I went in for an oil change and state inspection on. Friday morning. I think was there for a maximum of 40 minutes from arrival to a small chat at the checkout.I was checked in quickly, the staff was very friendly and respectful. I asked for maintenance recommendations and was pleasantly surprised how honest they were in their assessment. A dealer for my car was always making me guilty if I refused a recommendation. At Black's - this is not the case! I only wish someone would recommend this business to me years ago!!!

They've really mastered customer service. They were friendly; sad that this is shocking, but it was so nice to feel like the people who are providing a service actually values your patronage.I went there for my tire; ended up getting an important yet stressful work done.Mercedes Benz dealers were trying to charge me close to $2k just to add an auxiliary battery! But Black's Tire & Auto Service was able to get it done in a few hours for less than $300! They took care of my car, and even called me earlier than scheduled to pick it up! I highly recommend these professionals!

Arrived as they were unlocking the door to open for the day and was greeted by the manager. No one wants to start the day with a nail in their tire but they took it back within minutes of my arrival and quickly had me on my way! Great service, very accommodating and would not hesitate to return for future tire/mechanical issue etc.

From the phone call to going to Black's Tire in Mint Hill, to the wait time and finished results... I definitely give these guys 5 stars! Thank you so much for helping out, understanding my issues and the super fast service time!

My daughter had a slow leak in her rear tire and was unsure what to do. They confirmed that there was a nail in the sidewall and advised what to do and put her spare tire on for her at no charge. I feel very confident in their service and honesty.

I went here out of convienenc and turned out (almost) awesome. Still 5 stars because they said they'd hook me up when I go back. I went in for two tires and an alignment. I got the two tires, but not the alignment , (that's why I gotta go back). Price was good for the tires and they are nice. Folks there are nice and I know when I come in for alignment they'll do me right!

I just needed a balance to fix what Walmart did not do. They were super friendly and told me to contact them if I had any trouble. My go to tire shop now.

I had a great experience at blacks. It was my second time coming here and I always feel welcomed. They did a great job explaining what was wrong, and how to fix my car. 10/10 would definitely come back.

I haven t lived in Mint Hill for 10 years, but I still drive across town to go to these guys for tires and alignments. They ve done all kinds of more unique/ old/ big vehicles ( 82 Rx7, 95 Dodge Van, 01 Land Cruiser) for me as well as newer ones (4Runner) . Never an issue, always fair prices and personable service.

Waiting to get an alignment on my Lexus LS and I took no more then 30 minutes. Reasonable $ and quick service. Totally recommend.

Ordered 4 tires on a Friday. Received and installed on Monday with an oil change added. In and out. One center cap not installed completely/correctly. Approximately 2 weeks later had two tires rebalanced ( really wanted all 4). Went for a test drive on485 right rear lugs were never tightened ( by hand or with a gun). Done here.

I found a business that s Honest! A auto dealership gave me a list of thing s l needed to have done service wise to my Pathfinder. I went to Blacks Tire & Auto service and found out I did not need any of the items done but maybe one. I said go ahead and do it but mgr of store came to me and said the fluid was perfectly clear and I didn t need it changed. I will be doing my car business here. Thanks Bill Fortner

My step daughter had a blow out today and the staff at Blacks was amazing. They got me in immediately and swapped out the bad tire. Could have sold me on a pair but were so honest that they said the others were all good. Loyal customer for sure!

Black's Tire is the best auto service please in Mecklenburg County and surrounding. They have the best customer service and knows about cars. I will highly recommend them to anyone .

They patched my tire and sent me on my way. It did not stop the leak, and when I called back they refused to fix it or refund me. Please do not come here for tire repair! Just go to one of the local places and they'll likely do it right and for free.

Great service from great professionals! I m very reluctant to take my car for service at new places as I often feel like I m being robbed. George and everyone else I encountered were very polite and I felt comfortable with their service and trust their advice. Service was quick and efficient!

Awesome service, took my car in because my tire pressure was low in the rear passenger side. George said, let s look at my tired. Lucky they were able to fix it for me with a patch. Neal patched it up. Everyone was friendly. In /out within 15mins.Thanks guys

Synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Courteous, fast service. Have used them in the past for new shock absorbers and alignment. Very pleased with that service as well.

I had an unfortunate issue happen with my truck s radiator and in a panic I googled auto shops near me and I am So Grateful to have found Black s Tire & Auto! The gentlemen & young lady who were at the counter helped me with no trouble at all! They were kind, informative, and friendly! Not to mention Black s has incredible pricing! All of the other places I ve been always nickel and dime customers, but Black s was reasonably priced and fair! So grateful for their service and help! I will recommend this shop to anyone and everyone and will absolutely be coming back for any future service I need. Thank you everyone at Black s who helped me the last two days! There are still good people in this world, God Bless!

Came in to have them look at a strange noise in my tire. They were able to get me in first thing and determined it was a bolt that had punctured my tire. 30 minutes in and out for a very reasonable repair price. These guys are awesome.

Katie was super friendly and walked me through the process when I called ahead. They had everything ready for me the next day. Service was quick and also quality! Will absolutely be back!
