RUN...... don't walk from this place, promised my car would be don't in 5 or 6 days, 3 months later and me stopping to check many times they finally put the 1300 turbo witch is half a day job. so I told them I had a cheap turbo I put on and ran fine, I switched to the more expensive turbo because I wanted it reliable for me. another month later, I told them it needs fixed or I'm gonna take it and do it myself, I was never once updated or called back even when I asked. I finally got a call it was fixed. luckily, I drove it before paying. clamps to turbo were loose, dipstick Brocke off in the dipstick tube. wireing all ran long, literally looks like a 2 year tried to put it together. worst experience of my life with a garage. I could keep going, but my point is don't trust a word they say. even the people running front dest were rude and they completely lied to be about it being fixed, I'm so glad they didn't get a dime but tried charging me over 800 for something they made worse then when I dropped it off. Britt lied to my face, saying it was fixed. again, don't walk from this place, run because you will be disappointed

They charged me 40$ something bucks for an oil change while back and then 58$ and this last time 74$. Place is scam.I got quoted for 500$ to change spark plugs. Never going there again.

I have taken my car to them on several occasions to keep maintaining my vehicle a 2000 dodge intrepid 3.5L V6. I spent several hundreds of dollars. Usually had quality work. However, took my vehicle in to replace the radiator reserve. Soon as I pick it up went less then a mile and all the antifreeze was pouring out. I took immediately back. I was told not to worry it was just the overflow. I drove back home parked. Then headed down the road only made it if five miles. The car started over heating. I pulled over put a few gallons of water in and drove back to Osbourne shop. It didn't overheat on the drive back. However, I received a call stating that a complete radiator and hoses was needed. All together over $600. I drive a park and the picture added will show it is still leaking. I called on Monday told what was happening. I was asked to bring in at 9am. I called at 9:35am and stated that I had no more money to spend. The female said don't bring it and that I should have been there at 9am if I wanted it looked at. She said that she would talk to Brent and get back in touch with me to let me know. I patiently waited it is Saturday. I really feel like I was ripped off. It has really destroyed the relationship of trusting Osbourne to do the right thing. Just no good business.

My fianc� took our car to osbornes to get an alignment done on our car. After about an hour he was told the upper control arm and the ball joint needed to be replaced. A few days later we took it to a different automotive shop. And guess what? The upper control arm and the ball joint was perfectly fine and they did the alignment. Be careful with Osbornes they will tell you things are wrong and they are not. Sounds like big time price gouging to me. They have lost our families business.

Had been a customer for years then recently bought 2 new sets of tires for different vehicles and now both wobble at speeds over 60. They say there's nothing wrong but I just think they can't fix their mistake and don't want to take responsibility. That's too much $$ to hand somebody for substandard work. And the girl at the front desk can be very rude

Replaced manifold on my Chevy equinox and did well, took longer than they expected but they updated along the way. Recently had my husbands car Chevy impala for almost four weeks. They did finally fix it- but the issue was they never called and updated on the status! Communication would have been key. Luckily we weren t dependent on the vehicle but the lack of communication is really not what you get from a reputable garage. Not sure about recommending. Also now the ac doesn t work? Also changed the price multiple times. Even 10 minutes before picking it up- went from $353, to 750 to $780. Also was supposed to do state inspection- didn t. Will try another garage next time.

Well to say the least they are very thorough. I brought my daughters car in for an air-conditioning issue, only to find out that the whole car was shaking when she was driving it and she never told me and thankfully they noticed it. Come to find out it needed CV joints, wheelbearings, and some kind of rod I can t remember what they said. My daughter had been driving this car around like that for months, not knowing that the whole front of the car was about to fall apart. Thank you so Much to the super hot chick Amanda, who took care of us and had amazing knowledge, she was on point when it came to parts, pricing and when my car would be ready. Super professional. Not to mention the technicians that repaired our vehicle, thank y all for taking care of my daughters vehicle. Great work.

