Billy has done excellent and affordable work for me since 1998,without a comback yet. He may not answer phone because he s in rear of shop or spraying, Leave mrssage.

Bossman or whoever is in charge never return telephone messages. Also super slow on quotes for insurance companies. Wouldn't recommend this place. Do you self a favor. Please do not go to this place. You will save time .

After a hit and run they fixed our 07 Focus and did a fine job. A year or so later we did have issues with the door, took the car back up there and Billy fixed it right up for us.A couple years later the Focus was an again the innocent victim in a hail storm and again Billy had her looking good as new! No worries!Due to the fog this morning we are once again trusting them with our 2013 Dodge Dart that my husband loves so much :) Will post the outcome, I'm sure all will be well!

Promises of a phone call never received for work on my car that Billy said he would paint. A month and a half later still no call. And we've called him twice. It all worked out great tho cause I took my car to Richie at RS Customs Paint in Mooresville ...he does flawless work!! Go check him out!!

I've personally taken several vehicles to Billy and I have never once been unsatisfied with the work he does. Everything always comes out looking as close to taking it off the factory floor as you can get. I highly reccomend Billy and the work he does at Advanced.

We have taken several vehicles to Billy and his crew at Advanced Auto & Collision in Mocksville and have always been very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone. In late 2015 or early 2016, a tree fell on the back corner of our 2014 Honda Accord due to an ice storm. When we contacted the insurance company, we told them that we would like to have Advanced Auto and Collision give us an estimate. The insurance claims adjuster literally said, "Great! That means I will not have to come out to check the car. Just have them send us a copy of the estimate for repairs and we will cut you a check." That right there should tell anyone how good the work is that they do and at a reasonable price.Additionally, when we have looked at purchasing used cars in the past, Billy will give us tips on what to look for or what to stay away from depending on the car.

These guys do all my body work and I run several dealerships so that means hundreds of cars that they have worked on. Billy is the best body man and painter around, and I have used a bunch of shops. Great guys and they do great work!

Staff was helpful and knowledgeable there were several hidden costs and what they did had to take my vehicle back three different times finally ended up just selling it paint job was nice though
