I had Advanced Maintenance do a complete break system rebuild because I was taking my rig thru the northern rockies and wanted to know that I could count on control when coming down the mountains. That was a year ago and the system has performed flawlessly. The job was done when they said it would be and at exactly the price estimate.

Called out for a road service during the weekend. Our tractor had an issue with the turn signals. The mechanic looked at it few times, and decided that the switch is causing the malfunction. We replaced the switch, but the problem persisted. We had to look for another shop/place to get it fixed. I understand that mechanics cannot make the correct diagnosis all the time. However, charging a driver $344.67 for a road call that lead us to replacing the wrong part does not seem fair. Could be better than most places nearby, but our experience was a poor one.Service: Electrical

Road service guy is nice but no clue about repairing, came to fix something simple and after trying whatever he was cable to do, I was still stuck while the problem was so simple that my company sent me another driver that solved the issue in 10 minutes and I was back on the road after being stock thanks to ADVANCED MAINTENANCE GUY.Paid over $500 for literary NOTHING.Seriously now if this is how this company function they better find another job!!!

Gary came out in a hurry to help me with my keys locked in the truck. He was very professional and quick. I would definitely recommend Advanced Maintenance and will give them a call again if needed. A+ service

Scott, from the Monroe NC shop, came to our rescue on our RV. He was knowledgeable, fast and so reasonably priced. Not only did they save us a tow bill, they were honest in their dealings. We thought the problem was a brake chamber. It was a hose. They could have replaced the chamber and the hose and charged us for parts and labor. We wouldn't have known. But they were honest. That means so much in this world today. Thank you Advanced Maintainance...thank you, Scott.

Let me start by saying this is a great group of people. Rebecca, Chris, and Matthew have been great when it comes to customer service, maintentance calls, etc. I went to them last year when I first brought my bus an since then they have been my go to for all of my repairs an issues. They have great prices and also offer a variety of accounts/company packages that will fit your budget. I just love Advanced Maintenance Indian Trail

I would give this shop a 0 If i could, a 100 miles later from my driver being ''fixed'' on a hot cap. It was already leaking. These people charge 300 dollars over any other shop in the area. When we told them that the job they had done was no good and that the hot cap was leaking again they said we had to drive all the way back 140 miles for them to fix it, when they had road service available. These people are scammers over priced and didnt even bolt in the wheel properly. They left the gasket and the wheel loose. The loves thats normally overpriced charged us 150 dollars to fix the mess these people did. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ANY COST!! THERES MANY BETTER AND REPUTABLE SHOPS NEARBY!!

Thank you Jim, an excellent mechanic!! Reasonably priced mechanic work also. We were in a real bad way and a long way from home with a Peterbilt needing repairs to the AC. Jim stayed after closing time and fixed it right!! Again thanks Advanced Maintenance.

They were fast on the service call for a brake chamber and got me up and running so I could make the rest of my deliveries and pickup for the day!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

They a scammer, poor customer service. The manger Scott is very rude. They start billing from the time you call and took hours to get to you so they can bill you high. Please stay away from these people.

Run for your life, the no call,no miles no anything that is to catch your attention, $826.00 for chaining an axle , 2.5 hours of labor, it was better to pay a call out fee and the bill would have been 500.00, I will never use you with our 25 trucking company and Please make sure when you use ntts brakdown go to Google and check the reviews first, it was my mistake for not doing that, but never again.

My experience was a great one , broke down on a load, called Advance cause I was 5 miles away, spoke with Jim told me to come on over, Jim very polite cool guy, old school machanic dont mind getting his hands dirty, got me in and out within an hour, if you ever need service in the area I highly recommend they service ask for Jim(mechanic), or Matthew(service) and I'm from the westcoast , didn't beat me upside my head with the bill being I'm a truck driver......THA Beast aka Beauty N Tha Beast Trucking.....

That place is a ripoff they sent us a Michanik who knows NOTHING and diagnostic thing wrongly and off course the truck was stuck all night until morning when in less than 10 minutes one of per guys in the area solved the issue..Extremely and very very expensive, very RUDE SERVICE MANAGER Scott lying about what work was done and full of
