Took my husband 97 dodge ram 1500 for a transmission job and the service and repair was very well quoted with in a reasonable price range. We had other issues with the truck that they fixed and we had it back within a week. This repair shop is so amazing a the people that work there are so nice. 10/10 would recommend anyone to go there

great shop with very fair prices, has had my car back within a few days at most everytime calls and explains what's going on, even takes the time to send pics or show issue in person. best experience I've had with a shop in my life. I recommend anyone to stop here first in the mocksville area

I reached out to them after seeing a vehicle I could easily afford after not receiving a call back when requesting more information. The associate I spoke with told me I needed a 10k down payment on a vehicle whose total price is 14,995. I never gave credit information nor personal information, literally just reached out to inquire. Although I ve never seen a car dealer demand more than 10-20% as a down payment under any circumstances I think it will be very interesting to see what the Federal Trade Commission has to say about it after I reach out to let them know. Also their website says they accept trade ins and do their own financing however upon making the call I was told that they don t do that yet. Post edit:They only called after I submitted this review and now are responding out of anger because I chose not to deal with them any further.

I took my friend here because her Car got Totaled in a wreck and she left out Satisfied with a 2020 Hyundai Elantra with a 2 year Warranty and she has been happy ever since. Tom was very Helpful and let me and her Test Drive it around the city. Thanks

Tried to inquire about a vehicle and make a fair cash offer. Salesman was unhelpful and insulting.*continued to harass me and accused me of being unethical for offering $500 less than asking price and continues to message me over and over asking me to take down the review. Since I have not now he posts a reply to discredit and further try to demean a potential customer.***Also my offer was a cash offer I wasn t trying to acquire financing I m not sure why a year later your editing your post to make it appear that s why I didn t get the sale.

Went looking at a truck and found one i wanted. My credit is shot so i never thought id get it . The owner Omar git me in the truck i wanted with the payment as well. When he said we will make it happen HE WILL. I will be back.For those looking for a vehicle this should be the first stop. Great prices and one awsome warranty. Warrantys dont exist at a used carlot but Omar has a 12 12 warranty with most his vehicles this is a must stop for a vehicle. He will make it happenwill definately be back for future vehicles

My husband bought a truck there. They promised a full tank of gas and to have a new set of tires installed. They put the tires in the bed of the truck so we have to get them installed. I have asked twice to be reimbursed for the items promised and they have not responded. We have had to have the A/C worked on already too.

I just brought a Chevy Silverado 2500 from there. Can t complain at all. Everything in the pictures and details online was the exactly what was in person. Got a nice truck for for the right price. Customer service was really good and kept to their word. Would buy here again. Good place to come to if you looking for a good vehicle.

I saw a 4Runner that I wanted on cargurus.com and called the shop about it. Omar ran a great virtual phone tour of it and after a 40 minute call, I set up a flight and flew down in a couple weeks to pick it up. He was very honest about the car and was good people. Buy with confidence.

Lemon. Dealer promised me a good car , lied and said it had no issues , when car was delivered the tires were flat and car didn t start.A whole bunch of check engine codes and bad wiring was found a day later.These guys are hustlers and will sell you a lemon while lying straight to your face.Avoid them at all costs.
