The tire expert at the front desk went out of his way to help me find the correct tire to fit the unusual size wheel that I had. I had already tried several other places and was not able to get help with it. For friendly and expert tire service, I would highly recommend this place.

I really wish they did everything as far as car service. They always make sure I'm taken care of without draining my account like Honda dealer does. Ty For your excellent service guys.

They do good work. They fixed the tire and when it came time for the headlight the price to fix it the price was out rages and the lights are not the same the old one is blue and the new one is a diminish yellow not happy with that at all.

They are helpful and trustworthy. They have always gone above and beyond to help me.Updating to add that I just went down there to get a tune up due to their recommendation. They pulled the Carfax report and looked at my car manual to make sure they covered the right services. They realized I already had done the recommended services there and let me know I was caught up. I feel very well taken care of there and will not take my car anywhere else

I used to like to do business with this place until today. I dropped two tires off to be mounted and balanced and specifically told the service advisor that I wanted to keep my old tires and he said "yeah that's not a problem." I then went to pick up the tires 2 hours later and when I asked for my old tires they said " oh our tire guy already came by and picked them up sorry, no one told us you wanted to keep them"Then when I went to pay the price was double what it was last time. I checked my bank statement to verify it was only $36 last time and it was. I called to ask why the price was double this time and was told oh we had a guy filling in and he must not have changed the price to the correct amount last time. It has been the same service advisor the last 4 times I have been in so I know that's a lie. I don't know what happened but now they are just another scammy tire shop like most of the others around.

Had alignment done today. They told me we needed a new cam bolt and everything else looked good. My children went to pick her car up and called me out of town to tell me that it drives the exact way it did when we turned it in. She will be returning it in the morning for then to look at. I know the owner and his son and this place has the same understanding core values, responsibility, accountability they strive for. Their customer service is fantastic also. I hope the mechanics warranty their work this time.

We just moved from out of state and I was told about Beroth Tires from a friend. Mike ordered me a set of tires for my car and it was very reasonably priced. They got me in the next day when the tires arrived and did a excellent job. I will definitely be back when my other vehicles need new tires. They also offer other automotive services!

Stopped by to get two new tires on my kids truck. I told the service advisor I wanted something cheap as long as it wasn t white walls. They backed the truck out and they mounted white walls facing inward hoping I wouldn t notice. I told them to take them off and I d do business somewhere else. Huge waste of time and everyone that works here seems to have a poor attitude.

We were traveling back home for the holidays with three young kids and got a flat tire. This place is right off interstate and we had above and beyond customer service. They were so kind letting us run crazy in their lobby for over an hour. We would highly recommend this place to anyone around Mocksville needing service.

I had a great experience with them today. It really sucks they have the plexiglass up because we had a miscommunication about my oil change. They brought to my attention some concerns about my front wheel alignment and showed them to me. They also advised me that they were going to have to be fixed just not today. I will be back.

Called about getting a alignment for my car and an oil change. Was able to get an appointment the same day. A very nice young man named Josh worked on my car and did an awesome job. I was given an estimated time of about a hour and half, but got the call that my car was ready earlier than the estimated time.

Excellent experience. My F250 truck tire had a value stem leaking and I needed it changed quickly or I was going to be stranded with a flat tire. I went to two other tire stores and both said I would have to wait one to two hours before they could get to it and acted like they didn't want to even do the job. I just happen to see this tire store across from Walmart and drove over close to 5 o'clock, not expecting much. The guys met me very courteous and professional and took truck keys and pulled it right into their shop. I asked if they could inspect the vehicle while I had it in the shop and they said no problem. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. I was shocked. I was sitting in their nice clean waiting room in a rocking chair on a business call and my truck was waiting out front on me before I could finish my call. I will definitely go back. And the price for changing a value stem and inspection was less than $17 and these are big heavy truck tires and not easy to put on and off. Very impressed and frankly shocked at how fast and the price. Highly recommend!!!

Had four tires put on and they left the lug nuts loss on the front drivers side. Back car out of the bay, Tech got out of car because of the noise looked around had no idea what he did. Pulled the car back in and another Tech came over and found the issue. They all had a good laugh. Tech on his cell phone the whole time he was working on my car. I will never go back unless I have no choice.

First time visiting today. We stopped in to have my wife's car inspected but we had not driven far enough for the computer to reset after I had replaced a battery connector clamp which cleared the computer. Staff was very professional and the waiting room very clean and cool.

This place was able to fit in fixing my studs on my Subaru Legacy GT the day I had it dropped off without me even calling. No guarantee this could happen every time, but they were great. Price wasn't bad. Cost us about $130. My boyfriend did most of the dealing with the shop. When I asked how he like dealing with this company, he said with all seriousness looking at me straight in the eyes, "oh they were cool."

AWEFUL SERVICE. Went in for a tire rotation because I got one free with the bundle I bought and also spent a�gram�on my tires' and�alignment. When I went in for my tire rotation, the mechanic told me a short while later that it wasn't a good idea to place my back tires on the front because they were too "smooth, like a teeth in the interior of the tire." Additionally, I was told that my alignment was poor. they also forgot to give back�my wheel lock and had to go back�to get�it. unprofessional... The following day, I visited another tire shop in my area of Mocksville called "Jiffy Lube," where I learned that customers frequently return after visiting BEROTH'S Tire and detailing their problems... My tires were rotated with no issues by jiffy lube.�Overall, my car's alignment is good; there were no issues, and rotating my tires was no problem. As opposed to providing your clients with subpar service, get your staff to learn how to execute their jobs.Don't recommend going here

If I HAD to do business with a garage/tire shop. There's really no where else I'd go. All good guys at the desk. I can think of a number of times where they have done a little something extra or knocked off a little, here or there. Little gestures make happy repeat customers.

Excellence in all areas of Service.They work on my Ford F250. Other than Ford Dealership Beroth is the only Mechanic I will Allow to work on it. Mocksville Location is good. Thanks

I was extremely happy and beyond pleased with Beroth Tire. I had stopped by numerous shops from Minneapolis to North Carolina and they was able to fit my long wheel base crew cab dually on their rack. Top Knotch People!

Jonathan has carried on the legacy of his father, Mike at the Robinhood store! They helped me out with replacing all of the suspension parts on the front of my 97 Cherokee, which is my baby! It drives like it did out of the factory! I cannot recommend them enough! They are great people with a focus on customer service!

Go a standard service and went it went good as it normally does. They found that my tie rods were going out so they go me a quick reasonable quote and will have me in the next morning to replace.

My family has been bringing their vehicles to Beroth Tire in Mocksville for the last year and we have been extremely pleased with their professionalism and their honesty. They schedule our work efficiently and call with updates as necessary. I appreciate their level of service and every thing they have done for us and our kids.
