The location is pretty clean and nice staff. They have a lot to offer showers and a fitness room. Over 100 spaces for truckers to park and a lounge game area with some games and massage chairs. Plus they have a Popeyes. I did take a star because the handicap stall is not big enough to easily get a wheelchair in and out of at the point just have the bathroom be one stall.

Clean showers but they were small. 7pm and Popeyes was out of regular chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches and fries. Friendly staff. Not much on roller grill. They had a few options in the hot box tho. There is a Walmart next door. Several grass areas for dogs.

Hope you're not in a hurry the lazy people here have zero sense of urgency. They prioritize themselves over the customer. Headline: this is a customer service position where customers clearly come last. Won't be back.

Yea, her attitude was horrible!! 1st of all it was like 4 people behind the counter laughing and joking.....Sorry i interrupted by having to come inside to pay for my gas, because the card reader at the pump was out of service.......customer service doesn't exist anymore.... speaking; how may i help you, Would you like to enter your rewards number.....thank you....... please visit again.......So because you assumed that I only wanted to purchase that one item and went ahead and rung it up without asking is there anything else because if you had done that I would have said yes I need gas as well so it's your fault you had to cancel the transaction and start over.

Great little stop off of 40 to grab some gas, a drink or a light snack and keep moving. Al;so a restaurant inside to grab a bite. Not the most clean gas station but I have seen worse too.

Good convenience store and gas station. Store was clean and well stocked. Restrooms were clean.

Everyone was so nice. I had popeys chicken that was good. Restrooms were clean, there was a great variety of other snacks and foods to eat on the quick go. The guys and gals at the shop were awesome and I want to thank them for fixing my truck.

Had hub seal replaced, trailer air brake valve, and a PM on truck. Great group. Reception very friendly and courteous. Service guys hardworking and master tech (didn t get his name) but African American gentleman about 30 was great. 5 stars!

There used to be a tattoo shop there... Now the only one is in the Whitsett NC TA travel center. Exit 138 off I-40/I-85

This establishment has turned into a real dump. $20 paid for parking so I could use fitness equipment and equipment is in very poor condition. No showers at night . Restrooms look like they have not been cleaned in a week. The Manager of this facility should be ashamed. Clear result of under paid staff with over priced fuel and parking.

Absolutely bad service for truck service night time 08.13.23. Check in 8:30 pmGet me in 12:00. For tire alignment. 2:00 am Mechanik went out never showed up.2:30am I just drive out with nothing.Spend all night for nothing!!!! No service !!!

It looks like they might be understaffed. Up to a dozen people standing in the line and only one cashier and she s taking her sweet time.

First thing to my fellow truckers make sure the pump is working properly if not you will get cheated out of your hard earned money!!! I stopped here on 1-23-23 pump started off very slow I'm assuming they seen me looking at it then it started running properly after 3 dollars. Second thing I go in and get a shower it's $16.00!! That is robbery shower should be no more than 6 dollars from now on I will not stop here. To my fellow truckers we need to stand together and change this we out here sacrificing just to get treated bad.

I'm sorry TA truck stop have gone way downhill. Yes they have fairly decent parking but you also have to pay and they're getting ridiculous sat it. The inside was OK needed some more cleaning done. They have a restaurant but they don't utilize it which is a joke. Then they have a popeye's in there. And it? Doesn't even open up till 11 o'clock so. Basically? Truckers. Don't get no breakfast. They're grilled by the roller for hot dogs and that is always c***. I'm just getting tired of coming to T a's and petros because it's all the same lately so the corporation needs to read this and start. Getting their act together

Employees seemed to be nice. But the selection of food was extremely poor. Neither restaurant opened at 9am. The hot food in the store consisted of 2 hamburgers that were hard and probably sitting there since the night before. There is a really good Mexican restaurant right behind the parking lot. Had a very pleasant experience there the night before. Great food. Also the ta needs a postal box.

$12 for paid parking...not to expensive..very nice emoloyees....restaurant was good..didn't wait to long for our food. Showers were very clean !Would def come back!!

Janey was the cashier and she was not nice. She was huffing and puffing when I tried to use my ebt card. Because her terminal would not allow ebt. She made me feel humiliated bcuz she tried to suggest cash.

S/O to the truck service 1st & 2nd shift from the great customer service when I walk in the door to the great deals & prices (8 brand new tires with labor for $2300) to the technicians 10 out of 10 I highly recommend I drive my trucks from Charlotte for the service the truth the extra time of looking over my equipment. I highly appreciate the service I get EVERY TIME I go to this location. ADAD

Years ago, this was a very good truck stop. I m not sure what happened, other than the fact that TA took it over. None of the restaurants are open. I m not sure where truck drivers are supposed to go for a meal when they take their 10 here. Maybe walk to the Wal-Mart? I miss the days when so-called truck stop s actually catered to drivers.

good place to park if you re a trucker. clean restrooms, nice gas station with lots of stuff to grab. restaurant was closed but popeyes was open and great! 135 big truck spots i believe. arrived around 5pm and plenty of spots still open. free & reserved. there is a repair facility on site as well.

No pay at the pump. Requires a prepayment amount. Clerk says you'll get your change back but doesn't know when. It depends on you bank. Pilot or Loves from now on.

Inside people are very nice, great showers, as far as shop I went in and asked for a DOT on my trailer and was told I had trucks ahead of me so would probably not be able to get to me tonight, It s been 2 1/2 hrs and not 1 truck has been worked on. Nobody has not even been in the shop. I was completely denied DOT inspection service for no reason .

Well if you like everything over priced, waiting in line for 15 plus minutes or hearing a lazy employee complain behind the counter then this store is for you. Just come in around 645 am and you will not be disappointed with how awful this place is.
