Service attendant (Billy) was awesome. They fixed me up right with an excellent price. Hard to find trustworthy repair shops but for my first time at Bakers they didn't disappoint and earned a repeat customer with me until i feel otherwise. Recommended.

Very friendly staff. Were really concerned with giving me answers to all my questions concerning the repairs to my vehicle which consisted of replacing the engine among other things. After picking up the car I returned with another issue which they took care off without charge. I was very impressed with the concern they had for me. I am an 83 y/old disabled veteran and they displayed so much respect I was actually humbled. You can be assured I will give them my highest recommendation.

Baker's is the best place to get your vehicle worked on. They are courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The have worked on many of my and my family's vehicles. I cannot express enough how helpful they have been on pricing and timing. First let me start of by saying Mark is a great guy but on the business side is where I have the issues. 9/8/2016 I took my F150 there because they were highly recommended by the shop I go to for oil changes. I needed to get a head gasket replaced so they did it, took about 10 days, I paid and went on my way. On 10/06/2016, I was stuck on the side of I485 with the engine knocking and it shut off. I had it towed to my house and call him he said to have it towed back to his shop. They then repair the bottom end because he said he could be sure if it was error on their part or not. I agreed and i said give me the bill for all the parts you are going to need and i will pay for the parts so you did not have to absorb the whole cost. Although i did this he told me i did not have to because once again he was not sure if it was his mechanic fault or not. I paid for the parts. There was a ticking noise from the top right of the engine and i asked about it they said it might work itself out. I came back to him about 2 months later asking about the same noise, his tech said i might need to get my injectors replace. I got a second opinion and that was not the case. When I got the vehicle back, it had broken radiator guard, broken transmission dip stick and was leaking transmission fluid and wires hanging on both sides of the engine block. I repair the guard, replaced the dip stick tube and zip tie up the wires. I have tried heavier oil and Lucas oil treatment but the ticking was still there. I went back to him about 3 weeks ago he said the noise is coming form the transmission, so I had the transmission rebuilt but the noise is still present. I took it back to him and he said it is coming from around the timing chain cover (which they had replaced) he was going to chase the noise. Kept the truck for a week and when I went to check on it, he said it is after the warranty period and he is not going to look at it. I told him it is the same issue as before when I first picked the truck up, but that fell on deaf ears. I understand that his technicians did the job but at the end of the day it is still the owners responsibility to stand by their workI heard many people had Bakers Garage in high praise and that is why I initially went there for my engine work. I can honestly say I was not happy with the level of work and the fortitude to stand by the repairs that he did.

My family and I have been coming tothis shop for at least 40 years. This shop was previously owned by Greg Baker and it had now been passed down to his son Mark Baker who is just as trustworthy, hardworking, and resonable as his father. I have always had great service here and they don't mind if you bring your car by if you want them to look at it. They wil be able to tell you when they will be able to fix your car. They are always booked because they are reliable. I highly recommend them.

These guys are first rate!! I enjoyed my experience working with them. I have an old hot rod I m restoring and they treated me with respect. They do the work in a timely fashion, and I will be back the next time I need work done!!
