I actually had fun. The gentlemen worked together as smoothly as we do in the OR. They were friendly and respectful. A suggestion was made that was perfectly reasonable and I was shown why. The price was reasonable and timing was perfect. I highly recommend these gentlemen and this shop.

Service was great! Employees were personable and courteous. Oil change with a discount included. Out in less than 20 minutes. It was a great choice for me. Thanks Jermaine and Mike and other guy working below. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be returning.It was a convenient and time saving experience.

I was too busy to change my oil a few months ago, so I choose to go here. I thought it was great and easy, until I changed my oil the day and say that the wrong size filter was used. Which made it difficult to change. Won't be going back. Sometimes professionals aren't very professional

This was one of the most pleasant interactions I have had in a long time. Seems like customer service has suffered of late, but not this time. Jermaine was very professional, courteous, and welcoming as one can be. He was a delight to speak with and his customer service exceptional, very great experience, thank you Jermaine.

The Mocksville Team is really friendly and quick. They do a good job and provide options to you if you need it. We take our cars and our daughters vehicles there because we know we will get outstanding service.

The customer service is impeccable and the flow in which the workers work together makes for a quick service. It also seems that everyone there enjoys their job. Which made my visit so much better. Jermaine specifically did an amazing job today.

Best experience I get every time I go. The manager can t remember his name right now, but he was a young black guy with dreads. The whole crew was great though they treat you like family in there and get it done fast.

My experience here was wonderful and very satisfied. The manager and his co worker was very helpful and had no problems answering my question. They kept me up to date on everything they were doing to my car. Will definitely be going back!!!! Employees are friendly and nice enough. 155 dollars for an oil change and an air filter is absolutely ridiculous. Also, i was there for over an hour. It was neither fast, convenient nor affordable. They charge extra for each quart of oil over 5 quarts and don t mention it until after your oil is drained. They also could not remove my oil filter to which I went home and removed it myself in a matter of minutes and also have to re do the oil change. So I essentially spent double at this location than I would have anywhere else for nothing. Reimbursement would be nice, but I guess I paid for a lesson learned. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Take 5 saved us when we tried to put air in the tires of our rented cargo van at a gas station next door without success.. Take 5 was not busy, was friendly and fast! A god send in time of need. Did not even charge!

Friendly efficient and fast service. It was so seemless Jermaine really did a wonderful job. I didn't have to worry that there wouldn't be something that could be missed that needed to be taken care of. Wonderful!

The guys at this take 5 are exceptional. They may just be doing their job but they make you feel like they really care. I don't go anywhere else and I recommend everyone to this location.

It was early saturday morning when I decided to get my wife's oil changed, We just moved to mocksville north carolina, The 2 guys that were on duty were fantastic, professional And polite, I've used take five in the past, but it has been quite a while Since that time. I will certainly return thank you.

Jermaine was the man!! I came in looking for some assistance with my oil filter housing, because the last place I went to tightened the cap so tight it took Jermaine s awesomeness and determination to break it loose! He was very helpful, a joy to talk with while I was there, and let me watch him change and tighten my housing cap so I knew it was on the right way! Will definitely be back if I need anything else, and highly recommend his service and attitude throughout my whole experience.Service: Oil change

Arrived Saturday 10/21 @ 3:40pm. I explained I needed oil change and that oil light was on. I normally use the Hickory location but I was traveling. I sat until 4:10pm when I said I couldn't wait, I had to leave. I asked if he could check oil level at least and he said I was good for about 100 miles. I'm disappointed in this experience. I did have the oil changed this morning in Hickory.
