Today, I stopped at the All Care Care to get an issue checked out with my car. The service and explanation I got was very honest, straightforward and unrushed. There was no suggestions for unnecessary or untimely work. It feels good to see there really exists garages like this even today. This garage was recommended to me and I am very happy to recommend to anyone with car issues.

Been having my vehicles serviced and repaired here for more than 20 years. Never disappointed. Pk is honest and treats your vehicle like its his own. Thanks for saving me tones of cash down threw the years.

DEFINITELY recommend all car care. He was willing to diagnose my cat for no price when the dealer was going to charge $140 just for diagnosing the problem. Very honest, even showed me the parts he would need to order online and that they weren t available immediately for fixing. Very honest work and have me a price very reasonable to be fixed and gave me a timeline of when i should get it done to not cause more damage. Will leave updated review later on the work done.

I have been their customer for very long time, from 2010. It is almost 11 years. With my 30 years of dealing with auto mechanics, I can confidently say this that Mr. PK Patel, the owner, is by far the most sincere person and trustworthy person I have ever seen. He never over charges. His charges are always minimal. You cannot beat his prices anywhere in Charlotte. He very often cuts down work to minimum required, never adds extra to make more money! He is not the kind of usual mechanic who will start piling up work and charging top dollars just for nothing. He always tried to save my car and keep my car and repair to the extent necessary. He never broke my trust in him, spotless clean character. I bet, you will not find a mechanic who sincere to the core like him. For my cars, I simply drop the car and don't bother to ask how much a service costs, I only talk about what work is needed. When finished, I just swipe the card for what he says. PK Patel is by far the most honest and professional person I have seen. I have always leaned on his suggestions. There have been times that I have called him for issues in my car and he would guide me. Have been going to ALL CAR CARE since last 5 years and their professionalism is second to none. Very dependable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I bought my car from all car care Mr.p.k and enjoyed the whole experience. I trusted him from the start - very down to earth and gregarious at the same time. If he made a promise, he delivered. This place is awesome! The owner is very considerate of patrons and always discusses what needs to be done. He never just assumes and never adds extra charges or does things to the vehicle that aren't necessary. The service is great and the workers are all polite! He had a good balance of professionalism.

All Car Care is the best auto shop in the Charlotte area. All of our family and friends have been going to PK's shop for the last 20+ years. He is so knowledgeable about his work and deeply cares for his customers. When other places try to take advantage of customers' lack of knowledge about car services, he is always honest and keeps the costs as low as possible for his customers. Pk and the guys here are great. For as qualify their the best. I have been comes here for years. Bought my first car from here. And I bring my daughters first car here for tune up. So guess you can say I trust this place with my daughters safety. Very affordable, we will always come here as long as it's here. Thanks guys for a great job, and for all you do. :)

Mr Patel was great. On July 4th my daughter and her family had trouble with their van. The found All Car Care and called them to see if they were open. Mr Patel met them at the shop, found the needed part and had them back on the road in 2 hours. He was very courteous and professional. He saved the day and they were able to get to their vacation destination safely. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend them.

They will not charge you unnecessary money, they gave me quote on exactly what needs to be fixed with lowest price, compared to for same issue i got quote of more than thousands dollars from dealership.i definitely fix my car at all car care place because they are honest on their quote and give you right advice, Thanks!

This is the best car repair shop hands down. I am always greeted with a smile and given wonderful customer service. As a woman, l know nothing about cars and they are happy to explain anything to me before work is done to my car. They are very fair and l will always come here!

I chose this repair shop based solely on the reviews, and I'm glad I did. They didn't charge me for a diagnostic, and gave me a very fair estimate for cost of repair. I was pleased with the price, service, and they even stayed late so I could retrieve my vehicle after closing time. I'd recommend them to everyone.

I want to say that they are great. pk really understood what we were going through and did everything to make sure we got the best deal. I have tried couple of other repair shops but this one is the best by service.They are very understanding and have big hearts . thanks for all your help and support we will be going there for now on

Probably one of the most honest mechanics ever! They could have charged me to rebuild my transmission and I wouldn't have questioned it. Insead it's fixed for $30. This is where I will take my car from now on.
