Customer Service = no service. We have called 4 times and now we give up. 1st time left a message no return call. 2nd time they were at lunch this was at 2pm said they were on lunch break and would call back. 3rd time person said they were still on break and would call back. 4th time today they said they were not near a computer and would have to call back. that was 4 hours ago.Dont know how they got good reviews because it is impossible to get anyone to call you to even get an appointment.

Very friendly, knowledgeable they know what they are doing when it comes to trucks!! They fixed my husband's truck in a timely manner, it had some wiring problems and the o2 sensor , check engine light were staying on. My check engine light was on. They found that a small clip had been left off after a repair at the dealership. Clip was replaced promptly at a very reasonable price. Great service. I can't say enough about this place! Top notch service and super friendly guys! I was on my way home to Tennessee when my alternator went out. The guys at Autozone highly recommended them. I called them, they dropped what they were doing to get me right in, and an hour or so later, I was back on the road! They could have charged me whatever they wanted, as I was basically stranded, but when it came time to pay the bill, I was blown away at how cheap the service was! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Thanks again guys, for getting me right in and up and running!

I got stranded in Mocksville with a busted transmission. A-1 Auto repair called me a tow and had my car looked at the very same day. They put in the extra hours working until 10pm to replace my transmission so that I could be back on the road as soon as possible. They provided me with shuttle service to the place I was staying. They are so nice and understanding and I am grateful to them for helping me out. I never felt pressured by them during my decision. I could not be more pleased with the job they did.

Car developed a bad sound on the way to a family reunion. We were halfway between home and the mountains. Lucky enough to find this shop open on a Saturday. Great and super nice folks. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Awesome service! Ended up being a minor repair and we made the reunion. Saved us an uber and rental. A-1 is A-1.

Good guys, they hooked my girls car up. Did spark plugs, both wheel hubs, brakes, for a fair price. Great work and cheaper than the dealership. Highly recommend.

I wanted to buy a 4Runner out of town and needed a mechanic to check it out to make sure it was worth flying down from Michigan so I called these guys and they fit me in their schedule. They caught a wheel bearing going out saving me time and money. When take your stuff down to get worked on you might get it back in one piece. They jump from car to another car and then maybe back to your or maybe another car. They have to much going on at one time

Marcus and his team definitely go the extra mile and make sure your car is done right. To see his team show the care and compassion for an individual that is different and could have been difficult and handled the situation with grace and heart gets in my book and someone who will be loyal to them. We are Expediters in a Nissan NV 3500. Had a weird clunking noise in right, rear end of truck. Stopped in at A-1. They were very busy, but Jorge stopped everything & diagnosed the problem immediately. The Emergency Brake had disintegrated inside wheel housing..He cleaned it all up in record time, charged us $75 & had us on our way in record time... This young man was amazing. Kudos to this little Auto Shop in Mockville...

My alternator went out on my way back to Knoxville and I had my car towed here for repairs. They could have delayed or ripped me off; instead they worked quickly and at a very good price. Highly recommend.

Awesome shop, these guys got my 2005 H2 Hummer back on the road; replacing the transmission and fixing several other things, that I was not aware of, having just bought the car about a month ago, that could have turned into major issues on my cross country move back to California. Thank you very much.

The staff is very helpful. They will even show you on the vehicle where the repair is needed so you truly understand. Greatful for them working on my truck before traveling long distance with my children.

Van started shaking, while in Taco Bell drive thru. Pulled across the road to AT Auto Repair, and Marcus took care of it right away.We were low on oil and almost locked it up. Thanks to A1 AutoRepair we are rolling again..

I was out of state and had issues with my truck on the highway close by and the guys at A-1 Auto immediately got to work and got me back on the road with grade A repairs. I'd rate 10 stars if I could.

Great fast service...will never go anywhere else..honest and no b.s. like others. Having been using for a long time
