Baucom Services has really helped me out in a pinch. Should of left Friday to CA but truck needed some attention. With many calls made to many shops they were the only ones who said they could do it and get it back to me by Monday so I could make my delivery on time. They understood and helped me out. Recommend these guys if your usual shop lets you down.

Helped my company out when no one else was available. And price was not bad! Truck is running great with valve adjustments done after 2 attempts by Freight-liner. Baucom did it right. Thanks again!!!

Had a track to come off my machine and Mitch Medlin came out to help me get this unit back to work. And let me tell ya, he did fast work and I was back to work in no time. First time using Field Service and the experience was awesome, along with the price!! Thank you!

Zach and his partner in truck 266 were stopping at a 7/11 and happened across my dad and I who had just gotten a horrible flat tire. They were so kind and helped fix the flat and even gave our car some air as well. Thank the lord for those two or else we would not have made it out of that gas station!!

Absolutely disaster, do not and i say it again DO NOT take your truck there unless you want to be taken advantage of, badly too. They charged $960 for PM on our 2016 KW T680. Absolutely outrageous. This bill will certainly be framed in our office and all over the social media so people can see what kind of business this is and make a smart decision of not going there. Speedco does the same service for $380, i will not go any further of how much they charged for the brakes (will leave it up to you to do the estimate).

Fixed APU coolant leak number 1 then found radiator to be leaking also slowly. R/R radiator with little to no loss of coolant or mess. Where very friendly and professional! All other shops three weeks out and they where very bust but they got me in & out faster than expected. Great shop and group of people working there though out the building. Hidden gem in the fields litterly

Very bad service. They charged me twice for same work beacayse they did fix it at first. Paid about 1,000 for trailer ABS Light. They will help get rid off your money fast. Avoid at all cost. Plus very slow service give them at least two days to fix minor problem. Power Diesel in Asheville NC will do job with in hours at get you rolling.

My company, Metrolina Mulch in Midland, NC has been doing business with BSI for many years. They are always courteous and will do whatever it takes to keep us on the road. From the sales department to mechanics to parts department, they are there for us LITERALLY 24/7. In my business, the service they provide and when they provide it, is invaluable. Not professional. Charged 2800.00 but could not found the fault.we have to towed to volvo charlotte.they fixed it only for 300.00.there was only a fault of sensor

Overpriced, outrageous not inform customers of prices in advance. will not be returning and do not recommend this place. Charged full hour for 10min DOT inspection!

I have been working with BSI for many years now. They have a knowledgable staff. From welding in the shop or in my plant to road calls in all kinds of weather and times of day to keep my fleet going. Someone always answers the phone and get me an answer or solution promptly. These guys work 24/7 in their shop or onsite to make sure all that I need done gets done. From paint and body work to tires to certified welding and more. This group can get'er done. Kudos to Baucom Service!!! Thank for all you do for me an our Company.
