I am so thankful for Ride Now Motors. I spoke with Daniel in Monroe. He helped push my deal through and Jonathan was my closer. I got into my favorite car Chrysler 300. It rides beautiful and it is beautiful. I truly appreciate Justin as well. I am overjoyed with their customer service and getting me into my 3. This is my third one and this one is my favorite. I appreciate the 500 deductible as well. My down payment was high because I have another vehicle financed in DE. That van broke down but they got me a second car loan without a co-signer. Awesome i recommend going to them for your next car. Say Carla sent you. Ask for Daniel or Jonathan.THANKS SO MUCH RIDE NOW MOTORS.

The selection of cars they have on this lot is definitely worth a visit. With me currently working on my credit I was extremely nervous to finance. I worked with Justin and this man was great! The original car I inquired about was sold before my appointment. Justin called me right away to not only give a heads up but to look at the other vehicles I qualified for. There wasn t one question that wasn t answered, and there was no rush on my decision whatsoever. We literally went over every vehicle that caught my eye and I was given a break down of estimates vs my budget to help with my decision. Hands down .. this was the most hassle free and transparent car buying experience I ve ever had.Vehicle purchased: 2015 Dodge Charger

Nice people but not so good at communicating what s required. They told me at the last minute, literally the last minute I had the money and ALL, that I needed a $500 full coverage deductible!!!!! Ain t no way.I ve always been allowed $1000 full coverage deductible, and I ve financed 2 cars prior (PNC & Americas best). $500 deductible is expensive!Other than that, just nice people.

Stephanie is great but do not buy a car from them. They are very unprofessional and will sell you A car and will not tell you the other problems with the vehicle. I advise you to stay away from this place.When you have an issue with your vehicle they will not help you with the problem. It s left up to you to get it fixed when they should have fixed it before they even sold the vehicle, please stay away from this dealership. I have filed a complaint against this dealership.

The experience with Lenny was very seamless he was the only one working today and he still managed to find time to assist me with a car on such short notice !!! Very professional knowledgeable and sufficient !! Explained everything in detail and stuck to the agreed amount of down payment as when I got there as promised. Also if credit is an an issue or being a first time buyer this is where you need to go!! I recommended to anyone!

Don t purchase any cars from them .. they are nothing but lemons .. first let me say Benny didn t want to make any money because he denied me . But when I talk to his boss he made things happen .. and made sure I rode off the lot with my 2017 Chevy impala.. a year and 2 months the transmission went out in the car I called ride now motors and they told me they would fix s it but give me a discount to fix s it .. that was funny never been late on my car payments since I had the car the year warranty had fallen off within a year so it was over by this time . It s not worth your money and I put 5 bands down for a down payment for this car .. all they cars are fixed up for a certain amount of time and then boom you back car searching never again will I ever purchase a car from there let alone recommend somebody to even go there for a car .

Alex met us as soon as we pulled up, nice and courteous and helpful. I told him that I wanted to see the car I saw on the website. He helped me locate it on the lot, we talked about what I was looking for in a vehicle and said he would do his best to make me happy.. I told him we were going to finance through our credit union and he said not a problem. He got the keys so my husband and I could test drive it. He was a very nice guy and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. There s nothing like meeting a salesperson who reassures you of the car buying process and ensures that you have an enjoyable experience.

Just bought a 2015 traverse from here and it was a super simple process. Lenny was our salesperson and he was unbelievably kind, polite, and professional. He wasn t pushy and was very informative about the process. He answered all of my questions, and I had a ton of them. Never once did he get annoyed or impatient. I ve been to many dealerships before and I have never experienced this kind of customer service. Will 100% recommend to family, friends, and anyone who will listen.

Typical sales tactics. I ve been having trouble locating a vehicle within my criteria, phoned in an spoke with a sales agent who presented himself as very convincing of his abilities, we discussed down payments and and troubles I ve had with other dealerships being misleading. Long story short, they offer a typical sales pitch and are very convincing, I allowed myself to be bamboozled by his abilities and his sales pitch. Was told one thing initially regarding down payment and vehicle vs vehicle purchase price, then once I submitted everything including my income, all of a sudden the down payment was very exaggerated. I kindly thanked him for his time and will not revisit the option of purchasing from this company. Also, they are horrible with following up with customers.

I recommend having your own financing in place before buying. After establishing a perfect pay history they will solicit you to buy again with 0 to 500 down then come with ridiculous numbers to keep you locked in with Credit Financial who is owned by the same person. Sold me a Jeep with frame damage , I discovered after taking it for an appraisal at CarMax. They signed a damage disclosure statement with false declaration. No integrity

Absolutely had the worst experience with this place and will not recommend anyone go here. I went to go buy a vehicle would not provide no car fax inside was dirty to the car to get looked at overpriced to many miles. Then when I asked for my money back was told it would take 3 to 4 days to get back cool. I leave the dealership to go to work and now your calling me and telling me I have to drive 30 minutes to go start the process on getting my money back when you just told me to my face that the system will automatically cancel it out and send the money back to my card I asked if I needed to sign anything he tells me no. Them you wanna be rude with me cause I want my money back absolutely not . The worst experience ever

Don't ever buy a vehicle from here. I purchased a car and I haven't been able to drive the car as it is in the shop. My vehicle has been in the shop for over a week and everytime I call for an update, there is something else wrong. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE.

Do not understand why it says 100 percent approval when that is incorrect, I was told multiple times all I needed was my license and 2 pay stubs and I brought the said items and was denied anyway, never was told that they don't approve temp agencies, I spoke to a supervisor and was interrupted multiple times and then she hung up on me, I asked them why don't they put on their website or why aren't the associates relaying every single thing you need to get approved and I was told "We don't have to let you know that". My thing is why tell people only half the story, they told me what documents to bring and I brought everything they asked and then I proceeded to get denied, the location I went to was the one in Mint Hill and I spoke with the associate guy there at the least 3 times on 3 different days and not once was I notified about temp agencies. I then called him afterward and was interuppted and hung up on just like the lady from a different location. He already looked like he didn't want to help me every time I spoke with him. They need to change that number of 100% approval to about 75-80%. I went there for a car and left without one.

Lenny was one of the most humblest patient salesman ever ! He knew exactly what to do when I went to purchase my vehicle he took no time for me to get what I wanted . If you want a nice vehicle he s the one to work with . I am very happy with my vehicle.Thank you so much Lenny !

Outstanding service! I purchased My vehicle Back in February 2021. Naudi was my rep and all I can say is top notch service. He is outstanding. The whole sales team is exceptional to deal with. This crew treats you like family. Big thanks to finance and the owner for also helping me get approved and making sure my truck was operating in great condition. I definitely would do business again with them and send friends and family their way. They really set themselves apart from the normal car buying experience.

Horrible customer service, once you ask more than 3 questions they re trying to rush you out. Don t even bother going to them when you have issues with the vehicle because they have Zero compassion for customers even when the advice or directions they give you are no use. Was with them for 3 years. Was never assisted with any issues with the car. 3/5, if you can find any place better I d recommend it.
