We chose Classic Collision through our adjuster and they did a fantastic job on the repairs for my car. They were very quick and they kept me updated through the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone.

Classic collision did supreme work on my car. It looks like new. They kept me up to date on the progress twice a week, and had very reasonable costs on labor. It took a little longer than I expected, but was well worth the wait.

Worst experience ever. Took my car in and three weeks later i have to call THEM for updates. estimated 5 day repair. THREE WEEKS later and im still getting told (for the 2nd week in a row) it s almost ready. Unacceptable.

Update: The body work is done and they did an excellent job from what I can tell. It looks like new and the paint matches. No complaints about any of the process and the job was completed ahead of schedule.They were able to quickly get my vehicle damage assessment done and uploaded to the insurance company for review. Easiest process I have dealt with so far.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

Worst service took it back twice didn t get the job right. There was nothing wrong with top of cab some how molds on top of cab are all loose. Windshield got replaced during the process it all got scratched up. On passenger side. A chip they had missed the first time all they did was throw some clear coat over it didn t even take the time to sand it down and do the job right. Totally disappointed and dissatisfied with there service

Absolutely perfect craftsmanship. Wife's BMW GT was hit in the front. CCS (Mark) advocated to get only factory parts while the other party's insurance company wanted to get cheap replica parts. Nice to have someone on your side! I was worried about the the quality and match on a high end vehicle, but the paintwork is outstanding. Looks like it rolled off the factory. You know they use quality paint when I traveled from Charlotte to Miami and back and there's not a single rock chip. They must inject Kryptonite into their paint or clear! Thanks folks! BTW, there's another CCS in Matthews but after visiting both, I chose the Monroe location. It was all about the greeting I got (or didn't get from the staff). Common owner so I'm sure the work is just as good at the Matthews location, but kudos to the folks at the Monroe location for both customer service and end result! I'm a raving fan and telling everyone!

Great service and staff, replaced the grill and fixed my Audi A5 S Line. Kept me up to date on the entire process. Used OEM parts, will be a return customer.

Accident in Feb 2022 led me there. They made the claim easy, fast, and it looked great. Took it back for a headlamp, and they were on point, even with part shipping delays.Last month I called to ask for the paperwork for the claim (geico just got around to recovering from a hit & run) and they emailed it on the phone right then and there.Always curtious and quick at repairs, highly recommended.

The work they did was fine. Before picking up my truck, the back glass on my camper shell was broke. My main issue is their lack of communication. Almost a year later after the same response I contacted my insurance. Wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but all communications had to be initiated on my end. You would think a reputable business would be more willing to give updates. I still recommend their work but if there is any issues then you better stay on them!Service: Body & Trim

The dealership across the road sent me here, because my white Hyndai had an issue with peeling paint. The dealership paid for part of it, and I was responsible for 20%Pros:1.they quoted me 5-7 business days, and completed the job exactly one week after I brought it in.2. The areas they painted (trunk, hood, roof) look goodCons:1. When removing my windshield, they broke it, which I was partially responsible for paying for (when they called to let me know they said very matter of factly that they told me of this possibility when I brought the car in for a quote, which is not true). I also noticed that the windshield framing does not seem to be sitting flat and even like it should2. I was disappointed to see that unlike all other body shops I ve ever taken my car to in the past, they didn t clean or vacuum the interior of my car at all.3. The exterior of the car looked very dirty when I picked it up. The new windshield was streaked and dirty, and there was mud splatter all over the front. The dealership said it must have happened when it was being delivered from across the street.4. Based on what I researched of average car painting prices, they were higher than average, especially considering they only painted 3 areas of the car and not the whole thingService: Painting

Classic Collison is an excellent body repair shop! I highly recommend these guy's. They were transparent from the start with what the possible timeline could be. Luckily parts were available and I got my vehicle back within 1 week. They are aways very helpful and upfront with their clients. The repair was quick and high-quality. Phil was my advisor and he is the most upfront, loving and honest person, I have ever met in my entire life. I am so grateful for Classic Collison body repair shop, the entire staff are very friendly and will give an individual the greatest experience from the first day of meeting their staff. I have been a customer of Classic Collision for several year's. I promise everyone their work is superior. I love the quality of everything that is portrayed in their work. These guy's are professionals, excellent work plus integrity! Who would not want those qualities in any business? Thank you! Phil & Classic Collison staff as well.

The work they performed on my vehicle was outstanding, unfortunately something in my car was missing after picking it up. I had my Bose ear buds in their case plugged into the usb charging port. It is a small black case and fit perfectly in the corner of the compartment. I closed slide and left the car with them for repair. As soon as i picked up the car i saw the slide door to the compartment open. I went right in an explained that i new they were in there and are now missing. The very nice lady at the desk said she would have the manager call me tomorrow, which never happened. I called and he assured me he would ask around and call me later that day. Again no call back. So i packed up the box as well as the charging cord with a letter inside and delivered it to the shop for the owner telling him how disappointed i was. He never called back either! I feel that is terrible customer service and will not go back no matter how good of a good they did on the car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Dropped my Explorer off for some insurance work in Monroe and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely helpful and they gave me updates every step of the way. Best part was when I dropped my wife off to pick the truck up and immediately got an excited phone call that they had cleaned the interior of the truck. Super happy with this shop and will definitely be coming back. Thanks for everything.

