Crossroads Service solved a long term painful issue for me. I don't write very many reviews, but this scenario deserves one.TLDR, brand new F150 from an out of state dealer had some alignment issues. I had taken it to two other services centers already with zero luck. Big Dave set me up with the RoadMaster alignment and I finally got the ride a new vehicle should have. A big thank you to Big Dave and Crossroads Ford from me!

Funny experience.I made a service appointment for my Bronco and drove into the service entrance, met the service advisor thinking I m doing great I m early!He seemed to take a long time looking up my appointment and he couldn t find it. He asked where did I make the appointment? I looked at my calendar and told him, he was very nice and said that s about 7 miles that way lol. I haven t lived in the area very long.So now being late to go there I asked he he could fit me and he graciously did.So I will be getting my car serviced there for along time.

I wanted to buy if there are spare parts for my commercial Ford. Yes or no? To go or not to go? For half an hour I corresponded with some dude who found out everything about me and my car.My English is not good enough to discuss ordering parts over the phone and I wanted a chat mode. So for half an hour I answered him and answered. Then he just sent a phone number where I need to call.I do not think that this was the right option for me and for the firm itself.

Had to pick up a part for husband. Employee had the part and I was in and out fast. On the way in, I passed a sweet olive colored Bronco! A guy was washing it, I may have drooled a little. Lol. Love those broncos! Although I'm perfectly happy in my Jeep Grand Cherokee! :)

Well I thought the service reps were nice , I just think after kinda explaining what was going on with my car some of the issues were addressed although not 100 percent, but it does run better I think that I should have insisted on more being done and that s on meService: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic
