I initially spoke with the representative name Esteban, who was clear and concise with his instructions, and gave a generous offer for my vehicle relative to other similar businesses. I will recommend this company to anybody who wants to sell their vehicle seamlessly and effortlessly.

This was my first time working with this account and I must say it was the easiest and they are very exceptional and made the process fast and stress-free. They gave me a great price on my broken car (engine died). They had a tow truck out to meet my car just a few days after initial contact. A half hour later they had the car and I had a check. The whole experience was horrible except the lovely gentleman who picked up my car. His name was Kenneth and he was very professional. Other than him I wouldn't ever use this company again. The communication was beyond bad. I tried to have this car picked up for over a week. It would be scheduled then nobody would show up and I would call only to be told I hadn't been scheduled. They used the same lines like robots everytime I called them. This happened multiple times until I had to breakdown on someone just to call me. The 1 star is for Kenneth the tow guy, great job sir.Service: Vehicle purchasing

local dealers are the ones buying from this place so if u want to give your car away to this place the local dealers will come and pay them more than they paid you plus fees.There's no way they pay more for used cars
