You will not find better customer service or automotive knowledge at any Auto parts store. The employees here are top notch best of the best hands down. Super kind, friendly and will do anything to help you and truly care.I've been to many autoparts stores over the years and there's no place even remotely close to as good as they are. Can't say enough about them they are all great people and I'm honored to know them.

Couldn t have asked for a better experience. The two gentlemen who assisted me with the issues with my truck battery were the most caring and helpful people! They went above and beyond making sure I could get my truck started and to work, even making sure I was comfortable while my battery charged. Thank you Mr. Thomas and the other gentleman who s name I forgot.

The guys at this store went above and beyond to make sure I got an oil filter that was leaking for my company truck. Absolutely recommend!

Employees can make or break a company. MR THOMAS knows most of his customers by name and as I walk through the door he greets me with a smile and "hey Karl! What can I do for you today"? It doesn't matter if I'm just buying a $5 spark plug he treats you as if you are spending a million bucks.I really hope upper management realizes and appreciates having a man like Thomas on their team.

The guy that helped me with a problem concerning my battery did a great job.even better that he installed it in 19 degree weather in minutes.

Thomas was so pleasant in helping me, first by phone. He also offered me to sit in the office while he charge my car battery. I've never felt so welcomed in any Auto Parts store. Thanks Again, Thomas!

Kindly train "lisa" on how to talk to customers and understand how your own system works! She isn't qualified to talk to customers or deal with them especially in an auto parts store. I will leave it there so it won't look personal or unprofessional.

Guy named Nathan was very helpful.. Most places would just tell you anything too get your money... But he was not like that I'm going to use this one more often... Plus it's very close too home.

Greets you as soon as you walked in the door. The service is great and a bunch of good guys to chat with. They help you with no problems to find what you need even if they don't have it there they'll tell you where to get it.

I had my oil changed at jiffy lube and when I left there my car started heating. I made it to advance auto and Mr Small and his associates went out of their way to fix what jiffy lube broke. They didn't have to do it. I thank them so much for their help.

The guys here were very helpful and able to find a battery for my wife's car even though the one the computer told them was for the car was the wrong one.
