The people who worked at this Hyundai dealership were courteous and helpful from the time I first called, to my salesman, Cliff, through the paperwork, all the way until I took my new Venue home. I brought the title and extra set of keys back the next day. By then I had a couple of questions about my car and Cliff was very helpful in answering them. I highly recommend Bob Mayberry Hyundai.

After a long search for a good car from a good dealership, we feel blessed to come across this dealership. Cliff helped my husband and I find our dream car! He was patient, kind and extremely well informed! Everyone at this dealer made us feel welcomed from the moment we stepped inside the building. The manager Danny, was also a big part of our experience and you could tell he really does everything he can to work with you. I have already recommended this dealership to all my coworkers and will continue to rave about my wonderful car and the wonderful people that sold it to us!

Money hungry dealership. Very upset on how my car was left. Very unprofessional to want to check someone filter but leave the dash a complete mess and left belonging on the floor from my dash. Also was correct an incorrect amount. Brought my car in for a recall and theft software a week ago. Was quoted one price for an oil change and air filter but paid a completely different price. Called to speak to a manager and was left on hold.

The service department is friendly and efficient. I've been getting my Elantra serviced here since purchasing it here in 2019. Great value for the price of services. Justin in service is very professional and helpful. Appreciate the coffee and snacks in the customer lounge.

Helped answer all my questions, patiently waited for me to make decisions, offered a price I was comfortable with for the new car and then they delivered it to my house. Wyddy was great throughout the process. I drove from Charlotte to this particular dealership for the color combination of the Santa Fe and am glad I did.

This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealer. They were super kind and not pushy at all. I truly felt like they cared about me and what was best for me. The finance guy was so helpful and nice explaining everything and went above and beyond to help me get everything I wanted at a price I could afford. Chris took his time with me also to explain things in a way i could understand. My salesman was Ed and you could not ask for a nicer gentleman. He was gentle and kind and really took his time with me. I could not be happier!! My next car will definitely come from here. And when we are ready to buy my husband a truck it will come from here. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you!!

Bought an ioniq 6 from these guys a few days ago. Everything was great from start to finish. Sales(NAHARI) Sales manager(CHRIS) and finance(JOHN) All 3 took care of us in a timely and professional manner. Even better when I got there the agreed upon payment was about 30 dollars less per month. I didn't even have to ask it was just given. That's how you build TRUST and LOYALTY!!! Buying a car usually comes down to price and that was all negotiated by phone and email. However the why should I buy an ioniq 6? Why should I buy from (NAHARI)? Why should I purchase from this dealership? Were all answered in person by the experience and treatment we received. We chose to drive 100 miles and pass 6 other dealers by doing so. Our next hyundai purchase we will do the same!!!! THANK YOU.. TEAM BOB MAYBERRY!!! For going above and beyond!!!!

TJ and the staff at Bob Mayberry Hyundai were exceptional! It was by far the best experience I ve ever had dealing with purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. TJ was very professional and very up front and honest. Not a bunch of sales talk and pressure. He showed me in detail several packages they offer for my vehicle but didn t try to pressure me or lie to me to get me to purchase anything. No tricks no gimmicks just here s what we have to offer and the choice is yours. I received a fair deal on my purchase and would definitely purchase from Bob Mayberry again. If you re looking to buy a vehicle make sure to ask for TJ you ll be glad you did because he s outstanding! You ll thank me later I promise. He even gave me a life size stuffed Panda Bear as a gift! The bear was sitting out as Christmas decor and I just fell in love with it. I asked if it could part of the deal and TJ made it happen! I m sure you can guess what I named it. TJ of course!I m very satisfied with the service I received. Exceptional service with a warm and friendly staff!

Beware of their service department. They literally trick you into spending more.We have a full coverage maintenance package that covers EVERYTHING in the owner's manual. Their service department does NOT make clear that the mileage maintenance package they do has more things than needed and that it will cost extra. So a 30k mile service that should have been free cost $575.80. They do not make it abundantly clear what they're doing until the end of the appointment, after everything is finished.This is bad business and fully takes advantage of their customers.

