I called blacks tire because I was under the impression I needed a new tire. I bought 4 new tires about 5 months ago but I unfortunately ran over a nail. Blacks gave me a pretty good price for a Goodyear tire so I rushed over to get it replaced. The mechanic working on my car brought my tire to me and explained he didn t even think I needed a new tire. He said since the nail was in a certain spot, he could just remove it and patched the tire. He felt bad since it was a brand new tire, there was no point in buying a 5th. The service was quick! I was there for maybe 15 minutes and in the end I paid nothing! The associate said I was okay to go ahead and leave! It left quite an impression on me and I ll definitely recommend this location to anyone needing services

Alvin at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant to make sure I got the proper service for my car. I went after working 3rd shift. I was in and out in no time. I got a cv axle put on and car inspected.

Black's is wonderful. From the front desk, all the way to the service department, they are the best! They treat you like family and I greatly appreciate them for both their kindness and expertise. Highly recommend!

I called to see if they had time for a quick oil change and tire rotation, they said they could take care of it. I showed up 5 minutes later and was there for an hour as promised. Everyone was friendly and the waiting area was nice. I will definitely be back.

I was pretty much satisfied with how everything went. Guy at the register was friendly as was everyone else. The only problem I had was my sensor that gives me air pressure read outs on my dash were not reset and the air pressure in each tire was not checked

Professional & quick service + very reasonable prices! The service manager informed me that I only needed 2 new tires when I thought I needed 4. Being HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY in the vehicle repair industry is not very common anymore. I'm so grateful I chose Black's Tire. I'll definitely be a returning customer!

Had a great experience at Blacks Tire! They have a new manager now that is over the store and made it effortless for my needs! The techs were nice and informative and was honest about repairs I didn t need, any other place would have charged me for brakes when I didn t need them! I definitely recommend Blacks Tire on Dickerson Blvd in Monroe!

I got an oil change and tire rotation done this morning! The front desk people were very helpful and answered any questions I had. The best part (to me) was the children s area! I had to bring my one year old with me and they had a designated area for children s toys and activities! The prices were ideal and they even did my tire rotation complimentary! I was in and out in under an hour! 10/10 recommend! We will be going back!

Brought in a flat tire for them to fix. Twenty minutes later they told me that they inspected the tire and there was nothing wrong with it. They put it back on my car, said there was no charge, and I was on my way. It could have gone a lot of other ways, but this showed me their integrity and attention to customer service.

It took longer than I anticipated but it was worth it. Everyone was so very nice. The waiting room had very comfortable seats, a drink machine, a snack machine and a restroom. But the best part was my 2010 drove like it was brand new! I will certainly use Black s for my car servicing from now on.

I pulled into Black s tire today because my back right tire kept needing air. My gut said now is the time to drop in. The person at the desk was extremely personable, and they took my car right in on the spot and found a nail within five seconds. I was out the door within 20 minutes with a fixed tire! I will be going back to them for future services. Definitely highly recommend.

I came in to get my tires changed. I was helped by Tina. She was extremely helpful. I always feel intimidated (and honestly dumb) when going to auto shops because i dont know what im doing. Tina made sure i understood to prices and reassured me when choosing which tires.

I needed new tires and they took me the same day I called. Everyone was very polite and helpful. They were straightforward and helpful. Great service and in a very timely manner. Will definitely be going back for other car needs.

Came in early Saturday at 730am for an oil change and tire rotation. I picked up by 830am. Fast efficient and did the job right. Also didn t get bombarded with a bunch of services that I didn t need or request. Very pleased!

Installed my new wheels and tires with care and to perfection. Great group of gentlemen at this location! Was in and out faster than I ever expected first thing in the morning. Will be back in the future for sure.

Went in for an inspection. Was greeted like an old friend. Very friendly atmosphere. Inspection was done in a timely manner. Customer waiting room was clean and orderly. Will probably return next year for new inspection.

Kevin at Black's Tire in Monroe always take such great care of our family. We bring three vehicles to this location for service and repairs, and have never had a problem. We are thankful that we can trust them, it can be hard to find such a place!

Review update. My car supposedly fixed less than 2 months ago and now I'm having the same issue and they want another $750. The issues that they say my car now has would have existed 2 months ago and should have been fixed at that time if that were the case. I truly apologize to anyone that's taken their vehicle here based on my recommendation

The gentlemen there were very nice and professional. Had to send someone to the warehouse to get my size tire. They also installed a battery for my truck. They were finished before I knew it.

Derek was great. There was some miscommunication on what needed to be done, and they did a great job of owning the mistake and didn't charge me for the issue. They were friendly and timely

Do not waste your time! I have sent my car to this place 4 times for the exact same reason front axle, front differential and they only recognized a broken drive shaft and only fixed that knowing they all cogent together and as of today I am still needing my car fixed! They will fix the car up good enough so you can drive it away from their shop lol. Jason has tried to over charge me or whatever his name is the bald headed guy and I had to contact my warranty company for clearance. Kevin is ok when it come to fixing a problem but making sure it stays fixed he will say whatever to smooth things over! If it isn t about your tired do not use this ASE certified mechanic I m now in 1k of expenses and guess what my car is now on the side of the road! What a great Monday morning!

The man who greeted me when I entered was very friendly and professional. He verified the problem with my tire and proceeded to get one of the technicians to repair it. The repair took a short amount of time. I paid for the repair and left.

I had bought some used tires that I just needed put on my rims. I took my truck in and they pulled it in for not even a few mins and said they couldn t do it cause my lug nuts were crooked and they would break the stud getting them off . I don t know how my lug nut could be crooked if it was put on right. Also said they didn t have the right socket to get them off even though I told him I had it in my truck. 10/10 would not recommend going to blacks tire. Cause it was funny I went to a little Mexican shop and the lug nuts came off just fine and they didn t break a stud sounds like to me they just didn t wanna do the work

The manager Kevin was such a generous and kind person also all the other employees were such a great help ! They all were nice to my children s den work fast. Highly recommended :)
