Dropped off some Volvo wheels for them to bore out. They had it enlarged from 63.4 to 67.1 so I could fit newer wheels on the older chassis. Work was done right on time and I never had an issue with communication. Wheels fit perfectly, and the prices for remounting the tires and balancing them was very very reasonable.

Zero stars If I could. Paul has zero customer service skills and insults/curses out his most loyal customers. I'm done with this business and the bad human being that Paul is. I'm not going to go into many details to keep it short but everything I've purchased here has had to go back for some type of flaw or repair. Its not all that what you see on his IG. When you call for help you are met with this foul person and barrage of insults. But don't call him a liar, Paul gets very upset if you do. I'm taking my business elsewhere and If I were you and you love your hard earned money, stay away from this guy and his shop or give him your money and find out. I'll post more if need to, I have more.

Ehrlich and his team are on another level. I've done business with dozens wheel restoration experts overseas and here.. NOBODY has the same attention to detail.Had a small issue with one of our transactions and they literally paid shipping both ways $$$ and took care of it for free, no questions asked. The old-school way of doing business is alive and well here. Ehrlich's word is gold. Art > Part

HORRIBLE experience, purchased a set of BBS custom wheels via instagram. I DM d the company & was told these would fit my BMW based on the fitment confirmation from Paul, the owner. Upon receiving I tried them on, did not fit as described.As any customer would do, I boxed them up to return for a refund, they refused the return delivery and denied my credit card a refund.So now I m out$4,977 for the wheels$250 original shipping to me.$313 shipping they refused.Be very careful with this place.

This will be my first review on a shopI Bought the BBS RS Centercap conversion kit for my style 5 s and red/gold bbs logos. They actually sent me the wrong sized thread Hexcap, when I reached out to them they instantly responded the same day. They asked for some photos and after were immediately on top of it. I sent them the hexcaps back (they paid for the shipping return) and once they received the wrong ones they immediately sent me the correct ones. Everything arrived pretty quick, within 2-4 days. The quality of these products are really really good, everything fit up perfectly and worked exactly how they are suppose to. The customer service is really friendly and professional. I 100% recommend going to these guys about anything wheel related.

Paul and his staff, including Stacy, are kind, courteous and produce only the highest quality offerings. The staff at Ehrlich Wheel Works took care of each detail I wanted to meticulously finish my BBS RS for my E28 years ago. Recently Paul and his team have dealt with me again, nitpicking, nagging, and trying to find the perfect set for my new E28 and have done so with grace. Excellent, honest, professional company.

Paul purchased some BBS wheels from me so that he could refurbish them. He was kind and patient and very knowledgeable. The wheels on his car were some examples of his work and they were amazing. Thumbs up!

Paul does great work, I have been in and out of his shop numerous times and never left unimpressed. He takes extreme pride in his work and will not accept anything less than perfection. I have a very OCD taste and he has surpassed my expectations. If you want the best and a true custom set of wheels talk to Paul.

I bought a set of NEW BBS style 5's from Paul Ehrlich took 4 months to get. I Paid $3700.00 for them infull the same day they were finished. The build quality was a nightmare wheels were "untrue" and out of roundness returned them to Paul for a refund and has refused to refund my money. Paul makes excuses and is a master manipulator. He will string you along with excuses for his actions and poor craftmanship. BEWARE AND TAKE NOTES IF YOU TAKE A CHANCE AND DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.NOTE : I will be pursuing every Avenue available to me to ensure this never happens to anyone else.
