Dada Auto,Thank you so much for helping me find my dream Tahoe for a good price. I found you local in town by chick fil a. You went over and beyond to help find ways to get me into the Tahoe with a decent price. Your finance skills helped me find one good bank, that you knew that would work, without having to run my credit a million times like other dealers did. All in all I appreciate you for what you did for me and my family. Defiantly a good dealer who took care of me and highly recommended.

I was very fortunate to come across DADA Auto while hunting for my next daily driver. The owners are a great group of guys fair and were willing to work with me to get the best deal possible. As always when purchasing a used vehicle it is ultimately up to you to assess its condition. I was very appreciative for them letting me take the vehicle to get inspected before making my offer. A few days later I took my new vehicle on a 900mi road trip back home to the Midwest and it performed exceptionally well. Definitely check these guys out if your are in the market for a new car/truck.

My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing. I spotted a 2015 Dodge car online and made the effort to drive an hour away on a Saturday to see it. However, when I arrived, I was told that the vehicle was not ready. I returned on Monday to test drive it, only to be informed that the banks were closed due to Labor Day, even though I had filled out an application on Saturday.On Tuesday, I called around 10 a.m. and was told that Joe, the brother, would call me. But Joe never did. Frustrated, I called again at 11:45 a.m., and when Joe finally responded, he claimed he hadn't seen my application. I submitted three applications and got approved on Wednesday.Despite discussing the details and requirements for picking up the car with Joe, he assured me that I would see him that day. I even called in the afternoon to let him know I was on my way. However, when I arrived, Joe acted as if he didn't know who I was and shockingly informed me that he had sold the truck. I'm relieved I didn't go through the trouble of arranging transportation to get there, only to be met with such a disappointing and unprofessional experience. To top it off, Joe hung up on me during our conversation.

I have so much respect for these guys, I knew exactly what I wanted an they did everything to help me get my vehicle. The best customer service. An we decided to purchase two vehicles from. I purchased a car from here and I love it! At first the bank wanted something different but Joe came through and I was able to get it anyway! The service here is great, the only hangup I have was the SUV had a "bra" on it and when Itook it off, i ould tell the body has damage BUT it wasn't major.. I still love my baby! I would DEFINTELY recommend DADA!!

I had a bad experience with this company. My engine light was on the same day I took the car home. I was told they would fix the radio to the car. It took them almost a week to fix it. As soon as I left Dada the radio stopped working again. Two weeks go by the radio drained the battery. Due to them connecting the radio to the battery. Again I was given empty promises from them. The car came with other problems as well. I wouldn t recommend buying a car from here.

This was my first experience having a vehicle financed. They made this so easy and smooth and worked to find me the best financier within my wage. I will refer any and everyone to Joe and his family. They are awesome and patient people. They made sure the car was good with everything, literally the engine looks new! Go there you will not be disappointed

I did not have a good experience with financing my first jeep. I purchased it about 6 months ago & my check engine light has been on since the day i got it. I took it back to their shop 3 times & was told my coils needed to be changed but they never got changed. Also the key fob does not work to unlock my doors or anything. I was told they would order me a new one but i still have not gotten no response or anything about my jeep. Also there is no cover on my antenna & there is a leak from the top of my jeep. Like i wish they would have been more professional because this was so wrong of them to just ignore the problems that they knew the jeep had & told me they would fix!

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Yousseff was the BEST. Customer service was superb! He made my purchase so easy. Gave me a great deal on a great car. I was done in less than a hour. Very knowledgeable about their cars and are very upfront and willing to help. I highly recommend them. Best service and experience. I was not haggled or pressured.

My husband and me purchased a truck from here and we are very happy with our decision! Joe help us a lot, he has fantastic customer service. He s Very friendly owner and great prices! I would definitely recommend anyone that needs a good running car at a reasonable price Will definitely do more business and we are waiting for a Jeep Wrangler

