Won't be going back to the one beside Burger King. Poorly stocked and associates aren't much help. The advance across from Wendy's and store on church street much better. The older guys are more experienced and lots more helpful.

Great customer service. I came here after trying to get replacement brake lightbulbs at O Reilly Auto Parts that were out of stock there. I was immediately fretted when I walked in. The sales person asked what I needed. Once I told him, he went and picked them for me. Such great service. The store was clean and the parking lot neat. Easy to quickly get in and out as it is directly on Roosevelt Blvd/Hwy 74.

Prices are always sooooo high compared to competitors but staff is friendly and some of the sales are worth going to

Chris the manager went above and beyond what he had to do. Helped me find boat gaskets and even went to another store to pick up parts even though he was supposed to be off. Thank you Sir.

I brought the parts I needed off my car with me because I didn t know the correct name for them and Junior was able to identify them and help me order what I needed. He was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They also had the specialty tool available for me to rent to fix it and they have a veterans discount.

This store has improved alot and my last visit sas much better than my previous visits.I was able to order a part and it was recieved a day sooner than I expected.The guy that I talked to about upgrades for my car was very knowledgeable and cool. I'm definitely coming back for upgrades.

Friendly, professional staff. I stopped in to ask for help with a windshield wiper that came off, and the young man put it back in place in two seconds! Since I was there, I purchased things I had in mind to buy but hadn't until I stopped there to ask for help.

I ordered a 5 Quarts Mobil 1 Full Syntheyic AND A Mobil 1 Extended Performance Oil Filter + Free Scott Heavy Duty Shop Towels. The lady at the counter advised me that is not what I ordered and stated that she was going to have to charge me for the filter. After her rude attitude I told her to cancel the order and walked out. I will not be going back.

Slow and no acknowledgment. Employee said to me after I waited at the register for several minutes, "I thought someone else was helping you" then walked away.

ALWAYS ALWAYS buy online, use coupons and pick up in store, never pay "full" in store price. Other than that always good service and with the coupons competitive prices..

I've shopped here numerous times and every time the staff is helpful. The selection of on hand parts is not always the best, but common parts are kept in stock.
