Took my car to this location instead of the one closer to my house because of the customer service - from the time I called to schedule an appt to the time my daughter s car was ready for pick up - they were professional and was very helpful. They were very easy to work with and kept me up-to-date with my car status from dropping it off to ordering the parts and process of getting it fixed. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. They were timely and professional, got my daughter s car rear bumper looking great!

Very nice and friendly people. They will treat you with respect. From the star of process to the complete of repair my car, they stay in touch throughout. Very professional. My car looks like new, they did a great job. I can't thank them enough. The whole process was easy. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who need car repair. They are best in town. So if you hit some deer/s this is the place for your repairs. Stephen, John and the staff were all excellent and repairs look like brand new car. John even assisted me with an issue outside the insurance repairs at a great savings cost to me. I cannot speak any more highly of them. Like most people I am quick to leave bad reviews, but I try to give goods also and here is a good body repair shop! Thank you Caliber Collision!

Beware.Bait and switch in full effect. John Zimmerman presents as a friend. Then everything changes. Was not a good experience with this company and definitely a terrible experience dealing with Progressive insurance personnel. ------- ----------------> please read below.Took my car apart and refused to put it back. Had to tow it to another company.

Had a great experience with this location when I was rear ended right before Christmas and had to go through the other party's insurance to get my car repaired. Caliber took care of all the paperwork and the rental car and made the process smooth for me. And of course my car looks great. Thanks John and Stephen!

Additional Update: The manager took care of the issue and the tech spent a LOT of time fixing the blind-spot monitoring. Issues happen and all you can ask is that the business takes care of it. The team here is great and worked to resolve. Thanks!John and team at this Caliber were great. They got me in quicker than others in the area and communicated great throughout. I can't speak to pricing because it was through insurance, but the car looks great. And they cleaned it up well also!

Had to have some body work done. I ve used Caliber once in the past and was glad to use them again. They were very clear and upfront about what to expect. Communication was consistent and like clockwork throughout the process. John was great. Work done was fantastic and ready a week before they initially had planned.

Caliber Collision only got 5 stars because I couldn t leave more. This place went above and beyond when repairing my car. They got me in within a couple of days of contacting them, where other places were weeks even months, and they also had it finished within a timely manner. The staff were very friendly and I was updated along the way with texts almost daily. I was completely surprised when I picked it up and noticed that not only did they do an awesome job on the repairs but my vehicle was also cleaned inside and out. Highly recommend them!!

This location of Caliber Collision is a hidden gem! Located right off Hwy 74 not far from Rocky River Road and easy to get to. Waiting room is clean and comfortable, coffee and water are available. Staff is friendly and prompt to acknowledge and assist. I was kept well informed as my vehicle worked through the repair process. Vehicle was returned pretty quickly - 2 weeks to the day and quality of work was top notch. I was thoroughly pleased and my expectations exceeded with my experience at this Caliber location.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
