Brian is an outstanding person. Let's just make that clear upfront. He took my call right away and showed up faster that other companies that were right down the street. He wasted no time taking care of my tire when he got here and his prices are extremely reasonable. I will use Brian for all of my mechanical needs when I'm in the area with no hesitation. Thank you for exceptional business my brother and keep doing things the right way out here.

Was loading in Columbus, NC about 4 miles from where Brian's shop was. Had a large bolt puncture my trailer tire. Call Brian and he said to bring it on in, so I did. He patched my tire in less than 10 minutes and didn't charge me .We need more people like this in our industry. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Shop was easy to get to and room to get turn around. Thanks Brian!!

I take care of 255 power units and 345 trailers. I constantly use repair companies all over the states. This was by my fair the easiest, convenient, and well priced experience I ve had yet. I feel like it s almost a waste of time even adding a review. They are great.

Brian was awesome working on my trailer. I had hub blow on my trailer coming down the mountain. Gave him a call and told me to bring it down. Brian dropped what he was doing to help get me back on the road. If you need your truck or trailer worked on I would absolutely recommend Hipp's Truck Trailer & Equipment Repair.

Place a breakdown call to Hipp's Truck repair while on interstate 26 early evening on a Wednesday. Brian came out, diagnosed the problem and thoroughly told me and showed that my turbo went out. He handled the wrecker service to have my truck towed to the shop and went beyond service and personally drove me to a hotel to stay. Next morning, Thursday, he ordered the parts to be delivered and had them overnight delivery or I would of had to wait 3 day for standard delivery. He received my parts Friday, late morning, by the afternoon he delivered my repaired truck to my hotel. I really appreciate the professionalism and service I received. Thank you Brian for getting me back to work promptly. A+ business

Awesome!!!Called for road service for possible brake chamber on the trailer.They took the order , called back later that they running behind due to traffic. Finally got to my truck , he checked it did not find anything wrong ( most likely air valve faulted ) released the brakes.He even follow my driver couple miles to make sure all good.He did not charge me a dime!Great service, keep up a good work. Great people, both fair and honest. I discovered a leaking hub seal, called Brian who said bring it on in. When I got there Brian and Scott both stopped what they were doing to fix my truck and had me back on the road in an hour! Pricing was very fair also!

By far the best mechanic I have had my truck worked on, Mr.BRIAN is a true professional. I had about two other mechanic worked on my truck and none of them could find what was wrong with it in over six months until Mr.Brian was able to fix it.I drove my truck from NC to Fl after it was fixed and thank God I didn't have any problems an my truck is running great.I highly recommend Mr.Brian as a true professional mechanic.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

When your a truck driver and you break down on the side of a busy interstate and you don't know a single person to call you have to cross your fingers and hope that you find a good reputable shop to come and save you. Well Hipp's Truck and Trailer is such a company. Not only did he come to my rescue, but he knew who to call to get my truck towed to his shop. He took care of me through the whole process and I'm so thankful to Brain and his company for giving great service at a reasonable price and knowing who to call to tow my truck with care and safety. Job well done!

Can t say enough good things about their service. Had a blow out with a tire 20 mins from Tryon with my truck hauling to the show grounds. Hipp s was able to check out the truck for an unseen damage. Replace spare tire with a new one to get me back on the road after my show. Very very accommodating with time frame due to horse show schedule. Highly recommend anyone with issues travel through that part of the country it s a diesel truck or locally contact them- only 9 mins from Tryon!Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

Super helpful. I accidentally pulled my trailer plug out while overnighting in NC (from KY) They we re nice enough to fit me in right away and we re very patient when what should have been an easy job turned more difficult. Turns out trailer is wired different than others. Highly recommend

It was a pleasure working with Brian. We needed a truck repaired over night. It literally took Brian 5 minutes to get to us. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fix the truck and get us rolling in no time. In addition, he was fair and affordable with pricing. We will definitely use him again!!

This company is the best repair shop around. I blew a tire on my dump truck and he was on site very quickly to get me going again. A few months later I took my dump truck and trailer to his shop for servicing and tires on the trailer. He is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work, quality is top notch, with very reasonable pricing. Very honest and dependable company! When it comes to routine maintenance or even emergency roadside repairs, call this company! Highly recommended.

A few weeks back my drive shaft dropped from under the bottom of my Semi Truck. I contacted Hipp's, who was a little under 3 miles away, and he set up for the tow of my truck and trailer to his shop, as well as offered to transport me to a hotel, cause there were no cabs or rideshare options in the area. I ended up staying in my truck, but he constantly checked in on me to make sure that I was alright/comfortable. It was a Saturday and he was actually out of town when I initially called, but came back in first thing the next morning on a Sunday and got my truck together and had me on my way by 4:30 that same afternoon. Not only did he do a great job on my truck, but the service was very cost efficient. I was able to deliver my load, as well make it home, which was over three hours away, in a timely manner. I had my food truck (trailer) break down in Murphy on a holiday weekend. I had to leave it overnight and feared losing at least a week s worth of work and no idea who would be willing to fix it. I drove back to Asheville knowing I was in a serious bind. I called a friend who had work done from Hipp s so I gave them an SOS call.Not only did Hipp s return my call immediately, they drove all the way to Murphy (out of their way miles from home) and kept me posted every step of the way during the repair.The assessment was spot on and the repairs were done on site and were finished much quicker than expected. Then came the big surprise...To top all that off, they offered to drive the trailer all the way back to Asheville - saving me nearly 3 hours of road time. I was absolutely shocked. This was hands down the best service I ve ever experienced. Super nice folks. Incredibly fair prices. Unmatched service. A+. These guys are honest professionals. Can t thank them enough.

I broke down with a busted radiator on the side of 29. Brian was there within the hour. He even found me a local towing company. He called around for the cheapest part and charged me a very fair price. He didn't try to over charge me and did excellent work. I would highly recommend.
