My car broke down at Walmart mocksville.I called a couple local wreckers.they were busy. Someone mentioned FRWS..said they'd be there in 30mins.They were johnny on the spot plus car was loaded in less than 10mins.the guy knew his stuff.Car had to be towed to Statesville & he got it there in record time. Lady in the office was very helpful. They will be my go to from here on out.Thank you and God bless you.

! They released my vehicle over the phone, did not ask for an ID to for the release nor did they know who picked it up. Unless you want your car gone stay away!

Waiting over 7 hours and several follow up calls to AAA with no response I called Farmington Road Wrecker Service who responded in less than 20 minutes. They have 24-hour service and so helpful. The wrecker got me very quickly and got me to a tire shop who stayed open to change my flat. The owner of Farmington road wrecker service is amazing!

Flat tire in I-40 near Exit 162, I called Farmington Road Wrecker and they picked up quickly and were extremely helpful in locating me and giving me an ETA for support. With State Trooper coverage and wrecker on the way, we feel much safer this close to the road.

They were good. I had a flat tire that sent me off the road in the trees and my 4 wheel drive was broken on my Ford Ranger so I couldn't get out. Didn't help when it rained. I feel like $105.oo was a bit steep to just pull out of a ditch but it is what it is. I needed it out. I think I waited about an hour or so for them to get there. I was told 100 but I got charged 5 extra. A bit of damage to the truck but over all it got out in one piece. They were polite to me so over all I am content.

Great professional help! The ETA was a little later than quoted but when I called to check on arrival time the owner got on it and got back to me within minutes to let me know what was going on. Pick up was quick and the gentleman that helped was friendly. I recommend for anyone needing a tow!

Scheduled a time sensitive service for a wrecker to pick up a transfer truck at a salvage yard, the next morning we get there only for them to cancel on me. They first say that they sent the wrecker down to Charlotte after I had made my appointment, then say it s because they don t want a nail in their tire. That s respectable, but please don t say you can do it, and then take that back after I ve set my day up around you and have spent time and money to do so.Now won t answer my calls.Beware!Service: Car towing

Very good experience with this company. They were prompt, friendly and knew his job. Price was very reasonable and he jumped my truck to get me on my way. Didn't need the tow, but if I ever do I'll call Farmington.
