LOVE LOVE this car wash! The vacuums are really powerful, bathroom is always clean, clean towels + cleaner is always available. They give you a new car freshener every time you come through the car wash. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Alyssa sold us on our first visit she was knowledgeable and always has a big smile! The only wish I have is that there were more locations.

I absolutely love this place.! First time coming here on such a beautiful day. Houston was such a wonderful person he made sure I didn t need any assistance with anything. He came to visit twice !

Gavin was amazing! He worked so hard to make my car shine again. He was very polite and helped me to have a top notch experience. In addition, their vacuums are super strong and do a great job. I highly recommend going to ModWash Mebane for your vehicle cleaning needs.

I settled on ModWash after trying a few others due to it's location. It's convenient and less crowded than others. It has great wash cycle that also shines your tires, plenty of available vacuums, towels, bug wash brush, and sprays. The best part of all is the staff. They'll make sure you're taken care of! Eric is always walking around making sure you have what you need. They give you a air freshener every time, so you'll look and smell amazing. Consider ModWash next time you're by Wal-Mart in Mebane!

First of all, I d like to start off by saying, the staff at the Mebane NC location are so awesome!! I can t remember the first young lady I met at first to go over all the plans, but she was so welcoming and explained everything so well! I felt I ve known her awhile. Then when I drove around to enter the car wash, I came across Ashli who guided me in and gave me the air freshener. She was very kind and welcoming as well! I have been 3 times already to wash my car and I tell you every time I ve been, it s a great visit! They even wave at you as you re leaving! Not only is the crew awesome, but I love the car wash! It cleans my car well and they offer other things for you to clean your car! Best car wash around that I've been too and plan to be back many times!! Thank you Mod car wash and crew!!

Gavin, is great. He came and assisted me with my auto need. He even helped me dry my car. He s a great young man. I only wish we had more young men like him. The quality in Gavin is hard to find these days

THE NICEST car wash I have ever been to. They provide all the stuff you need and have a lot of built in features I ve never seen at any other car wash. I really like the mat holders and the sink with hot water as I have molded mats. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. My only suggestion for improvement would be to replace the black paint on the bathroom window with a frosted paint so that natural light can get into the bathroom in case of a power failure. I wouldn t want to be in there if the lights went out. LOL!

Eric was TERRIFIC!!! He offered help when he saw I was struggling to get my car detailed and expected NO MONEY in return! This is my first time here and based off customer service alone I will definitely be back! Eric, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!

I like that there are memberships and that everything is clearly marked. Eric helped me wipe down my car today, he got my rims today and I really appreciate it, I ALWAYS forget my rims, it was nice that he got those lower parts. Everyone is really helpful and you don t ever have to go search for help, they re there anticipating needs

Gavin was very helpful with assistance. Car had a couple of dirty spots and he ran right over to tell me what I could next time to avoid that. Then he processed to clean the areas. Awesome customer service. Appreciate you my guy

I truly enjoyed my first time at Mod car wash. The customer service here is wonderful. Gavin and Camron went out their way to make sure all my questions were answered. I definitely recommend coming here to wash your vehicle!!

Gavin- He was EXCELLENT. I got my new car about 3 weeks ago and spur of the moment thought to get a car wash after my dog had been in the car. Initially I had not thought to sign up for a membership but Gavin politely explained the benefits and amenities of this particular car wash while also not being pushy. His kind demeanor truly made my day.

My 1st time at a car wash like this. The attended (forgot her name) was very helpful in explaining the different services and costs. I opted for one-time service. At the vacuum/cleaning spot, Alyssa offered to wipe down the back of the car. Also showed me how the vacuums work. She was, as well as the person at the front, we're super sweet, friendly, always smiling.

First time at ModCarWash today. Ashley shared the Easter specials in detail and even recommended an option that would fit my lifestyle. Zero pressure to buy, I appreciated this very much. After the wash, Alysia was kind enough to help with wiping car exterior. By far the most cheerful car wash, upbeat, friendly and genuinely helpful and professional team in this area.

Super easy and convenient, I go to the one in Mebane but on our recent vacation we noticed there was a new mod wash we pass going to the camper. Really nice how membership benefits are good at any mod wash location no matter where you bought the membership.

Halfway between do-it-yourself and full-service--an automatic exterior car wash where you vacuum and clean the windows/interior yourself. Jaden met me and my car at the entrance and helped me with picking a wash and paying, then he and another man came to dry off the exterior when I parked at the vacuums. Great customer service, very friendly, all around good place!

I had some problems with getting some bug spots off my front bumper, I went thru a second time and my man Timmy came through and helped me out with getting the spots off with no problem. This is my first time getting a member ship and I can say I will gladly have a great time at Mod car wash with there amazing customer service

I have the monthly subscription and usually stop by right around closing. Today I dropped by in the middle of the day and the technicians on duty were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Alyssa even helped me dry the water spots off my car. Excellent customer service!!

Alyssa was such a nice gal and assisted me with drying my car. And when the end came off the vacuum nozzle. She was quick to get it repaired. I love Mod Wash! Oh, and not to mention, their energizing music!
