I didn't realize this Walmart had Auto services. It is just around the corner and I was able to make an appointment which made things go real smooth. The oil change was affordable and I got air in my tires all without breaking the bank. And it was done in less than 20 minutes.I'll be going here again for future oil changes.

I brought my vehicle in this morning because the tire pressure was low on my front passenger tire. My thoughts were that I had run over a nail or screw and it needed a plug. The technician looked it over and found there was no puncture in the tire, took the tire off and examined The tire and wheel as well as the valve stem, redid the valve stem and resealed the tire on my rim. Overall he worked an hour on the tire. After he finished I went to pick up the car and there was absolutely no charge for all the work that he did. I was very grateful for the time and effort that was put in to check my vehicle and make sure everything was okay for me to drive. I had an excellent experience and was very happy I came by this morning.

I spent $600 on 4 new tires. Four weeks later, I noticed a slight vibration on the front end when my vehicle reached 60 mph. I immediately knew that the tires were improperly balanced. So now, I have to spend another 90 minutes waiting for the technicians to do a job that should have been done correctly the first time.

Great experience. Only my 2nd time using this center. Very professional and timely. The young man doing intake on my car was very friendly and helpful. Finished both my oil change and battery replacement in less than an hour even though it seemed to be a busy afternoon. Price was competitive in comparison to 3 other places I've had quote me recently. Especially in a time where oil changes are pricey right now definitely worth the money! This is the most unorganized rude group of people I have ever delt with. Made an appointment with them 2 weeks ago to get my tires, put on brand new rims and installed. When I show up, they knew nothing of my appointment. And was arguing about when I could be seen. They didn t explain the different deals they had, even though I asked multiple times, left the car and rims with them, now it s 4 o clock and I still have yet to do it and told me that they couldn t. Told me their manager was supposed to call my husband, but of course never did. Now I m still riding with ball tires. Don t waste your time with this group they don t care about appointments, and certainly don t care about getting a job done. Waste of my time.

Do not waste your time. I had bought my tires at a Walmart last summer and have the lifetime balance/rotate plan. I have had them rotated once at Walmart since then. I arrived there this morning and was the only customer waiting. The technician went over to my car and "measured" the tread on each of my tires with some tool. He then informed me that he was unable to rotate my tires since they were "in the yellow". I asked if that meant I needed new tires. He said no. So then I asked if he was just saying my plan was voided. He also said no, but that he would not rotate them. I left and drove down the road to the Hillsborough Walmart's auto center. They rotated and balanced my tires without any issues. I think this person working just did not want to be bothered to work on my car. Unfortunate.

Always low prices. I got an oil change and battery. It was all done pretty quick and the service was friendly, even though they were crazy busy. I'll definitely be back.

Waited forever just to be told that the tire I looked up instock online was actually not .but the kid who did finally get to me was as helpful as he could be .

The absolute worst customer service I ve ever experienced at this location. Darrell has the worst attitude and quit honestly should not be working with the public. Me and my husband had some returns from the holiday, we didn t have a receipt for one item so he told us he would not exchange anything over $50 without a receipt. No problem at all, we got that situated at a later date. However when I tried to check out with my other exchange, the price did not match what was on the label. When the cashier told me she wouldn t be able to change the price, she calls Darrell over. He price matched the item online and it in fact was listed for the same price shown on the shelf, he kept trying to talk over me and getting loud with me for other people to hear before eventually changing the price. All of this was completely unnecessary behavior on his part, very rude and disrespectful. I understand we are all understaffed and overworked but 99% of the rest of the world is too. It cost nothing to just be nice to someone.

Lawrence and Mike explained to me that I needed more than one tire . Mike ordered my other tires and they arrived the next day. When I came in there were only 2 guys running ACC. I was informed the amount of time it would take. It wasn't too busy at the time but moments later other Customers came in for service as well. They continued to work on my vehicle as well as the others. I went shopping for other items (Walmart is a one stop shop for me). I sat in the waiting area not long at all. I was told my vehicle was ready. I paid and left satisfied. Thank you!

They do a lot of business but they move quickly and efficiently. I came in for new tires and figured I'd have to wait a long time since they had a car in front of me. They had my car in the air, being worked on, within 15 minutes. All of the associates I've encountered today have been incredibly nice too.

I took my vehicle on Saturday to have 1 new tire placed. It was 2 o'clock and the man checking me in said it would be at least an hour. I asked if he thought it would be closer to 2 hours and he said yes. I did some shopping in the store for an hour and then went to the waiting area of the Tire and Lube and waited there another 20 minutes. At that point, my vehicle was pulled into the shop. 30-40 minutes later, it had still not been worked on. After waiting the 2 hours, my husband then came and picked me and my 10-month-old up Around 5:30 we started calling to check on the status of my vehicle and it took us several calls to get through. My husband was told they had just started on my tire and that they had had some issues causing the delay. At 6:30 I called back to see if my vehicle was ready. The man on the phone told me he had just spoken with my husband, told him my car was ready, and that my husband said he was on his way. This was not what we were told and the phone and my husband did not imply he was on his way. The man then proceeded to tell me my car was sitting, waiting for me and they close at 7, implying I was holding them up and my vehicle had long been ready. I asked why I was not called and he said "We can't call your area code". I told him I was a local, 336, area code and he said "Well that's not the number you gave us". I said, yes, I was certain and I had given the right number and he said, "Well your car's ready". When I got to the Tire and Lube center, I told the man at the counter we needed to check my phone number because I had been told they had the wrong one. The man proceeded to read off my correct cell number. I asked if he was who I had spoken to on the phone and he said no. I told him about the phone call and he did not seem to care and told me my had just been completed at 6:10. I explained that the man on the phone and been rude and implied my car and been ready for some time and his answer was, "Well I'm looking at...." and read off my total due for the tire. I told him I would not be using their service again because no one seemed to care about the confusion or length of time it took to replace 1 tire.

