My company needed a major repair performed quickly but more importantly efficiently to keep a quarterly earnings on schedule. They were the quickest to respond and had all the necessary parts needed to start immediately!! They also recommended a tow service and a full transparency of their labor estimates. I had my truck towed to this company for a repair. My truck was not throttle up and wouldn't go. First they said it was my throttle. I went there and showed them I just bought a new throttle from Excel group in Charlotte NC and I had it put on. Next it was my gas pedal. That they never changed. After that it was the wiring harness. They never fixed. Finally they stated it was my computer module. When I took my truck there everything was working. After they changed my computer module, my truck don't idol , my truck speedometer don't work, I have a wire hanging that look like it plug into something, they broke my freightliner part in the front my truck. They took my tarp arm I paid a 158 dollars for. Then I was charged 2407 dollars for my truck to be worst before I took it there. Art is a crook and they seem racist also. I wouldn't recommend any one to visit this shop. They want answer the phone once they get your truck. They only text. This is not a shop for anyone to go toThey are a Logistics company with a shop that fix there truck but act like they fix anybody truck. Please don't take your truck here. They also have bad attitude and are liar's. They robbed me of my money because I am a female driver. Now they want answer the phone. They gave me a 30 day warranty in which I will not never let these people touch my truck again. I'm going to court.Service: Electrical

Good mechanics!!! They can fix everything!!!I have been to many shops but no one could help me with my Volvo. Ay truck repair fixed it in a week.

Warning do not come to this shop. The owner of this company completely scammed me. I dropped off my truck here to get it fixed and the owner Artem quoted me 5k to fix the truck. The owner said that it will take 2-3 days to fix. I constantly checked on the truck because it was taking much longer than he quoted. He ordered a bunch of parts and they were all completely wrong. He kept the truck for a total of 5 weeks and completely doubled the quote to 11 thousand dollars! Who does this! And on top of that the entire dashboard was filled with lights that were not there in the first place and the truck was not fixed like he promised. Do not come to this shop. I needed to take the truck to another shop to get it fixed properly.

I am servicing all my trucks here, Art is detailed, honest and straight to the point. I would definitely recommend going to this shop. Looking at Paul s review, I have no idea why one would give such a negative review to a local friendly neighborhood shop. Just my two cents.

I ve been coming to AY truck trailer repair for a bout a year now to do work on my trailer and truck. And every time I came with a problem they fix it in a timely meaner . U see I drive a car hauler so I don t have time for bs any the service is always great and every time I would call the mechanic to ask him something over the phone and he was very helpful in that case to. So if u looking for good mechanic in the Charlotte Monroe area stop by they ll make it right.Thank y all for your service

Wanted to wait a month before I leave a reivew. my engine seized around the area, towed the truck AY. they helped me find a new engine; flew home to california while they were changing the engine. amazing shop to deal with, updated me with the progress along way.
