After purchasing a vehicle from Griffin GMC and their refusal to replace a battery on a vehicle that I purchased three weeks prior and had yet to make a payment on, I went here to get a battery. Mark was extremely helpful and even told me he would change it out right there on site. As a disabled veteran this was awesome service and experience. While he changed the battery for me we charged and joked and he truly cared. If management is reading this, do what you can to keep this guy around for as long as you can and make sure he is taken care of. I will definitely be talking and singing your stores great praise and I will drive down to this location from Matthews just because of mark and reputation this location has. Expect to see more veterans! Thanks for an awesome expierience and thank you Mark!

Stopped by today because I was concerned about my battery. An employee checked it for me (I didn t catch his name :( ). He checked twice and showed the screen that said the battery was dead. He was very nice and helpful, looked up and honored the warranty and helped me with a few other things in addition. Definitely went the extra mile to help me today. Thank you :)

Takes forever to check out ! Plus pay attention what they are charging you . The guy tried to up-charge me for one of the items i bought. Plus they keep trying to sell you stuff you don t need . Over all horrible experience.

Very helpful too me. I bought 3 marine batteries that would not fit the space I was working with. I was able too return them with no questions asked. They even carried them into store for me.

Very rude employees. I walk into the store. Everyone working even the manager, except one guy outside messing with his personal. This dude walk clearly pass me to go help another female which was a Mexican. I guess if my skin color was different I would have gotten some customer service before he walked passed me. Or at least acknowledged.

Everytime I've gone in there no one asked to to see if I needed help. There's usually only 1 register going and that person is helping customers at the same time making you have to wait forever with maybe a total of 3 customers in the store.

Friendly knowledgeable staff and usually quick service. Employees have taken the the time to help me find what I need and make sure that I get my perk awards. Use them as my main parts house and they will price match with other stores if they are cheaper. Always have parts when they say they will when I have had to have them shipped in. Overall a happy customer here lol.

Great friendly service! One of the only two Advance Auto that I go to. This one is close to my work, the other is close to my home. Went in yesterday evening for a rear wiper blade replacement. They didn't have it in stock at either of my stores so they special ordered it for me to be there today

Staff was friendly, helpful, quickly performed a free battery check. My battery was fine but he recommended having my alternator checked due to a delay in charging/re-charging.

I was having problems with my truck battery so I stopped by Advance Auto to get it checked out. They ran a test on my battery, alternator and starter and determined I had a bad battery. We looked at options for batteries and the salesperson explained each option to me. I choose a battery and they installed for me in less than 15 mins. Thanks

Jenna the manager is the best. She can't do enough to help a customer. She is friendly and helpful and her team takes the lead with her. I highly recommend this location.

Person behind counter looked up part. Purchased and walked out to install, wrong part. Went in and was helped by another employee, went through same lookup and he sold me correct part. Prior employee had an attitude about situation. I would try another store to get correct parts and customer service.

I bought a car cover here and lost my receipt. I wanted to take it back because it was too complicated to put on my suv by myself, so I called and spoke with a man up there to see what my options were for returning the item. He told me they can't do any returns without a receipt at all! So I looked up Advanced Auto Parts return policy online, and it clearly stated I could show a photo ID and get store credit without a receipt; I then drove to the store to show them that website and ended up seeing the same guy that I talked with on the phone. He was very rude and kept saying no returns without a receipt. I left and called the complaint number on the return policy website to see if they could help, and the lady I spoke with called the Advanced Auto Parts right down the road from this one (the bigger store near Sonic). They had me come in and gave me store credit without any problems, and I didn't even buy the item at that location! I will never go to this location again because they like to lie to their customers obviously. I will for now on go to the one near Sonic, which is a much better looking store I must say!!

They are pretty well stocked on common items. Service usually good. Prices in line on most items. Always pays to shop around

Went in on saturday 15th...12:45 ...left at 1:05... no one spoke to me... looked at me standing at counter... taking my business to autozone today... good customer service guys.. keep up the good work!

I stopped by this morning for some R134A freon for my car A/C . They keep it behind the counter. I was in and out in no time. The price seemed reasonable.

This place is way better then O reilly's off of north rocky river. I get the right parts at a dang good price. Joe the salesman help me out alot.
