I ve had several of my vehicles worked on at Allings Auto. Every single time has been excellent. The work quality is impressive, the prices very reasonable, and the communication is great. I drive over 45 minutes both ways to get my vehicles serviced and repaired here, and it s money and time well spent.

If you're looking for a reliable and friendly place to get vehicle repairs, I cannot recommend Alling's enough!! I've been a customer of theirs for a few years now, and they never EVER disappoint! The entire staff is super helpful and kind, and Mr. Glenn has never tried to sell me an unnecessary repair. I've been an absolute pain in their butt for the past month with a difficult to pinpoint engine issue, but they never once were annoyed with me when I dropped off my car for what felt like the hundredth time. Overall they're a fantastic business that I would recommend to literally everyone! I can't thank them enough!

Super intelligent, and knowledgeable about all makes, and models of cars. Old or new. Did a complete AC overhaul on my wife's car. Was done within 3 hrs. Definitely recommend if you need any automotive work, or upgrades done. Has become our mechanic, and is less than a mile from our home. How much better could that be? Lol

I recently needed to find a new mechanic and, after reading some positive reviews (in addition to it being very convenient to my house), I decided to try Alling's Auto . I have been very pleased so far. Each time I've called, I've gotten an appointment time that works for me, and they are ready for me when I arrive without having to wait. The work has been done quickly, but well. And Mr. Alling has called attention to other issues that might be a problem without pressing me to do unnecessary work.Very good experience thus far.

Glenn and Kelly Alling are wonderful people. A trustworthy family mechanic who is cost-conscious, Glenn will keep you safe by recommending essential repairs and will give you estimates of future items that will need maintained, which is helpful for planning and budgeting.

Glenn and Kelly are the best! They are honest and hard working people. I have always been pleased with the work Glenn has done on vehicles for me and my family. He knows his stuff! I want to start off by saying that I am not one for reviews but I just have to give Alling's Auto & Truck Repair a review. Alling's Auto & Truck Repair is one of the best mechanic shops around. Glenn the master mechanic, has 30+ years of experience working in this industry and he is second to none, in the industry. I had dropped my truck off to have a motor put in it and Glenn and his staff had me on the road in just a few days. This family owned company is amazing. The honesty, communication, reliability, quality, work ethic and customer service. just exceeds any shop I have ever been to. They are VERY committed to providing the best service and value to their customers. Wow! What a great experience! I have several older cars due to teen drivers that seem to always need something. I have found my new "go-to" mechanic for all my needs. I brought my son's truck in for an issue that had been worked on by another location previously with not good results. Kelly was completely honest with me about our situation and worked with me to get the repairs done within a budget that we could manage. I was especially impressed with how much time they took to make sure I understood my options. I love that it is family owned and they live in the community. I believe you can really trust them to be honest and to provide quality results. We will definitely be back!

Very happy with service received at Alling's Auto and Truck Repair. Very nice and pleasant to talk with. The work they did was excellent and at a very fair price. They kept me informed, and gave honest recommendations before making any repairs. I had taken my vehicle to other repair shops and they couldn't fix the A/C problem. Alling's not only located the problem but fixed it and now the A/C is working great. I would highly recommend Alling's for your automotive repair needs.

These guys are our go-to mechanic in the area. We have a MINI and a Honda and Glen has no problem servicing either, including specialized oil and parts required by MINI.They never pressure you into having work done that is not needed. Even when I ve gone to them asking them to do a job the dealer has recommended, they ve told me I don t need the work. This kind of honesty keeps me coming back!Glen and Kelly are a great team. Glen is a no-nonsense, get the job done quickly and competently mechanic and Kelly makes you feel right at home when you re waiting.You can t go wrong with this place.

Alling's has quickly become my go-to mechanic, even though I don't live in Monroe anymore. I gladly take the detour to bring my vehicles here because I know that they take the time to thoroughly check and quote fair prices for their work. On top of normal repairs, they are very accommodating to emergencies as well. 10 miles into a trip to Florida my tire was completely split by road debris leaving me to drive a quarter mile at a time followed by 5 minutes of trying to re-inflate it just to get my car there. They took my car right back, got me a good tire at a good price and we were back on the road within an hour. I really can't say enough good things about them!

Great couple to work with. Took my 96 F250 in with basically a laundry list of things to look at and do from rear brakes and drums to changing fluids. They are honest and reasonably priced. My mechanic for sure be it good or bad for Glenn. So refreshing to use a business that is honest! Allings is absolutely the best! Took my truck to the local Dodge dealership and what a scam. They gave me a list of things that were "in need of repair" to the tune of almost $7,000! I then took the same truck to Allings and although there were a couple of items that needed repairs as the dealership recommended, Glenn explained to me what truly needed repairing. DO NOT USE DEALERSHIPS. Take your vehicle to Allings Auto &Truck repair. I saved over $6,000 by using Allings and have complete faith in them. Great experience!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My husband and I are so happy to have met Glen and his wife Kelly! They made us feel as if we had known them for years. Rarely does my husband trust people he doesn't know with our cars, but after his first meeting with Glen and hearing about how he had moved to the south to open his business.Steve was convinced. Glen has done repairs, regular service and investigations on our cars. We have been pleased with each visit. He is so knowledgable and honest. I would reccomend Allings Auto & Truck Repair to anyone who is beyond the warranty on their vehicles. You won't be disappointed.

I called and made an appt -and was very clear on what I needed them to do- which was fix everything that had came up on the diagnostic they had previously done for me as well as fix my AC. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday thinking they were working on my car, yet on THURSDAY they call me and tell me all these reasons and ask me all these questions about my car, when I had made it VERY CLEAR on what I wanted them to do to my car. When I spoke with the wife she had "trouble" understanding my requests and told me that they were going "to pass" and I could come and pick my car up. What? Why? How rude? Was my car not good enough? I just moved to Monroe and their business is very close to my residence and I was hoping for an nice, won't take advantage of me, welcoming, and good service auto guy. Well Allings Auto is not IT!! I guess they are "too good" of a place for me.

Always hate having to get car repairs. But I know that Alling's will be fair on price and do a great job. They have been in the auto repair business for a long time. That is not an accident. Highly recommend.

I've used Alling's for our 3 vehicles for several years. As our vehicles age, as is expected, a bit more auto work is needed. I trust them - to me this is key with a mechanic and auto repair business. A few times I have shared with my neighbor, who is a mechanic, what I had done at Alling's and showed him the bill. Each time he has said "that's a fair price" for that work. Secondly... Two weeks ago, they did a somewhat major repair, and in the process, most likely (and inadvertently) knocked off/out some sort of connector to the wiper fluid tank. I took the car back in. THey could have said to me that it wasn't their fault or that my car is 14 years old and it was going to break soon anyways but they didn't. They quickly fixed it, without fee, standing by their work.

Honest is the meaningful word here as who doesn't need a honest auto mechanic? Fair pricing, knowledgeable owner and staff. Try it, you'll like it!

Been here on three seperate occasions for inspections always in and out with minimal wait. I actually wouldn't mind if I had a longer wait really enjoy talking with Kelly. Super nice people.

They do great work, treat their customers extremely well, great prices, and fast and reliable work. Would definitely recommend. They know their cars!!!!
