Great service every time we go there. Always have the best prices. Friendly people I will continue to take all of are vehicles, trailers and equipment there for tires.

Can t say enough great things about these folks. Amazing service and pricing. It literally took me longer to get there than it did for them to do the job. Very refreshing to not have to spend half a day at a tire shop!! Thank you and I will definitely be back.

People here are rude and disrespectful. I'm convinced they charge less so they can get away with being awful to people. I'd rather pay a bit more to a place that's nice and clearly appreciates my business.

I've used them for years and the only thing keeping me from giving them an otherwise 5 star review is the lack of website and never answering the phone. It's 2023 and I don't want to drive 30 minutes to see if you have tires in stock.

Curb service and everything!Update 12/20/23...I just think the world of these people! I realized I had a big screw in my tire on the morning after I was told my mom was "actively passing" and was torn up about it because I was headed there after I had my tire fixed. The man didn't know how much he blessed me with his good deed! Thanks and God bless!

Went to get my tires changed and after I had to change an axle and found that the over torqued one lug nut in my front left wheel. Yea whatever I ll get a new one everyone makes mistakes l, but today I go to do a tire rotation and first time taking my wheels off in the back, another one was over torqued and snapping the bolt taking it out.

Jeremy was so helpful, I went in yesterday because two of my tires and been losing pressure. They patched them up and had a new set ready to put on today (it was time for a new set). The guys changed them and I was out in about 30 min. Will be back!

These guys are amazing. I have been going to them for 6+ years. After installing two front tire I learned that the threads on two lug bolts were stripped. Since they do not fix lug bolts, I took it to another garage an was overcharged. Cross Roads Tire Store reimbursed us for the full amount. Very honorable.

These Guys are awesome they are friendly professional efficient honest and thorough!With this level of service you can expect they get busy at times but they are worth the time you will spend with them they keep you informed and are always working hard to get you in and out as soon as possible. Their prices are very reasonable and they take pride in their work. On a recent trip to repair a small leak in one of my wife's tires they took the time to not only repair the puncture we had identified but found a second small puncture and repaired it as well saving us a second trip.I highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business you want be disappointed.

Called and spoke to Jeremy (owner) about mounting and balancing a set of wheels I had. He was very helpful and was able to work me in on short notice. Jeremy and his employees are very nice and work hard. Jeremy is honest and offered a fair price. I will definitely go back to him

It's nice to go to a real tire shop again, I used to come here with my grandfather. They sell and install tires. Not sitting for 5 hours waiting either. Sometimes they are more busy than others though

4 tires, mounted, balanced and installed in 25 minutes!Crossroads is my goto tire shop! I can't think of a time I have had a long wait like you would experience at the big chain stores. Tires have always been in stock and very competitively priced. I have never experienced up sales for warranties or little add on fees.

Best tire place around! They have good prices and they are FAST! I recently had the need for two tires. I had waited at another local tire shop for an hour and a half, when I finally just risked driving on a tire with the metal showing to get here. In less than 15 minutes I was back on the road with two new tires!!

Excellent service. All employees I have encountered have been polite and helpful. I will say that it is hard to get someone on the phone because they are usually busy in the garage - but I always show up as a walk-in customer and receive immediate service. Fast service and good prices, I won't go anywhere else for tires.

Wonderful service, fast, friendly, and reasonable prices. I walked in needing two tires, with no appointment, I was greeted immediately, and was done in 30 minutes. Also, I am deaf, the two gentlemen that helped me were extremely accommodating. 100% recommend this shop, and I will return for all my tire needs.

Very professional and helpful. Brought my car there 3x and they changed my tires in a jiffy and I was on my way. I even took it back after hearing a noise after they changed it, they ran their tests and noise is gone. Would go back there for my tire needs ans I'd highly recommend

I have called about 20 times and cannot get in contact with anyone and there's no website...... Update, after 2 hours still no answer, with busy signal every few calls, honestly unacceptable and I don't understand the good ratings unless this is entirely unusually and you get a huge discount on tires to makeup for the terrible service.

Cross Roads treats you like family. I am so happy to have them near me. They always give me options for tires unlike some other big box places that simply recommend what will make them the most money. Coming in for tire rotations or even punctures (one of my vehicles disagrees severely with gravel) is always a breeze and incredibly well priced.

My family has been going here since they opened. Have never had any problems. All the guys are friendly, and they are super fast on service. We have to go back today for more tires, and we never considered anyone else!

I alled and spoke with Curtis arranged for my wife to stop by for tires. She had our small kids with her and the got her in and out in less than 20 minutes! Lowest price on tires, very friendly and honest people. I will definitely return!

I have been buying tires here for years! The staff is honest and the service is fast. Once when they didnt have the brand I wanted in 2 new tires they loaned me a tire to replace my flat and had my new ones the next day! Trust me- these guys care to be the best. I am a customer for life!

Just sharing experience I know things on here don t get fixed but reviews are also important. To start the one good thing about here is the ability to be able to get your squeezed in, as far as the work is concerned is not correct and after giving a chance to not have a upset customer and fix the problem it was beat around tired to make me agree with work that wasn t done correct and sent on so to have another shop a hour later to fix the problem that really should have been done before was left maybe caught these guys on a bad day or timing off but won t be bringing any of vechiles back and when new to the area and looking for a shop to be able to use and start a repor with definitely did not hit mark at all

I have been coming to Cross Roads Tire for years and I am always impressed at how efficiently this shop is run. This is nothing like the big name tire stores where you have to wait for an hour or more and pay 30-40 dollars just to have a flat fixed. It is fun just to stand by the overhead door at Cross Roads and watch customers come on go with various tires from construction equipment, tractors and of course cars and they all seem to leave happy. Once I brought a lawn cart tire there with a broken valve and it was repaired for no charge. They have a great crew that keeps things moving along quickly and their pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend this store!