I had a great experience at Bob Mayberry Hyundai! I was on a tight schedule when I made the appointment and reminded Justin about it when I arrived. He said they would do everything they could to get me out on time. Not only did they change my oil but checked and reset my tire pressure indicator light, checked my tires and gave me a courtesy wash.... and managed to get me out on time! Justin was very professional and very helpful. I drive all the way from Charlotte to visit this particular Hyundai.

Mike and the rest of the Hyundai team were an absolute joy to work with! They were so friendly and kind and really made the experience a joy. Ed talked to us and kept us entertained while the paperwork was drawn up. I would absolutely go back and buy another one the next time I needed. They sold my car! I had spoken with and emailed back and forth with Megan Poppa several times last week concerning the Kona Limited they had on the lot. I began corresponding with the sales manager, Don Weller, to fine tune the financing and spoke with him on Friday to confirm the rate and years. I told him I d bring in my DD214 Saturday afternoon to verify the $500 military discount. However, I arrived at 3pm to be told that my car was sold 20 min earlier. Don smugly said We don t hold cars ..unbelievable experience. I understand that Don is new to Bob Mayberry and if this is his business ethic then he probably won t be at this dealership long either.

Justin is amazing. I shared additional information about a recent concern with my car. Although the initial appointment was for maintenance service, he listened attentively and reassured me he would make sure my concern was addressed. After just a short while he shared findings, recommendations and costs. Finally, the new issue/sound we talked about was examined and resolved.My experience at Bob Mayberry with Justin was timely, needed and appreciated. Once again, in a little less than 3 years the staff at Bob Mayberry Hyundai was very good and devoted to me. I was also thrill to see how they were willing to make people expectations meet. This time it was for my 17 year old daughter that I was shopping. Let me say that I couldn t have a better experience the manager Danny went above and beyond as well as the sales person cliff, so very patiently giving me all the time I needed to make the right decision.On Friday 7/29/22 they both did such a marvelous job helping me getting the best car for my daughter getting ready for college. I can t think them enough and I appreciate their help so very much.Keep up the good job guys

We bought a 2024 Palisade Night edition. It was the easiest buying experience I have ever had buying a car. Nahari was our sales person and not only was he extremely helpful, he was also the most knowledgable car salesman I have ever dealt with. There was definitely a major difference between Bob Mayberry Hyundai, and other dealerships. I really felt like I was treated like a person and not seen as $$. Ed and Dan were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, especially with all the questions I had, and were very understanding as I took my time, figuring out if this was the right choice for me. I didn t feel pressured at all! I definitely would return when I m ready for another car and would, and have recommended Bob s to other people!

20/10 would recommend Bob Mayberry Hyundai. The staff were extremely helpful and upbeat and made feel like we were the most important people ever. They re helpful in every step of the way and got us out on the road in no time. Appreciate the stuff and all their help we love our 2018 Chevy equinox so much couldn t have done with the stuff for sure.

This was a great service experience. I have had poor experiences at other Hyundai dealerships but Jessica and the team were friendly, honest and to-the-point. They did not try to up-sell me on things I didn t need, they diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it just as quickly. I was really impressed and will definitely be back for service and any other needed repairs.

As a former Lexus sales person, I am well aware of the importance of complete customer satisfaction which comes from putting the customer first and complete product knowledge to present the product and answer every customer question with complete confidence. My salesperson, Cliff Jenkins predominantly exceeded not only my expectations in both these areas, but I would assume he also exceeded Hyundai U.S.A. and Bob Mayberry Hyundai s guidelines for outstanding performance in these areas of customer satisfaction. My husband and I recently purchased a Sante Fe Hybrid from Bob Mayberry Hyundai. Our salesperson, Nahari, was amazing. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable about the car, was not high pressure, and made the experience a positive one. The entire team was very friendly and made us feel welcome.
