This is an Excellent place to take your vehicle. It was my first time there. They took Excellent care of me and my Vehicle. They went above and beyond. The People are Great. Very Friendly and Professional. I'm Extremely Picky about who works on my Car. And since my former mechanic was no longer available I was referred by my Boss to try this place. I'm beyond Thrilled! I'll definitely be a customer for life. I Highly recommend this place to Anyone who needs any Automotive work and General maintenance done. Great Place. We are from out of town and we re traveling from Wingate orientation to the beach we had a problem with the bottom body part of our car. They only had to put a bolt or two in and could ve charged but were super awesome and so sweet and didn t charge us. I will be back to use this shop when I go to college!!!

This was my first time with this garage. I felt very comfortable having them service my granddaughters var this was the second estimate I received on the required repairs. Not only did they they came up with about the estimate, they found more repairs required which were covered in their original estimate.I particularly appreciated dealing with Jeff who stated it was most important to make her car safe. This would not have been possible if I had taken the first offer.Thanks for insuring the safety of my family. You are definitely my"go-to" guys.Thanks again, Nelson Howlett...

Outstanding these guy know how to take care of a person. There honest respectfully straight forward pricing to get the job done was an unexpected change. Fast clean and properly done work for me. I would even send my mother alone here to get work done on her car and not worry about how they treat her. That cause they do it RIGHT from beginning to end. I will be back to have more work done on all my vehicles here because for once I felt like I got a really fair deal.

Hello! I definitely recommend East Franklin Service Station to all of my friends and relatives. I was referred to this awesome company by my sweetie back in 2018, and they have taken care of my car whenever I have an issue. I love Ms. Denise, Mr. Dave and Mr. Jeff! However, Ms. Denis is the most sweetest woman in my opinion, and I will continue to keep her in my thoughts and prayers. I truly miss seeing and talking to her, when I bring my car to their shop. If you want your vehicles service right, please come here because they will treat you like family. Love you guys!

Great to work with! I had taken my Kia Sorento to 4 different places including the Kia dealership twice before taking it to Dave's Auto Repair. None of them could figure it out before. My Kia was jerking especially when cold and my extended warranty was about to expire. I was advised by the owner of Roadmaster Tire to take it to Dave's. He said he was the best and I've trusted Roadmaster for over 20 year. Dave's men diagnosed it within 24 hours and repaired my rear lift gate while waiting for the engine parts from Korea. Dave and Jeff went the extra mile and worked with the warranty company on multiple calls to save me almost $3000 on the issue as well as on my rear liftgate. After 2 years with this issue the engine runs as smooth as new with no issues. I'm 70 years old and have needed many mechanics over the years and Dave's are the best I have ever worked with. They now have a new loyal customer and I would trust them on any vehicle in the future.Service: Engine repair

We've had them work on two different vehicles and they have provided excellent service and honest assessments of work. We couldn't be more pleased to find a great, reputable mechanic to work on our vehicles. Very pleased with their work, even after another 20,000 miles. Highly recommend!

My elderly mom took her car because it was leaking oil. They charged her $1000 and told her the issue was resolved. One week later she noticed oil was still leaking. She took the car back and they wanted another $1800 to fix the issue they said they already "fixed". We took it to another repair shop and they told us that the car just had too much oil in it. They charges for an oil change and the car has been fine.

Great service. BJ is working there. He is the best mechanic in town. Regardless of your auto or truck needs, BJ can take care of it and you can be sure the work will be done with complete care and competence. He has cared for our trucks and cars for years and we have complete confidence in BJ and DAVE'S AUTO REPAIR.

Had a repair to my granddaughter Malibu,Chefvorlet Place was going to charge me 350.00 called& got estimates took it to east Franklin st service station charged138.00 for same repair. Check engine light came on checked her car 2 days in roll no charge except for can of something to clean out fuel system 11.00 dollars these folks are honest& kind & hardworking. Great place !! Will be back

The service here is fantastic.Our van developed an awful noise on a long car trip, so I looked up the NAPA Autocare places and picked this one. I called just before they closed, and they asked me to bring it in first thing the next day.I expected it was a loose heat shied, shock, etc -- and so did they given the type and location of the noise. It wasn't that at all -- the issue is that the brakes were never bolted back on when the dealership I bought the van from serviced the vehicle!Once they diagnosed the issue, they fixed it and sent me on my way. There was no attempt to sell me unnecessary services or parts, and the price they charged for the diagnosis and troubleshooting was more than fair.This is despite the fact I live hundreds of miles away, and can't be a repeat customer -- which they knew.Excellent place! Take your car there!

Had taken my 09 Chevy Silverado up to them to get fixed and they were very knowledgeable and told me exactly what was wrong with my truck (it was a big fix). They got it fixed within a couple days and I was back on the road with no problems! Fast service, great people! I ve found my permanent mechanic!

They have worked on 4 different vehicles (Lexus, Acura, Ford, Chevy) for me. Fixed them all with no problems. Very reasonable prices. Very trustworthy! I highly recommend them.

So, good people who know what they are talking about. Truly care for you and your car. Will try and help you price wise. However, they are a business and can be a bit expensive. As most car places are, know what you want going in and they will let you know how they can work with that.
