ever worked with. I will not go anywhere else for tires, ever. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff.

They were great! My daughter needed a tire. She called a few places and they had the best price.We brought the tire in and the rim was bent. DT said they would try to fix it but were unsuccessful and even called a rim repair specialist to see if that was cost effective, but alas...They went over and above expectations by working after hours on a holiday weekend to help. I appreciate that.Everyone we dealt with was friendly, courteous and professional. 5 star service.I hope my daughter can keep her car between the lines, but just in case, I'll keep their number handy.

The friendliness the service and professionalism cannot be overstated. There was a mistake in the order process and they made sure that everything was taken care of. They put their own tires on the vehicle as loaners until the ones I ordered came in. While waiting in the lobby I watched them treat everyone that came in as the most important person in the store. They were professional and polite to everyone on the phone. If you want value and quality on your purchase please go see them. BTW Walmart is in the same parking lot and was treated as I was wasting thei time and wouldn t honor the appointment I made a week earlier. Please do yourself a favor and go to Discount Tire Monroe!

What's the point of making an appointment? Been getting my tires here for 20 years. Good staff and clean place, but when you make an appointment and it takes an hour and half for 4 tires. Would love to give 5 stars but not with that kind of wait. When you schedule a time I expect more.
