Wow what a great experience. Every person I came into contact with was courteous, professional and helpful. I bought a Porsche from them and I feel great about the experience 10/10 would recommend. The owner bully and his wife were both so kind and down to earth. Not your typical Porsche dealer experience. Amazing!

My experience with the people, internal culture and all the business processes was in a word, exceptional. They have an internal culture of commitment that surpasses any experience i have received from many marque dealerships. Honest. No pretentiousness. Passionate. Value. In every interaction from the initial phone call or email to receipt of the vehicle you could feel their mission and culture. What a delightful experience from start to finish. The right car at the right time with the right loan for our needs. All wrapped around unparalleled customer service. They are distinguishing themselves from other dealerships one car and one customer at a time.

Billy, Jamie, Niko, and Jose did a fantastic job throughout the entire sales process! Great customer service, they went above and beyond for me! They kept the dealership opened after their hours operation just to accommodate my schedule. Buying a car out of state seemed overwhelming, but these guys made the process extremely simple!

I have read a few of the despondent purchasers on HBI google review....some of these sound ridiculous.....ashtray, pine needles etc.....HBI has been great to me..5 Stars out of 5 Stars!! ..I am in business and I understand that some issues will happen but HBI is a good fair company if you are fair with them in my personal opinion...now onto my review and experience on my F430 purchase in December 2022.Why be ordinary like everyone else or be extraordinaire driving a cooool special car?Jose Finance Manager (great guy)helped me get an incredible low payment on my HBI 2005 Converted 6 Speed Ferrari F430 (490 HP) of less than $1600 for around 190K car!! My factory F430 race car is the fastest car that I have ever driven so far....when the exhaust valves open around 4000 RPM you hear the engine get much louder....so cool. The HBI 6 speed F430 conversion is expertly done my son and I are so happy with the gated sounds going thru the gears. Also, I can payoff early with no penalty if I want too. Jose helped my ten year + dream of owning a Ferrari .After applying for financing with Jose and getting approved and Jose letting me know how low my payment was going to be.....My son and I drove to HBI dealership and everything was accurate and true that Jose told me and I signed the paperwork and drove my beautiful HBI converted manual gated Ferrari home to Ohio, 7 hours away( what a great experience driving this car home). My car is not going to be a trailer queen, my son are going to drive and enjoy the car especially now that HBI installed the affordable Paint Correction, PPF and Ceramic Coat HBI system (Gaige is awesome). I had everything pre approved and was out the door after a test drive in less than 2 12 hours. Insurance information.....my Italian dream car Picasso was only $860.00 a year full cover insurance thru Safeco on my home policy ....If you do your do your homework ahead before going to the HBI dealership than your paperwork and experience will go smooth at the dealership. HBI sells a lot of expensive cars and has a wonderful detail shop.I really encourage any potential buyers to watch the HBI YouTube videos to understand more about the special cars that HBI sells.While waiting on Jose for a few minutes to install my temporary plate before we drove back to Ohio, I talked to my son about our next prancing horse Ferrari to put in the stable at home....We looked at a beautiful Black Ferrari 458 naturally aspirated 562HP in the HBI parking lot....I told Jose that I would love to have that car in the future....he said that was the owners car .HBI is truly my partner now and helping me maintain my exotic car now and in the future. HBI transportation department picked up and delivered my car when I had the full PPF service done.HBI is the only company that I will trust to work on my F430 period.

They have very nice inventory. The sales team was great, the experience was smooth and I did not feel pressured. I was able to test drive the car on my own and take my time considering the purchase. I got a fair deal and I m excited about my new vehicle.

Steve and his team are amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. No high pressure sales tactics, just great guys who know and love their cars. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Porsche. Although I did not end up purchasing from them (only because I wanted a very specific trim and did not want to wait for it to be available), I enjoyed my time with them more than any other dealer I have interacted with. I sincerely look forward to working with them in the future when it is time to purchase my next vehicle.

This is absolutely the right place to buy a Porsche. They were honest and the car was in excellent condition as advertised. I bought and brought the car to New York. My mechanic verified everything after the purchase was already completed and the car was in the condition they represented it would be.

The staff over at HBI are awesome! I have always gotten my services, maintenance, and detailing from them with my Porsche 911 4S Cab, and they have always done great work. I recently purchased a Macan GTS they had on the lot. Jose and Gaige were awesome and easy to deal with, and helped me as I came by to view and test drive several vehicles. The owner Billy was even awesome enough to reach out to me to ask if I needed anything while I was searching. Overall amazing people to deal with and to have your vehicle serviced.

So I just bought my second Porsche and I bought it from HBI. I can t say enough good things about them and how I was treated and how nice everyone was. I was treated fairly and got a good deal on my trade in. They were very welcoming and showed me around and showed me some cool stuff they had there working on. My first Porsche dealership experience was NOT with HBI and it left kind of a bad taste in my mouth. They were snooty and rude and it just wasn t a great experience. But HBI was the total opposite of that. If/when I buy or trade on another in the future HBI will definitely be the first place I shop.