It is my go to garage for auto repair. Update your hours. I came in at 4:25 the kid cleaning up didn't acknowledge me went into the bathroom. I looked at Google says close time 5:30. Ran a quick errand thinking I would still have until 5:30 I just needed and inspection. The kid looked at me and inquired if he could help me and I said "got time for a quick inspection?" To be told sorry we close at 5. Told him if he would have acknowledged me when I was there at 4:25 all this could have been avoided. Still my go to for Auto Repair

Honest and fair. The guys here do a good job of telling you what is wrong with you car and what needs fixing right away and what can wait. It's hard to find an honest car place but they are always straight up. They stay busy so make sure to make an appointment a few days before you need anything done on the car.

I have been going to Osborne for the last three years to get my car and truck worked on so far they done a good job. this past Tuesday I went to get my brakes checked out on my truck they kept it back there for about two hours and come back said it needed thisand this and that over $700 worth of work then turn around and charged me $25 for checking it out they never have done that before. So they have lost my business thank you

I've been taking my car to be serviced at Osborne's for several years now. They offer great service at an affordable price. They have services and products that some other family owned shops in the area don't have such as synthetic oil and a spin balance for balancing tires. The only complaint I have about them is that it often takes them a long time to get things done. When I go to have my oil changed and tires rotated, it usually takes about an hour.

My daughter brought all of her vehicles here, and they did fine until she brought them an older suv. They did thousands of dollars in repairs to this car. When my daughter brought it back saying that the work done had caused further issues (verified by 3 other mechanics), they brushed her off and left her vehicle sitting on their lot for over a month with no communication on their part at all.

Has front brakes replaced. Was cheaper than Beroth and they didnt give me an attitude. I would recommend.

I was impressed with them. Needed to get the car inspected and thought the wait would be 30-45 minutes or so. The y took the car back and had it ready to go in about 15 minutes. Very courteous young man.

I don't know how this place is in business with the way my phone call was handled by the secretary, Rebecca, she hung up on me and when I called back to get her name she didn't want to give it to me. She kept saying, I'm the one that answers the phone and then I'm the secretary. She finally gave me her name and was so rude. I was trying to talk with an employee or leave a message and she explained over and over that all work went thru Osbourne not the employees, I understood that, I wasn't trying to get work on the side. My father recently passed and I'm from out of state trying to get things done for my mom. They trusted, employee, Dean who has always helped them and I wanted to followup with him. Not once did she offer condolences for my father's passing. I ask to talk to her boss then she changed her attitude a little. I never got the boss or owner as she decided she would leave a message for Dean. I still am going to follow up with the owner, maybe he will see this and reach out, I hope so. Rebecca owes me an apology.

GOOD CONVENIENCE STORE GOT LOTS OF GOOD STUFF INSIDE THE STORE THEY KEEP THE PARKING LOT AND THE STORE VERY CLEAN AND THEY ARE VERY NICE AND COURTESY INSIDE THE STORE WHEN YOU GO PURCHASE SOMETHING FROM THEM THEY ALWAYS GIVE YOU A SMILE AND I ALWAYS THANK YOU LOVE THIS PLACE I RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE TO COME BY AND SHOP AT THIS CONVENIENCE STORE

Recently took my van in for a repair. A few months ago I had to get a jump. The kind elderly gentleman who gave me a jump mixed up the positive and negative on his battery and blew the fuse that controlled my back up camera, radio, CD player, and DVD player. The dealer wanted to replace the whole component! We took the van to Osborne's and Scott found the blown fuse in a hard to get to location. He replaced it and everything is working great again! Service was phenomenal, pricing was also very reasonable. I'll be back!

Rip Off and scam! They charged my son $570 for a tune up and then tried to tell him he had a stuck lifter which was going to be an additional $3500! Took it for a second opinion and it is a bad coil pack which he didn t even check during the $570 tune up.

My husband purchased four new tires for over $700.00 for his truck and was having issues with them losing air. Returned to Osborne for them to fix the issue. It took a couple of hours, but they fixed it.

The lady on the phone who does the scheduling was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Ended up going to Presnell s instead which worked out because they were able to work me in sooner anyway.

Just took our 06 Kia optima up there today for them to look at, and they called us to say they will have to go deeper as far as to see what's wrong, seem friendly and fast to call us back, look forward to doing business with you guy's, thank you!!!!!
