Good quality, communication. The only thing they could ve done better is to be more clear on what an appointment actually means. I had to wait several hours before my car was looked at even though I had an appointment. Had I known that, I would have arranged for other transportation plans. That said, they are the only place in town I will let work on my 2015 Jeep GC.

Disappointed all around! When I originally called to schedule the appointment, their earliest appointment wasn't for 2 weeks. I asked them to make sure they had the part, as I figured it wasn't commonly kept there. They assured me they would have the part. I show up for the appointment and guess what, they DON'T have the part! They assure me they will get it there next day - I call to confirm the part is there before coming back in and it wasn't in! They finally get it in Thursday, I am told they will "help me out with the cost" because of the delay. Here's where it gets really good - for a tiny bar to be replaced on the soft-top, they quoted 1.5-2 hours, I have been born and raised in construction and car repair, I can't imagine it will take this long. But I guess I'd rather be told to prepare for more time to spend at the dealership and be pleasantly surprised when it takes less. So when it took just 42 minutes, I was thrilled.....HOWEVER, after paying the bill and looking at it in the car, they still charged me for 2 hours of labor!!! That's crazy! So I went back to talk to the manager, Trevor, who said they needed to still charge at the 2 hour rate because if they didn't their workers would always drag their feet and work would never get done. I don't know why I'm paying extra money because he can't motivate his employees to be productive in their jobs and do the job that they are paid to do, without dragging their feet. Sounds like a management problem, and not a cost that should be passed on to the consumer. I have an idea for the AREA SUPERVISOR, motivate your service manager to do his job and make sure his service employees are doing their job - maybe a lower salary and a larger bonus for getting work done, the way it should be done and in the time it should be done in. And then charging your customers a fair rate! But I'm guessing I know why that won't happen, it's great for this company to line their pockets with too - they then had that service guy go and do another job, charging another customer for an hours worth of work which I had already paid for, so they essentially got to charge $225/hr for labor, twice for that same hour.

My daughter gets her oil changed on a regular basis here. I was with her just recently. She got great service. The wait wasn't too bad considering it was a Saturday. Nice people working there. They are very friendly!

Had a recall I knew nothing about. Harvey was amazing in keeping me updated and going above and beyond. He tried to get a loaner for me but there are shortages everywhere so he did the next best thing. He had my recall fixed in one day instead of two. Plus rotated tires.

I traveled from Texas to visit family in area and needed oil change and had recall notice on vehicle. They also tried to help with two other unrelated computer software issues that were not warranty. They corrected one but were unable to fix with the other. The service adviser Scott Jones was very helpful and explained how they had tried to fixed my problem. After all their work, they only charged me for the oil change. Very attentive to a customer they may never see again. I would recommend them to anyone needing vehicle service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great place to service or buy a vehicle.From the General manager to the service lane assistants down to earth people who care about the person no just the business. Have a great time there lot of product see .

This place is the absolute worst place,one fob key an you don't even get the cut key part of the fob key for over 400.00.Place is a rip off,bring your lube if you go here.
