I brought my 06 GSXR 750 to this shop in a state of disrepair, it had a lot of issues, the new owners were extremely kind right out the gate, and theydiagnosed all of my problems quickly, they even helped me get my gas tank repainted, and every time my bike has had issues they have fixed it and now my bike runs perfectly! Nobody else was able to fix it and I don t trust any other shop like I trust these guys, they will not do you wrong, Nate is an outstanding guy and does the best work, they are always very kind and work with you, and the communication is great, extremely reliable and I would suggest this shop to everyone

Nate did an awesome job on my bike. Runs like new. Was also honest regarding other work that needed to be done and did not try to pressure me to do unnecessary repairs. The office receptionist was also very friendly and responsive. Im happy with the service I received.I had a light bar replaced, a full service completed, and a oil leak inspected.

I messaged them on Facebook, after hours and I didn t think I would get a reply until the next day. Well I was wrong, I got a reply within 10 min. I needed a mid pipe welded on. Nate made it happen the next day. Very clean work, very friendly and professional. Thank you guys. !Bring cash!

I Thank my lucky stars I had the good sense to go to Carolina Cycle! Reasonable rates, Nice, Competent, Efficient, Honest and Friendly. Truly can't ask for better! I have found my bike shop.

This was my first time using them and it was a great experience all around. Nate personally got my DRZ-400 up and running quickly and the cost was way more reasonable than I was expecting. Very clear communication and all expectations were exceeded.Services included - Tow, Service Tune-Up Special, new gas line, carburetor cleaning.

Called early morning and was able to get in same day to have my tires changed. I am 100% satisfied with the experience, the staff is very professional and personable. 10/10 will be doing my business with them going forward!!

Got an old '91 FZR600 I'd been tinkering with for a decade or two, and ran into some issues I couldn't diagnose. Nate did an excellent job rebuilding the carbs and fixing the ignition coils. His wife itemized all repairs and costs, listed options, and helped with adding new tires to the order. Music to my ears when the engine went to 9000 RPMs without breaking up. Last time it ran like that was over ten years ago.. I live almost an hour away, but this is the only place I'll take my bike.

I'm new to Charlotte so I didn't know where to take my bike. Thought I needed a new rotor and I was stressing about how much that would cost. I was referred to CCS, and I couldn't be happier. Turns out I don't need new rotors at all. Nate put the bike on a lift, took off the front wheel, measured everything, and said the brakes were true, but my front wheel needed aligning. My bike rides like butter now, and I'm so happy I didn't have to incur the extra costs. They took me as a walk-in and I didn't have much of a wait. Lauren and Nate are both really friendly and their passion for bikes shows. I'll definitely keep coming back to CCS

Great service and friendly people. Brought my bike in to get serviced and carb retuned. They are fast with their work took about a day and bike came back running great no issues. I definitely recommend this shop. This is my go to shop from now on.

New rider on a Africa Twin here. I came in today for tires near closing time, and they took the time to help me. They also took the time to help me with my suspension as I was clueless. I just want to say thank you for looking out for a Veteran today! The atmosphere here is incredible, and the service was very professional! I will be back soon for a full service, and hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

I can t speak highly enough about Nate and Loren the owners of CCS. I just bought a new 2023 YCF SM F190 pitbike for the track from them. It was delivered on time and prepared for the track. I will definitely be using them in the future. They really do care about their customers. You will be glad you went to them for your Powersport needs.

Just got my Ninja 650 less than a month ago and it really needs some work done. The front tire was really worn to the point it was dangerous and he was able to squeeze me in to get it done along with an oil change fairly quick and even let me know on some other issues I should get fixed. You cant find somewhere that really takes care of customers the way he did. He did a great job and my riding feels a lot better, looking to get full maintenance done with Carolina Cycle soon now.Services: Tires, Oil change

Carlo is the man!! I needed to get a new tire put on, and the prices I was getting at other shops was insane. Carlo got me in and out quickly and at a very fair price! He also gave me some good tips and tricks on maintenance, and took the time to clean my rims! I couldn't ask for a better experience!!

This was my first time at CCS and I'm pleased to have discovered this shop. Carlo replaced the rear tire and serviced clutch cable. I can tell that he does high quality work for reasonable price. If you are looking for a personable old-school honest customer service in Charlotte region, this is a place to go to.

Carlo was very good to work with and I'm pleased with the results. I took my 10-yo bike (10,600-miles) to him for servicing of the front forks with seal replacement and decided to add his special package to have a professional look out over once in a while.Not surprising, the bike was in good shape and the seals had started deteriorating. Now is good as new now.

Fast service at a very reasonable price. I brought a wheel in for a tire swap. Not only was the tire the same price as it is online, he charged a small fee to mount and balance. Had it done in 30 min. I just moved here and have found my new service center.Service: TiresService: Tires

My bike had been running poorly for a while (hanging revs when hot) and I finally decided I had to take it in. I was expecting to need a carburetor rebuild and was prepared to spend a good chunk of money. However, Carlo took a look at my bike as soon as I got in, tested it out, and made some simple tweaks (throttle free play, idle screw) that pretty much completely fixed my problems-free of charge. An honest mechanic is always a valuable find, and these guys are awesome.

This is now the only shop I will deal with. I recommend Carlo and his crew to anyone I see with a bike. Riders always need a good place to have work done, just like in a car. He's a great technician and a nice guy. He kept me involved in what was going on. Prices were better than what I was quoted other places.Great prices + awesome communication + knowledgeable people = My kind of business. I will definitely use them again.

A friend recommended this shop to me. Glad he did. Carlo got my bike back to tip-top shape. Just in time for Spring riding season here. Excellent work and very reasonable prices. Will DEFINITELY bring my bike back here when it needs works.

I brought my Harley Davidson Softail to Carolina Cycle Service and could not be happier. Clean well organized shop, easy to find location and Carlo is one of the best technicians I have ever met. He did a great job at a fair price. I would definitely recommend him. It s nice to deal with someone who takes pride in his work. Thanks Carlo.

I have known Carlo for years. He is without argument one of, if not the best technician around! I do most of my own work but what I can t handle I bring to Carlo. I have always been treated with respect (even when I bring in one of my mistakes). I am thoroughly impressed with his shop. Clean, organized and well equipped. Customers are treated as guests and typically welcome in the shop area. Repair prices are very reasonable, especially considering they don t gouge on parts and they even install what you bring in. I like the idea of going where the shop staff are experienced and accomplished in street, motocross and road racing.

Took my bike here for repairs and just to be looked over, did great work at a great price and got it done super fast despite being slammed with work on other customers bikes. I wasn t going to make it to the shop in time before closing and Carlo went above and beyond to make sure I got my bike since it was the weekend and he knew I was dying to ride.Will return for general servicing and any other issues I have with my YZ125

The only place that I take my bike to get looked at. Clean shop, reasonably priced and most of all trustworthy. I had an outstanding experience with Carolina Cycle Service! My bike was finished in a very short period of time despite the work being done near a holiday. The price of parts and labor was also super reasonable. I would definitely recommend CSC to my friends, as i will be returning there for all maintenance and repairs in the future. Carlo was great!
