Called from the side of the road with a flat tire traveling home from Easter with a very confused mom with Alzheimer's. Everett in dispatch was amazing. I'm not very good with car things and he was able to walk me through and find the appropriate tire at a great price. Dispatched his service man to the side of the road within 15/20 minutes to change out the tire and he was very quick and very efficient. Their customer service is phenomenal, employees are kind and professional ,their prices are very good and their response time is extremely quick. It's never an easy time when you're stuck on the side of the road. They truly eased the situation in a quick manner . I couldn't recommend them more!

Very efficient. I got a quote online, checked on Saturday to see if the tires were in stock and had my wife s car ready Monday afternoon. Great job!

Tire work was great. They even torque the Lug nuts. Now the bad part, They charged me for transmission oil change, rear axle oil change, and never did the work. Had to return and have them do the work after I pointed out evidence of them, not performing the work.not a good business practice.

Black s Tire is simply awesome in so many ways; their Above & Beyond approach to customer service is hard to beat! They beat any quote you show them and they are very communicative and educational to the average consumer like myself throughout the service process. Let Everett and his team of technicians handle your vehicle needs and you will be very happy with the value they offer. Not only did they set me up with new truck tires and a lift; they were able to come out and fix my 60 year old tractor. Amazing!

This was my first time here. It was recommended by a friend. The staff were friendly and professional and were happy to answer my questions . The appointment was honored and the service was done in good time. I needed to find a new shop after my previous one of 7 years failed me miserably... I found it!

I had a low air pressure indicator. Stopped at the hwy 74 location in Monroe, NC. The staff was extremely pleasant and attended my issue. They also found I needed an alignment due to abnormal tire wear. This has become my go to tire shop.

Did a good enough job for my oil change. Gave me a quote to fix a separate issue and after researching the cost of parts myself I learned they wanted to charge me nearly 3x the cost of the parts plus labor. When I declined the service they offered a price $50 lower which was still price gauging. Left a bad taste in my mouth that they treated it as a negotiation instead of offering fair prices.

Came in for a tire going flat. Was able to see me right away. Tire repair took longer than expected, over an hour. Staff and front desk were very nice and friendly. Left the protective plastic wrap on the seat and the floor protector on the floor mat for me to take off was the only real negative.

Black s Tire and Auto Service did a wonderful job of finding me a dependable Good Year tire, installation, and balancing it. The staff were polite and kept me updated on each step in the process and what my options were.They also contacted a locally owned towing service when my tire blew out on the road. My wait was very short.I was able to pay the towing charge at Black s to save me time.After only 1.5 hours, I was on my way to my vacation destination.Donna WylieLake Wylie, SC

The guys , and women, down at the Monroe branch are jam up and quick to help me out in a pinch . Tina , Kevin and Steven give a personal touch that makes me drive past several other branches and similar services .I confindently refer them to many friends and coworkers .

I have always had my tire work done at BTS and have typically gotten good service. This time was not the case. Last Thursday I stopped at the BTS on 74W in Monroe after my tire sensor showed low pressure. The technician looked at it and found I had a bolt in my left front tire that was too close to the sidewall to be patched. They didn t have the tire in stock but ordered it and told me to come in Saturday morning and was told it would take about an hour to put the new tire on. When I got there, I was told that it would probably be closer to three hours due to lack of help, and I told the desk people that I would be glad to come back and made an appointment for 1 o clock today. When I arrived they took my car back and said it would take about 45 minutes. I sat there for nearly 2 hours without any update. Finally, I went and inquired as to what was taking so long, and was told that the tire was not in stock and they had to go get one. The lady there said they sent the tire that was needed back to the warehouse and they had to go get it. Nobody told me that until I asked. I was then told the tire installation would be finished in 5 minutes . Thirty minutes later it was finally completed. It took 2 hours just to put a new tire on.

I drive a lifted diesel pickup truck that needed front tires balanced. Due to the size of my vehichle and tires many shops are unable to do the balancing since they don't have the proper equipment. I was referred to Black's tire by another tire shop, I called Saturday to make sure that they could accomodate my wheel/tire size and the person was very nice and said yes but it would be $25 a wheel to balance. That's not a problem, I was told they don't take appointments and that it is first come first serve so I went the afternoon of 10/31/22. When I arrived the person asked if I needed help and I explained my situation, he assessed my truck from inside and said you have wides on your truck and they will not balance, you'd be wasting your money. I indeed don't have wides on my truck and these tires balance just fine when a capable person is doing them. He argued I'd be wasting my money and didn't even want to try it, so I walked out. I will not be going back there for any type of service. It's a shame that this has happened because I would rather give my business to a smaller shop then the big names. For reference here is a picture of my WIDES on my truck, not really wides...Update:Owner asked that I reach out to them below, I did just that and NEVER heard from them!

It was a busy day around 3 when I got there and left after 5 sometime. But greta prices for what I was able to get included in my oil change