I had the absolute best experience with this family oriented auto business. Joe was extremely warm, welcoming and taught my mom and me a lot about cars and purchasing cars. The process was smooth abs he helped me get my dream car. I m usually not trusting of car salesmen, but I am forever loyal to Dada Auto !!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I purchased my first vehicle from DADA in 2016. I'm finally finished paying it off! Everyone there is great. I had THE BEST customer service that can be offered, nothing too uptight and you feel like they are working with you to get you in a good car that fits your needs.After I bought my car I ended up at the dealership a couple of times for an oil change or some mainance required issue. Of course a good while after I bought the car. It was very convenient since they had the shop out back, and I live in the area.Every time I would go I had to stay maybe 30 minutes, if that. In that time I would look around the new inventory and talk with the employees of they where not busy. Most of the time they would say hello and get back because the always had new cars coming, they always had something to do.After about a year and a half into my two year loan, I was there for my brake pad. I, once again was looking thought the new inventory and found the boss man sticking stickers on the front of the cars. He said hello and started asking my about how my car was and how I was doing in general. I told him about my plans about possibly purchasing another car from them. My credit is now great because they help me out when I was just 18 with no credit AT ALL!He gave me some really great advice. He told me to invest in something that will keep adding value to me, my experience, and education. I told him that because I had so little left on my car I was torn between wanting a house and a bigger car. He told me without hesitation to get a house first. That would be so much better in the long run for my self. He told me to invest in strategies that would keep me successful for my house and for any future car purchases. I was also told that because my credit score was great now I didn't have to pay the high interest rate. (Which I didn't anyways, because I always paid more or paid early).Over all DADA was a great buying experience for me. My first car ever was great. Till this day still NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.I give them 10 stars.Thank you DADA AUTO OF MONROE.

I went and looked at a Jeep here a few weeks ago. The car was not exactly what I was looking for but the people were very nice. They had a wide selection of vehicles but I was looking for a very specific model. They seemed really honest and were easy to find just on the outskirts of Monroe. While I did not buy anything from them I was very impressed by their salesman who was very nice and not too pushy. Give them a try.

Purchased my first car on Saturday April 21st, 2018. Joe and his brother helped me pick out the perfect car which happened to be a bmw 335i coupe for an amazing price. Made me feel like family, would recommend them to anyone. Great business, great knowledge, and just great people. Will definitely do business with in the Future. This guy Joe Dada was amazing! His is the most well known independent car dealer in Monroe. He gives you a family like experience and never rushes or pressures his customers...Very trustful and always puts your best interests first..This guy really cares! I purchased a Dodge Journey from here and I had great service! Very friendly and affordable. Joe will work with you to help out anyway he can. They went over everything instead of rushing me to sign. Another satisfied customer! I had a wonderful experience at DaDa Auto. Halteab was very patient, prompt, and helpful in my first car-buying experience.I came from out of state to purchase the vehicle so he was very nice about all the phone calls from myself and my bank; he provided all the information I requested (carfax, bill of sale,etc.) in a timely fashion.I was nervous about buying the car, especially from out of state but he was nice and assured me that I would not be disappointed. The day I went down to purchase, I test drove and had the car inspected by a mechanic shop a few minutes away. The car was clear of any major issues, just a driving belt that may need to be replaced in the future! He made the paperwork go pretty fast and explained everything to me as this was my first-time buying from a dealer.I was worried the salesmen here would be sleazy but they aren't; the guys here are very helpful, friendly, and honest! Halteab did not try to tack on any extra fees or charges once I arrived; he stayed true to the price he gave me and my loan officer. The gas was on E; when this was pointed out, one of the employees took the car and filled it up without complaint.All in all, I am very pleased with my experience at DaDa Auto and my new car! It was a good deal and the perfect car for me. I would return to DaDa Auto for my next car purchase and I'd recommend them to all of my friends and family! Go see the guys here, you won't be disappointed!

Talked with the dealer for a few days for a suv he had on the lot that seemed like a good deal. After checking out the pictures and agreeing on a price that I thought was a really good deal I decided you purchase the vehicle since it was exactly what I was looking for. I talked to him on the phone and asked him if there were any problems with it and he told me of one problem which I knew was common with those vehicles and assured me the car was in great shape and looked perfect. I rented a car and drove 400 miles to get the car. He has a guy pick me up at the car rental place and immediately I should have just gotten back in the car and went home. The car he was in looked extremely rough, no a.c., and he had a flat tire. He drove like a madman to the dealership. The car was supposed to have been ready when we got there along with paperwork. The owner wasn't there and the car wasn't out front. It was locked in a fenced in area in the back that looked like a junkyard. The window was down in the car, the inside was covered in dust and filth, there were stains, multiple things broken. A dent in the back quarter panel and huge scratch, a chunk missing out of the sidewall on a tire, it was in terrible shape. The owner never showed up. I had to rent another car to get home. I spent over $600 to go to this junk yard dealership after being lied to about the quality of the car. After finally hearing back from the dealer he simply said it was a miscommunication. I would not buy anything here. Apparently they buy junk cars and try to get them pretty enough to sale. All the pictures are taken at the right distance and the right angle to make it look good. I'm out over $600. But maybe I can save some other people their hard earned money. Run away from this place. It's worth it to pay extra somewhere nicer and trustworthy. All I was offered was a simple sorry.

Communication on a vehicle I was trying to purchase was terrible. I live 2 hrs away, I was communicating with Joe via messenger, and due to his lack of communication he has lost a customer. Don t waste your time with this group, just a bunch of hacks ..
