On hold for over 20 minutes, I had the part number and just needed them to put their hands on it ended up hanging up and calling back just to be put on hold again..& them not even have the part the computer says they have..

By far one of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE STORES IN THE COUNTRY. IM a driver and got broken dow for 2 months here the manager Will and his staf i swear to god are amazing. Clone these guys and place them all over the country. 2.6 million viewers take my advice dont advanve any where except to this AUTO ZONE. Real family feel. And make you feel like family with help and knowledgeable as ever. Thanks to them i was able to get my truck fixed work the super bowl and made it to utah for the allstar 2023. Thanks Auto zone. You should sponsor a super bowl or an Allstar nba or nfl.

Got the correct gas cap, it took a while but I was satisfied with the service. I don't understand why they need your personal information if you are paying with cash. I did give my phone number I have had for over 15 years and the name came up as a other person. Then they wanted more information and I said that's my phone number, that is not me, I am paying cash so sell me the gas cap...and the guy did.

Customer service is great! The problem is the disconnect between the stores for parts. It's inaccurate! First store told me the part would be ready in the 2nd store. Walked in, a disgruntled mgr expressed slight frustration due to not having the part as originally advertised.We gotta work on the communication!

A lot of time females usually feel intimidated when they go into a masculine setting ; but my experience at the AutoZone made me view those types of stores in a different way. The guy named "Sergio" was glad to assist me with my needs for my car. I didn't feel intimidated to say the least!

I went to get an oil change at my usual place and when they told me how much it would be, I told them I would do it myself for that price! I pulled in here and Cesar was so patient and helpful! He found the right oil and filters and gave me honest (much appreciated) advice! I will change oil in 2 cars for the same price as what one would have been! Super service here!

My husband came here to get my battery checked after it failed to start a few times in the day. They told him it was too low to do a load test so he would have to leave it for them to charge and return in a few hours. When he went back they told him the battery was good and sent him on his way. The next day it wouldn t start and he couldn t even jump it off. He then took it to another AutoZone where they told him it had a bad cell and that he needed a new one. This location is always so busy and never has but two people working the counter. Checking a battery is so easy but they couldn t get that right and wasted two days of our time.

I was so pleased with my visit today! This is my regular auto part store and my experiences are usually pleasant but today I went in and was helped by a man named Will he was amazing! He not only help me instal my windshield wipers he also helped me understand the codes in my car (a Honda), I have had such a informal visit! If you aren t car savvy and would like things put into layman s terms visit THIS Auto Zone and ask for Will!

Nice people working there. I was greeted as soon as I stepped inside the store. Parking lot was clean and neat and the store was well stocked. You ll get a textbook auto parts store experience here.

Wonderful experience! Stopped in with a battery issue; got the diagnostic check to see what the problem was. After seeing I had a "bad battery", I got a new one and they even installed it for me. I don't think I was there more than 15 minutes.A special thank you to Bradford who helped me from start to finish. Quick and professional!Thank you!

Wow, I would just like to say that it's so great to know that some employees still pride themselves in giving great customer service. Mr Will Terry was extremely helpful. He clearly recognized that I needed assistance and took "time" to make sure I got the parts I needed. Thanks Mr. Terry! Your store will be my store of choice!

The gentleman working did not know what he was doing sold me a wrong part to a savannah instead of sierra after I get home I go to take it back and part was cash part was debit he put the $6 back on my debit then told me he couldn't open his register to give me my cash back and argued for a good 5 min before he got his manager and the manager gave my cash back .. would not recommend unless you get b hind the counter yourself bc those kids don't know anything about vehicles

The assistant manager, Lee was wonderful. I had a dead battery and he told me to bring my car and he would install a new one. He also checked my alternator and said it was fine. He made sure he had the battery that I needed in the store. Very professional!

Came in today, like always no help at all, 3rd bad experience no help offered whatsoever, will Terry gave me an attitude after I pointed out that 45 dollars for oil is not right when advertised 28 with a filter, does not offer the filter till I asked for my filter so the discount can apply, u work at a auto store common sense will tell u to put two needs together, inform yourself of the specials and offer them to the public when cashing out learn to do your job, even if u hate it

What a great place to go when your having a terrible day fixing your car. The stores assistant manager really helped me out. And now this auto store I will become a regular, because of his professionalism and caring. I have never had such help before, so this was the best experience iv had out of all the auto stores I have been and iv been to them all.

Online always says items are in stock but everytime I come to the store I am told it's out of stock. Fix your infrastructure.

I want to give a huge shout out to mr. Will at this location. Every time I need anything from new wipers or key fob batteries or car antennas.....this man goes over and beyond! One of the best for great customer service!!!!! Thank you for all your help!!

Between Advance Auto and AutoZone, I always pick AutoZone. Not only do they have a military discount, their staff seems really knowledgeable and they are extremely helpful. Just had my battery tested and replaced by Mr Bello. I would definitely come to this store again.

Check Engine light on....drove in and within 10 minutes I knew why. No pressure sales tatics for me to buy the replacement just a printout outlining the code from the check engine light and the price of the replacement. A free service....appreciate that...

Favorite location!!! Wonderful staff. I was helped by Will, he answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. He even explained the difference in the parts before I purchased. Didn t feel rushed or unsatisfied!!!
