I ve brought them several vehicles and they have always done me right. There have been several instances where they have been significantly cheaper than other places. There s been a few times where they quoted me a price on the phone and when they saw my vehicle in person it turned out to be cheaper. They could have never told me and I d have never known the difference. So very honest. And they do good work too.

Cannot say enough good about these guys! I was traveling over a holiday weekend when I started having car troubles. This amazing team got my vehicle in right away, fixed it quickly, and reasonably, and had me back on the road in an hour. Definitely saved my visit to my daughter and I am immensely grateful for their helpfulness and integrity.

They ALWAYS do such good work. I bring all of my vehicles to them fior inspection, work, tires, tuneups or whatever is needed. Joanna is their onsite notary and is the sweetest most cool chick ever. I highly recommend these folks!

Used them off & on for 20+ years want return nor anyone else ik. RIDICULOUS pricing on repairs & tows. Don't inform you & owner has NO CLUE what's being or been done to your vehicle & will avoid you if you have questions or issues.

We broke down trying to exit I-40. Russ towed us the short distance to his shop. Russ and his mechanic, Shannon, got us back on the road in under an hour. Great people and very fair price. We can't be more pleased.

do not go to these people for anything related to your vehicle, i bought 4 tires about 6 weeks ago, ended up having to have my car towed while in Raleigh over the weekend, found out the back 2 tires were shredded? and control arm broken, and the care never had an alignment when the 4 tires were put on, i brought back videos showing the shape of the back tires, and the receipt of replacing the 2 back tires, and the alignment and the broken control arm, (688.00), the owner said he did not put my car on a lift and stated that it just looked like i needed new tires, and that all of this happened after i drove off his lot and for all he knows the control arm wasn't broken when i brought my car to him? how would he have known unless he put my car on a lift! i asked that i be refunded for cost of the 2 back tires only to be told that no he would not do that and that out of all of his customers i was the only complaint that he has had? although i have seen other complaints from other customers, he seemed very uninterested at how bad this could have turned out had my back tire come off!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I took my car in for a timing belt. 100k time to change it. Four days after the promised completion date they had it running and turned it over to me knocking, engine not idling smoothly, and thought they were done. Four more days later they finally solve the problem..Well they fixed it and 20k miles later, the timing belt breaks. New mechanic is fixing engine which is 3 or 4 thousand worth of repair at this point. Ask new mechanic what is taking so long....he tells me whoever did the work stripped out more than half the bolt holes. They had to install 4 heli coils just to get it to stay together. I would advise working on your own car witb no experience before letting these "mechanics" touch your car!!To top it all off, my dash cam caught him talking to someone about what sounded like a drug deal.Do not trust !!!

Stopped here as a 4th try at getting a tire for my car in an "emergency". They hooked me up with a brand new tire, and even mounted it. For under their own out of pocket cost if I had to guess. Very much appreciated y'all. Now I can make it home! The Dog appreciated you letting him chill in the lobby as well lol.

The owner is super Friendly and extremely nice. I love to have service with such cheerfulness. They did Fast and friendly service and I really will be back including telling all my friends to come here. The name is very apt ,much was like a sunrise. Such fast And friendly service is a little rare nowadays.

Avoid these people. Rude and ruined my car with a expensive repair I'm not sure I needed!! Horrible experience! It all started with an engine mount that needed replacement. Fortunately, a friend of mine diagonosed it, and I went into Sunrise for the SPECIFIC repair which was done right. While there, Russ, the owner, had recommended that my tie rods be replaced and gave me a quote, and being someone who is proactive with car maintenance, I scheduled an appointment for a couple of weeks out. The job was done, but as soon as I drove out of the lot, and onto the highway, the car started vibrating heavily, and pulling to the right (yes, they mucked up the alignment). I called the girl right away and let her know about the problem, but wasn't able to get back in (partially due to my own schedule, but also due to their own scheduling 'conflicts'). In the meantime, I had given them the benefit of the doubt, and had my tires rotated. Still no improvement, and the guys at the tire place said that car was terribly out of alignment (as I had experienced from the 'get go', as they say). I also visited another shop off of Lewisville/Clemmons exit and they said that when they put the car back together after the tie rod replacement, they most likely messed up the alignment. Anyway, it took me 3 weeks to get back to Sh*trise. When I called to schedul an appointment I didn't notice any rude exchange, but boy of boy, that aweful woman at the desk gave me hell when I came in early Monday morning. ALL MY FAULT, they claimed, and the woman went into the garage and loudly bad-mouthed me to the whole crew, and they all had a good chuckle while I sat there in the waiting room. I calmed myself down so when the owner came in, I could give him a chance to 'save face' and perhaps do the right thing. Can you believe it, HE MADE UP A WHOLE RIDICULOUS STORY ABOUT HOW A CHIP IN MY HUBCAP WAS CAUSING THE VIBRATION! And, that he had proactively rotated the hubcaps (B.S.!!!) I bet he had a good laugh over this, thinking he had pulled the wool over my eyes. Of course he never fixed the problem, and I left. Well, what goes around, comes around. I'm now sure to mention them in EVERY SINGLE business in Mocksville that I visit, starting with the fedex store where I'm a regular customer. And, guess who was standing there while I was telling the owner my story? THE MAYOR OF MOCKSVILLE! He agreed that there were better shops in Mocksville, starting with the shop behind the SHERWIN WILLIAMS paint store across from the Walmart area. Apparently, they are known for being the EXACT OPPOSITE of Sh*tRise (actual customer service, and quality service to begin with). Once again, AVOID these scumbags at all cost. Apparently 1/2 the town of Mocksville does!

You can bring Sunrise a model T to a 45 foot RV and Russ will give it back to you running like new. One of the few business owners that oversees work performed and takes the time to get the job done correctly.If you want it done right, bring it here!

Russ and Jeremy will make sure you're taken care of. Fair prices and great service! Great place for tires and any other type of automotive repair or upgrades. They did a great job on my Hyundai genesis 5.0 Rspec in the pic below!

Was in town to get a used car on black friday and they were one of the only places who were able to give me a pre purchase inspection. Amazing service, very quick and efficient, would recommend to anyone in the area.

Great service they took great care of my car and when they Problem they fixed wasn't the issue they scanned it again and offered to try replacing the part again just to make sure it wasn't bad no cost to me..haven't fixed the issue yet but it's not from a lack of trying

I reserved a Uhaul trailer here. I was running late and started calling 20 minutes before they closed. No answer. I tried calling all the way to the shop no answer. I arrived a few minutes before they closed, open signs all flashing, but doors locked and no answer on the phone. Fenced in lot appears to be open. Several vehicles around, but apparently they closed up shop. No Uhaul today and I'll never attempt to use their services again.

They originally told me it would only cost me 100 something dollars then I asked them to do an oil change and a tune up for me then they priced me at 300 dollars but then they call me back and tell me it s going to now be 500 something dollars. That is absolutely ridiculous and I defiantly will not be going back there ever again. I am beyond mad.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair
