These guys are Very friendly, professional, fast and adequate! We have been coming here for car inspections etc for a few years now.. if you want an honest team of mechanics, go here as well!

I had a lower ball joint and cv axle replaced in my vehicle. Very good customer service. Car was fixed very quickly. Explained everything that needed to be done and gave a itemized list of all cost. It use to be a good shop, but not now that they a new building. They charge you for and don t do nothing. They just trying to get money from people to pay for their new building.If you can t do what the customer wants just be honest and tell them upfront instead of trying to do it and still charging more than it supposed to be.

He provided me with more info then expected when most mechanics want tell you what's wrong with your car.....The part needed was found and the service was quick. He knew exactly what to do and gave me a good price for the services and info rendered. I am one satisfied customer, I wish I knew of him sooner..... He just may very well be my primary mechanic....

Just left n they r amazing n fast at their work absolutely love going to presnells bc no matter the reason I'm always treated wit respect and even when my wife goes she is always happy bc they even treat females wit respect definitely recommend them

Presnell's Auto Repair prices are very competitive. They have only one mechanic and they are very busy. You will get your problem taken care of. You have to have patience because of this and you will be happy with the results.

I've used Presnell's for so many years, at the old location back behind the Chamber of Commerce building and now at rhe new location, just south of Mocksville proper, past C. J.'s Restaurant and over the bridge, and you're there. ALWAYS good reason to keep coming back, because as far as I can tell there's nothing they can't fix! They are one of the most efficient Shops I've dealt with, and will very quickly tell you what's wrong with your vehicle, and give you a good estimate of the time it will take to fix it. These days, none of us have enough time, and these folks are not going to waste yours!

Very helpful they took care of my truck and they even came under what they quoted me by about 75 bucks. Will use them again if I need to put my truck back in the shop

Went in for inspection and was treated very good. Going to get tires mounted next week and we'll see how that goes and update here.

The mechanic didn't even look at my car, He send another guy to tell me that they will be able to check my car in 2 weeks. The owner was not very polite, I don't think we were welcome.

I went in to have my car inspected. The gentleman that helped me was awesome. Had me in and out in about 10 mins.
