My brakes started acting up; jerking, pulling, shaking, and such. I've had my brakes fail on me before, so I immediately started looking for someone who could help me on short notice. This shop has great reviews. I gave them a call and they were able to see me right away. They walked me through their pricing for labor and parts before they started any work. I can't remember the name of the gentleman I was speaking to, but he was polite, professional, and took the time to show me why my brakes were bad. I drive a 2013 Highlander, for reference, and my brakes were warped. These guys did not try to sell me on anything unnecessary or jerk me around like some dealerships might. The price was decent, they worked swiftly to get me back on the road, and I got to hang out with a really sweet doggie while I waited. I got to test their work the other day when someone actually pulled out in front of me and I had to lock them down, which reminded me I needed to leave a review. This shop is behind someone's house and kind of in the open, so don't let that throw you off, these guys are great. I will definitely be returning to them in the very near future for other work, I highly recommend them.

A respectful, honest, thorough and skillful mechanic with reasonable, fair pricing...who can ask for anything more?! Rene is great. Always takes the time to get everything right. Very detail oriented and his customer service goes above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone with car woes :)

These guys did an amazing job on my Nissan! It runs like it s brand new. I, unfortunately and unknown at the time, bought a used suv that wasn t in the best condition. After only having it for about a month, things started breaking down and it wasn t safe to drive anymore. They have replaced my transmission, a catalytic converter, ball joints, right axle, windshield, changed my oil, done an alignment and probably even more that I can t remember. They ve done so much for me and my dad s vehicles. We won t use any other mechanics, these guys are our go to!Thanks for everything y'all did!

My car battery died at my office but I live out of town so I didn t know who to call to help jump my car. I called a local auto parts store and they recommended The Lost 10mm garage. Within 5 minutes of my call they were at my office and I was on my way! Both the person who answered the phone and the guy who jumped my car (sorry forgot their names ) were super nice! Would absolutely recommend them!

Took a salvage title car I was looking to buy to have him give it a look over to make sure everything was alright, this shop went above and beyond what I thought was going to be included, good service, skilled and great pricing. Highly recommend if you want quality service and want to support local business, this is the place to go.

I will not call anyone else to work on my vehicles. This guy is a pro worked on my 69 lincoln continental, 88 f350 work truck , and a couple of small engine repairs. This guy know what he is doing. Gave me a qoute that was fair and responded to what I need done quickly. Said he could get it done in 2 weeks but if the parts showed up sooner he would get it done. I was cool with his response. These guys were awesome! They were kind enough to be flexible with me and try to fit me into their fully booked day. On top of that, they are very prideful in providing honest customer service to their customers. I would definitely recommend coming here. One of the gentlemen there also speaks Spanish! I had a serious issue that was causing me some major stress, and my regular mechanic couldn't see me for at least a week. These guys were willing to work with me on my time and get it taken care of as soon as possible, even well past normal working hours. Bought my 4Runner from west gate, they never changed the cabin filter, spark plugs or transmission fluid. It also had a chip in the windshield. Took it to Rene at thelost10mm garage he checked it over and pointed out to me all the things that the seller didn t do and changed the transmission fluid, spark plugs, cabin filter, oil, put air in my tires, and cleaned the corrosion off my battery terminals. He fixed the windshield chip/crack, I can t tell there was ever a chip there. Rene did an excellent job I couldn t ask for a beater mechanic. Definitely was super helpful! Not only did he figure out I needed a new Exhaust manifold for my tC but in the process helped me find an affordable coil pack to get renewed power back in my engine as well! Saved me over $500 in charges as well, not looking any further than here for my car repairs for sure!

Rene is amazing! I was told by numerous other auto shops that I need an alternator and was getting the runaround only to find out I just needed a new battery. Rene was affordable, convenient and did a great job. He even went to where my car was broken down and fixed it in the rain knowing the urgency of me needing it to be able to shuttle my kids around. Professional, hard working, and determine are the words that come to mind when describing our experience with 10mm garage. These guys are amazing they fixed my car a few months ago so that I could get my inspection done then I had a problem with my steering wheel pump which they replaced along with the rack, then my car wouldn't crank so they came to my house,gave me a jump and said to just replace my battery! If you're looking for honest mechanics these are your guys they get the job done in a timely manner and their prices are reasonable so the next you have a problem with your car them a call or text they will have you back on the road in no time!

These guys are awesome and did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Rene was awesome getting my oil changed and fixing my brakes. He looked at them all and noticed only the front pads need to be replaced. Nice to see some honesty just saying they all need to be replaced. Great service, great attitude. We were traveling from Raleigh to Charlotte and became stranded at a gas station in Mebane when we had car trouble. I'm so glad I called Thelost10mm Garage! Rene got to us in about 15 minutes and had us back on the road in about an hour. He walked us through everything he was doing the whole time, and the cost seemed EXTREMELY reasonable. Luckily, he travels to Raleigh, so we call him for other maintenance and issues!
