I am completely blown away by doing business with someone with this level of integrity. Michael did an amazing job fixing my Lexus. He gave a fair and reasonable quote which he stood by- much cheaper than the Toyota dealer. What I was amazed at it the level of honesty and integrity. He offered several suggestions by which I could save money- many of them meaning that he would lose the business. Who does that anymore? IF you have an issue with your Lexus- take it to Michael. You wont be sorry.

I brought my car in because the check engine light was on. Mr Crump lost my key. He told my husband and I, he would find it or he would pay yo get another key. It has been about a month now, but he won't respond to my messages.

Mike is one of the best mechanics I have worked with in 40 years. And he knows Lexus cars. Did timing chain on my sc430 2 years ago.