Mike and the staff at Certified Collision do amazing work! I needed my Jeep repaired quickly and they succeeded. When I went to pick it up it looked brand new, they had washed and detailed it for me. Highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Don't even think of using someone else...these guys gave me the best body shop experience ever! The shop is very clean, the staff was the most knowledgeable and professional I have encountered and the quality of the work was exceptional! I drive a 2011 Grand Cherokee Limited in that very popular black pearl metallic. I was very concerned that no one could match that color and texture properly but they did it! Better than new is a term I have never used before but its true in this case. These guys earned every bit of it. i only wish I could give them more stars...and no, I'm not on the payroll or not related.

So after using Certified Collision twice in the past, this third time around was not great solely based on customer service . I ve dealt with Sherry in the past each time I needed my car fixed and was disappointed to find out she was no longer with the company. On Monday 3/1/21 I took my car to CCS to have them run an estimate on the damage from a car accident that I was in a couple days prior, and from the first encounter with Justin, I did not feel valued as a customer. Throughout the whole process there was no sense of urgency, the communication was extremely poor, anytime I got an update on the status of my car, it was only because I had to reach out to them! Being as though the other driver involved in the accident was at fault, I found myself several times being the middle man between them and Justin. I never had to worry about anything when Sherry was there. She was extremely welcoming, attentive, and proactive. Although CCS does amazing work, the customer service there now from what I experienced, definitely lacks luster.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Nice people, ok work albeit not what I was told to expect. A hard color to match but only acceptable from one angle. Went back to shop a few days after picking it up to talk about an issue with damage to the interior of the vehicle transferring parts from the destroyed door to the replacement door. Advised them at that time I expect them to send their mobile repair guy to my house 1/2 mile away..... Been close to two weeks and no response. I hope we can move forward and not make me chase down answers and a resolution.Been quite some time and no resolution although they did call within minutes of review promising results. Shop damaged my vehicle while in their possession. They should have called a repair shop while I still had a rental car but instead they hoped I would not notice the damage they caused. Sadly they want me to give up my only car while they repair the damage. I was told the guy they use to make interior repairs will have to come to their shop. That said, I cannot understand why the repair person could not drive to my house 1/2 mile from the shop and repair my car in my driveway. Overall a disappointment on many levels.This company has 'Carwise' reviews listed. Seems reviews can only be left by certain people. Carwise refuses to communicate with me in any way.There has been zero contact from CCS in an attempt to resolve.This company damaged my car and passed the buck.Take care CCS.Company never once contacted me over damaging my vehicle. Or to address their poor workmanship. Avoid this low rent company.Service: Body & Trim

I had by far the BEST experience with this shop. Typically, most shops are just in it for the money but CCS Inc. was about getting my car back to pristine condition. Initially I wanted my car to be serviced by the location in Matthews and was referred to CCS Inc. because it was closer to my residence. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike and Phil G. and out the gate they were both very professional and informative of how this process would work. They sent text messages each day showing the progression of my car as well as follow-up emails to make sure I knew what was going on. I cannot say enough how much they went above and beyond my expectations of delivering exemplary customer service. I would highly recommend this shop for repairs!!! The mechanics and technicians were top notch! If you guys read this review, THANK YOU SO MUCH for all your hard work and dedication to my car :-) May God continue to bless your business two-fold!

I met with Michael to get my front number replaced on July 6th. He was very professional and took the time to explain my options. It's so hard to find honest and reliable mechanics. I'm very pleased so far. I'll send another review when the work is completed.

Pretty amazing business. Sherri originally wrote up our work order. Once we decided to go with their estimate she did a great job of getting us scheduled. Once the work started they had a small glitch that delayed finishing by a bit. Once it was finished and my wife picked it up she was pleased with the work. When she went out the next morning to go to work we were amazed! They not only washed the car but vacuumed the inside!!! Now that's taking care of your customer!!!

This shop couldn't have done more than they did for us late last year. We had an unfortunate accident that damaged two of our cars. They were professional, precise and fast. The cars were handed back over to us like new and super clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It's so good to know we now have a collision repair specialist that we can rely on in the future. Thank you!

My wife s 2017 Envision had a dinged rear bumper and scratches on the lift gate. They repaired and painted both and it looks amazing. They also buffed out some scratches and touched up several issues on the front bumper and didn t charge for those items. I brought in my 2018 SUV for some warranty paint issues. I was sent over by the dealer since this place is certified. They had to remove rear bumper, door moldings, fuel door cover, and other little parts to paint the 2 issues. When they replaced all the parts, the fuel door cover was installed with one side sticking out a quarter of an inch, not flushed with the vehicle, and would not stay open, the door molding was not installed correctly, hanging off the door, and multiple screws, nuts and bolts left off the bumper and rear tire well. There was tape residue on the door and overspray of the clear coat on the window.Brought the vehicle back to the dealer to show the workmanship and the service manager said he never seen anything that bad. He is sending me to a different place to fix their mishaps. This place must have workers who just don t care or are not trained or both.

Had a great experience with CCS! My car's damage was minimal but they did a great job in communication and customer service. The repairs were completed within two days and the interior was even cleaned when I picked it up, which was a nice surprise!
