I have taken my car to Mavis Tire in Millers Creek twice in the last year and received excellent service both times! During both visits, the staff found potentially dangerous issues with my car that could have resulted in major problems during driving. They recommended the most appropriate course of repair to resolve the issues while also being very cost effective. I appreciate their great care and quality of service!

Needed some tires for my truck. They had what i needed in stock. Jake the manager made sure I was happy with my purchase. The team had my two tires mounted in a flash! Friendly service, they treat you like family.

I needed someone to simply install my headlights(high and low beam). Not only did they work me in first thing but went the extra step to make sure the lights worked. They were very courteous, timely and made sure the job got done right, no matter how small. They are also one of the last places top have free air, anytime. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Jake at this Mavis is the best, He is very professional and gets the work done! I highly recommend this store altogether! I guarantee he will take care of any problems you have and you'll leave a happy costumer!

Took my car here thinking I needed all four brake pads changed, but Brock was very honest and told me they were fine and didn t try to swindle me. Being a young woman, a lot of times mechanics will try to make you get stuff you don t need so it was so nice to find a good honest shop. All the mechanics here seem knowledgeable and honest and I would highly recommend this shop!

Brock was very helpful to work me in quickly for an oil change and didn t try and push unnecessary repairs on me. He did do a thorough walk through of my van to point out things that could be a concern in the future.I m happy with Brock and his team.

Came in to ask about new tires for my car, and brakes for my boyfriends truck. I was greated promptly upon entering the building, and even got new knowledge about different tires to fix my needs... and they gave me a great qoute for brake pad replacement. Will be going back once the replacement is needed definitely recommend to come here!

I've been to Mavis tires several times, the service I have gotten has been phenomenal every time. Just today had to get one of my tires fixed, everyone was very helpful and very quick getting my tire fixed. Anytime I have car issues I will continue to bring my car to Mavis. I would definitely recommend coming here if anyone has any issues!

Had a flat tire and needed it patched up. The customer service was great and they treated me as fair as I could possibly ask for. They patched up the tire in a timely manner and had me back on the road within 20 minutes. Glad to know there s still a place that provides quick and professional work at the lowest possible rates.

Mavis Tires was a great place to stop! I came in with a low tire and they took me right in and fixed it as well and checking all my other tires! 10/10 would recommend! They also quoted me for a new set of tires for my trailer and was blown away with how low the cost was!

If you are one of the hundreds or thousands of people who wondered what happened to Customer Service here is some good news. It's not completely dead after all. In two years of taking my car to Mavis Tires, I have encountered only complete professionalism, excellent communication, excellent and trustworthy workmanship, and willingness to do whatever it takes to help their customers. There is no way to recommend this company too highly.

I was on my way out of town to Greensboro and I noticed my tires looked low I stopped by Miller's Creek store and pulled to air hose and was trying to figure out to check my pressure. Luckily your employee Brock saw me struggling and he came and checked the pressure in all my tires and filled them up to the correct amount. Then checked my fluids for me! He didn't charge me a thing! You have a great employee who cares about his customers and takes pride in his job! I am now a loyal Mavis customer! Brock you are awesome!

Place took me without a wait, dudes went straight to work without lollygagging. Needed an oil change and bought tires. But they brought me the tire and let me inspect it instead of just telling me I needed new tires. That's the good stuff. Offered me to check my own brakes while they had it up on the rack. Solid all around.

I have been so pleased my visit to Mavis located in Millers Creek. NC. The store manager , Brock was very courteous and helpful in the services my van needed. Tires , Oil Change , brakes and Struts. I will highly recommend their services to others!

one of the workers happened to end up behind us on our way up the mountain to work this morning and noticed we had a tire wobbling, he got us to pull over and helped us check it on the side of the road then we were able to take it to the shop and get it fixed.everyone was extremely nice and happy to help. i would definitely recommend coming here for any of your problems :)Service: Tires

Excellent service, friendly staff - low tire pressure light came on in my car on a rainy Sunday afternoon, a long weekend away in the mountains while leaving and heading back to Durham, NC. I was very nervous about a safety issue with my tire during the rain storm on the highway... Xander and the team were fantastic; they calibrated my tire pressure and assured me and my friend I would be fine.

They did such a great job on my car and were not only professional but also kind enough to not charge me for fixing a tire with a slow leak.In addition to my last visit, today, they had extremely prompt service and have been so good to me. I can t recommend them enough for your tire, brake, oil change and other maintenance needs.