I had a very professional experience with Julie, Blake (video walk through) and Niko. All of my expectations were exceeded. I ultimately received an offer to purchase that was fair and beyond what I considered to be reasonable. I have previously owned four Porsches and this was a top tier business engagement.

Totally different experience then buying from your normal dealer. Very knowledgeable about their products. Enthusiasts is a better way of saying it. My wife and I have bought alot of vehicles over time and this was very fun. I work at another dealership and we try to get our sales guys up to this level of knowledge and care. These guys know what they are selling. Any negative reviews you read are people with expectations of buying a new used vehicle.

My 34 years of being alive and my dreams came true today! I bought my dream car at this dealership, the Caymen 07. From the moment I walked onto the lot, Niko, the car salesman down to Jose, the sales manager, and Julie, the business development manager, nothing but professional and respectful treatment to me. If you re looking for no B.S of haggling back and forth, they get straight to point and no fluff. Highly recommended and will definitely be coming back here to buy other Porsches in the future! 5 out of 5 stars! Would give it a 10 out of 10 if I could!

IF YOU ARE AN OUT OF STATE BUYER, THIS IS FOR YOU:I did my research about HBI and their expertise in Porsche specifically, I also checked most if not all reviews on google and dealership websites to see customer feedback before applying to purchase.I live in Michigan and I found a 2016 Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid with 76030 miles on it for a great price. I was contacted by HBI after inquiring online. We set up a live video to check out the car. Steven was great to work with as my first point of contact. I really liked the car in pictures and videos so I decided that I would continue with the purchase.BEWARE: IF YOU DO PAY THE DEPOSIT IT IS NON REFUNDABLE IF YOU DECIDE TO OPT OUT OF PURCHASING THE VEHICLE.After checking the carfax and the maintenance done on the vehicle throughout its life I decide to purchase the car. The transportation costs were about $600 which was completely fine with me, and in general the car looked amazing in person. It did have slight damage wear the trim was loose on the front bumper but I had prior experience as a mechanic and love handy work so it was an easy fix.Other than that, the car is very clean, drives great, and I fell in love honestly. They didn't exaggerate when they said I was going to love the car.As for the purchase process, I am waiting on the title by mail and It took about 2 weeks to get the car (from seeing it online) which is pretty quick to me. I received it on saturday at 1 PM which was cool.They did sell me their 4 year maintenance plan which to me was worth the price if used properly. as well as a 3 year warranty which after I read the details I was down to accept it. (ease of mind on a used car is nice).I would definitely recommend buying from these guys as they are very professional, and their teamwork is great as I was contacted by several employees from their side working on getting me my car as quick as possible.thank you HBI!Thank you Steven for the awesome experience!

I recently had HBi install several pieces of RSC Tuning carbon fiber aero products on my Lamborghini Huracan. I had researched 9 different high end exotic service companies in the Charlotte area to do the work, and Billy and his team at HBi scored at the top of my list to do the install. They did a fantastic job of installing the RSC Tuning aero splitters and side skirts, which included removing some body panels to install the aero items. If you are looking for someone to work on your Lamborghini who will treat it with the TLC that you expect, then Billy at HBi is your guy.

I recently purchased a Ferrari from HBI Auto. I usually do not like dealing with dealerships (I m a long time Tesla owner) but I can say I had a very positive experience. HBI could not have been more helpful, responsive and accommodating. They had no objection to me having an independent PPI done at a shop of my choosing, one that was rather far away they even helped me arrange transport there. No shadiness, no funny business, 5 stars.

It was great working with the team at HBi. Everyone was responsive, helpful and professional. Process was easy and the truck was cleaned up, ready to go when we arrived. It looked even better in person than the photos and video conference the team coordinated to look at the truck before making the trip to pick it up. Most importantly my dad is loving the truck we got.

I can't say enough great things about HBI. I have purchased a 2021 Porsche GT4 and a 2018 Porsche GT3 from these guys this year and "above and beyond" takes on a new meaning there. From the first conversation with Jose, negotiating the purchase with Brian, and the sincere attention given from Patrick in service I couldn't be happier. And, I should mention Matt Dronet handling the track alignment. This guy knows his stuff and was happy to talk through what I was wanting, offered suggestions, listened and nailed the execution. I wish I were closer to this team of professionals but until then I'll use the pick-up and delivery service.

These guys went above and beyond to help me get into my new tesla plaid! Great group of people to work with! Jose went above and beyond to make certain i was happy and communicated every single step of the way! This is the way car buying always should be! Definitely one of my best experiences when purchasing! Will do business in the future for sure!