they stripped a lug nut and it costed me a brand new rim of $238 because I had to drill the stud just to get the tire off the car. Don't use this place if you want to keep your car running. my car was off the road and couldn't use it for a whole week.Service: TiresService: Tires

bad costumer they act like they can t do their job and they complain the manager there is rude and one of the other guys that work in the back near the tires acted like he didn t know how to do his job overall never coming back and they pretended like they couldn t change rims and had so much to say about it so I left and went elsewhere.Service: Tire rotations

Called and was told they closed at 7. Had a screw in my tire and it was flat. Filled the tire and drove it to.walmart to have a plug in it. Got there at 620pm. Was told to come back at 9am as they weren't taking any more cars tonight. Had 1 car in the bay and the other tire bay was open. I said the tire was flat and was told to go out a donut on it and come back in the morning. I said "you don't close for 40 min". Sorry. I won't be back. That was wrong. If I ever treated a patient like that I'd lose my job. It was a plug. Just to get home and would have come back in the morning to fix it correctly. Nope. I'll wait till Monday till a real shop opens. Thanks for caring.

The guys here provided excellent, knowledgeable, and fast, service. I came in a few hours before closing with a new set of rims to he exchanged and they were happy to do it. They even put in my TMPS sensors and set up the old rim as a spare for me at no charge. Excellent service!

They did a good job on the oil change but got oil all in my vehicle and under the hood on my engine cover. I'm updating this. I went back and they did an awesome job

We had a tire blow out near here and were taken care of so well! Roger was able to get us right in and even gave us water while we watched Netflix shows on the tv in the waiting room! They were very accommodating and polite.

Very good. First time I ever took a car to have that done. I shopped while it was being done. Went back a half hour later and it was done. Service guy was very nice also.

Called to find out if battery was physically in stock before driving a half hour to get it...after being rerouted 4 times I was told (by a "manager") that it was not in stock even though inventory showed 3 but " our battery section is really screwed up". Went by later the same day for something else and battery was in stock and on shelf. Tire center person told me that the employee I supposedly talked to earlier wasn't even in that day. Today I went to get two tires.....there was one car in bay... nobody working on it and 3 employees talking in the second bay. I was informed that there would be a 3 hour wait because two guys were being trained by a third employee and the fourth had an hours work to do on car ahead of me and then had to get an hours lunch. Math problems aside....what ever happened to customer service? I went down the street and got my tires for $20 cheaper each and was done in 45 minutes. This walmart has seriously gone downhill in the last several years. Mebane Oaks Rd location Mebane, NC

Tried to get a quick oil change and they told me that they couldn't get to me by the end of the day. I got there several hours before closing. It's their managements fault - they shouldn't have been understaffed.Unfortunately, no Jiffy Lubes or the like in the area so poorly run businesses can get away with this type of thing.

Staff was friendly and professional. Services that I requested were handled promptly with no appointment needed. I also very much appreciated having a comfortable place to sit and give my 6 month old a bottle while waiting.

I would not recommend this Wal-Mart Tire and Lube Center. Was told an hour- an hour and a half, I completely understand things happen when you work on a vehicle, all I needed done was to replace a valve stem on 1 tire. So finally after 3 hours he came to tell me I don't have the right socket... No. Just No!

Just went to get my oil changed and because the guy said y all had 3 cars to be done, y all wasn t excepting anymore cars. Mind you when I pulled up two people was just standing talking so not to busy if time stand around and talk. That s not very good to turn business away, it s alwasy about making your customers happy but not here whatever makes the workers happy. Never will I return to Walmart for anything with auto again.

I used to work retail and I would hate it when someone came in right before closing but that's part of the job. I brought my tire in to them just to plug it due to a nail puncture with about 10 mins before closing. They had one car in the oil bay and 3 employees were standing around when we pulled up and they immediately scattered. Asked one of the guys could they patch my tire and he said I had to go inside and speak to the man in the gray shirt. I go in and ask the man in gray to patch my tire and he kept asking questions about the tire that by then he said no bc the guy doing tires needed to get home. In the ten mins it took him to ask me these questions they could've already had my tire fixed. Went and spoke to one of the assistant mgrs and she said I could come back the next day and they would fix it for free but I think I'm gonna pass and go somewhere else especially after reading the other reviews posted on here.

I exchange some batteries that were dead but still had warranty. So I was sent to customer service for exchange when I was told it was closed at 5:45 pm. So went back to the auto care department and a man wish I could remember his name, but he took time to take me and my batteries back up front and got someone to come help me... so 4 star for Auto Care! NO star for the people up front

Several occasions arrived at 7am. Mechanic arrives after 7am. Couldnt get oil changed when person finally arrived.. He had to wait for management to open the bay.. He was the only mechanic there.. Cant start work until other mechanic is on site.. Now its almost 730. Wow.. I just left.. Usually go to autospa for oil change but wanted to squeeze it in before an appointment.. Why would i expect different...

Fixed a flat on a Sunday when no one else was open. Service was reasonably quick, reasonably price, and staff were even diligent enough to find me in the store proper to return my keys when I didn't hear them call that it was finished over the loudspeakers.
