Jeff and Bobby are amazing. I used to go to this store and have HORRIBLE experiences with the staff. They would ignore you and be more interested in the conversations they were having than the customer. I walked in and Jeff AND Bobby both greeted me. I was taken aback a little because I never expected something like that to happen at this location. Keep Jeff and Bobby. If they are working I would go there for any maintenence need.

Came in for wiper blades, young kid was more interested in his text messages on his phone than me (the customer). When he located the blades instead of offering to get them, he instructed me so I can navigate the store to look for them. I got what I needed but but customer service was sub-par.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I just stood there for nearly 10 mins both associates ignored me the came and serviced the guy that was behind me and totally ignored me! Want ever come to this location anymore

There was an employee who went far above and beyond to help us out when we had a dead battery. I wish I could remember his name. Prices are reasonable and they were very helpful.

Great group of people at his location, and they always have the products I need. In my most recent visit, today, they honored my warranty, and provided an easy to understand explanation to my battery test results.

The folks at AutoZone have always taken the time to answer my questions and provide me with parts and advice that work.Whether in Watkinsville GA or Monroe NC, AutoZone is always my go to shop for parts and accessories.

Thank you so much Eva for such great customer care and service you provided to me on Tuesday 8/10/21.I had the worst experience I could have had at the Milton rd location. The sales rep, Maria told me my brakes and front rotors were all under warranty. I asked her to double check too, just to make sure. Cause I only want the parts that are under warranty. She confirmed yes, they all were under warranty.Well I left with the parts went to get them put on, I returned to get my money from the warranty.And the rep who attended to me had left, another rep checked the system telling me I couldn't get a complete refund because on of the parts was not under warranty.I explained that, this was not what I was told, otherwise I would not have replaced it now, I would have waited. To buy the rotors. That made no difference to the sales rep.I asked for the manager, there was no manager at the store. The manager was at another store is what I was informed, I asked when the manger would be in they said the next day. I asked if I could call the manager, since he wasn't there. I was told to just come back since mike, the manager is not there. Mind you, I live 45 mins away. I was only in the area to get my brakes done and go home. I took the name l of the manager I and left. I felt robbed, misinformation and out of my $143.00 that I needed to get back to school shopping done.On my way home I called the 74 location and asked if there was a manager there that I could talk to and there was. Eva asked me to come in to explain to her the situation. She was so, so helpful and polite, she took care me, she really made my day and a left good positive impression on me with her exceptional level of service, care and attention. She turned that bad situation into a good one.74 location will be my go to store going forward.Thank you! to the sales rep there as well, I didn't get her name but, she helped make sure I knew that the manager was engaged but will be coming to me as soon as possible whiles I was on hold.

Walked in no greeting from staff ....walked around 5 minutes ...one guy on his phone walking around the store not talking to a customer, his conversation was not business related. One lady outside smoking and a third standing behind the counter...when I went to approach the desk a lady walked in and the guy behind the desk was quick to greet her so I left....to many other places to shop...I did not find what I was looking for.

I am out of town and my window would not tool up. I called the front desk and asked for a recommendation. They gave me the number to this auto zone. I called and explained my situation and he stated they didn t do repairs. Since I was from out of state I asked for a couple of shops that might help me as so many are closed on Saturdays. He flat out refused to help me. Told me to google it. I will never me in Monroe again but I will tell my cousins that live here not to support this store.

Very clean. Helpful staff. They were quick to make me aware of discounts. Only bummer is their small parking lot. It's tiny. Hardly any room to turn around if you're in a bigger truck, and no room if you have a trailer of any kind.

They hold door open for you to welcome you in, always speak politely, will research which parts are required, and even offer to perform minor installations of parts for you. What more could you ask for - really. Outstanding, every time. Way to go management!

I asked Michael to check my car for windshield fluid leaking. He did and found a loose hose. He tightened it for me at know charge. Great service. I will definitely come back.

SUPERB customer service. Especially Eva the manager whom went out if her way to help me out when I was in a pinch. I won't shop anywhere else from now on. I will drive past closer competitors just to shop at this one particular store

Thank you to the Auto Zone location in 3231 W Hwy 74, Monroe, NC 28110, for handling a difficult situation. I drove there with my car that I had to jump start the battery, once I got there, a nice man checked my battery and determined that the battery was bad. He replaced the battery and it was not holding the charge. I thought it was the alternator and drove to the local mechanic, who then discovered that the battery was installed incorrectly. I took the receipt from the mechanic to auto zone and they refunded the mechanics bill for me! Thank you for holding up your guarantee for your work. I will definitely come back and shop with your store.

Young man behind the counter has no manners when it comes to women. I don't like being addressed as "girl". Hi girl you need help??Other actions and statements made me feel uncomfortable. So I left.

This is a great place to buy Auto Parts. The guys are very helpful and very knowledgeable. If they don't have it in stock they'll get it for you. And in a couple of cases they told me where to get it at other places, a lot of stores don't do that. They are great Guys in my opinion.

I was stranded on 74 after my alternator went out. The gentleman who answered my phone call ran across 74 to assist me in getting my car out of the road. Then went above and beyond by charging my battery all the way up so I could make it home. He also helped me get a replacement alternator and belt.

Replaced a trunk light and they only charged for the light. Great service and friendly worker.
