Worst experience ever. Work took 3 times longer than it should have and charged double what I was quoted. And the problem isn't fixed. When I called about my car still not handling right I was told oh well, no yelling what happened to it after you left. NEVER AGAIN

The owner, and crew are great men and women. They do all kinds of work, and it seemed at good prices. I loved all the historical items hanging on the walls and fence.

Since tire pros took over it's not the same as it used to be. I just brought a vehicle in for an alignment only to be told after I already paid that they didn't reset it to factory ride height as requested and that I would need to bring it to gm for that... That would have been nice information to know before wasting $142 on an alignment that is only going to need to be redone. Thanks...needless to say I'll be looking for a new tire shop.

Love these guys! They re very accommodating and knowledgeable. I have an Audi a3 and you can t beat the prices here, a lot better than commuting to the Audi dealership for an oil change!

Absolutely very nice staff!!! Thank you Jamie and the lady at desk (sorry that I forgot your name)!! Quick service!! Affordable prices with warranties!! They won me over, I will continue to bring my car here for services. And thanks to the elderly woman that came in to pick up the elderly man " I came to pick you up!" . The whole experience this morning, made my day!

I had a slow leak in one of my tires, and I showed up at King's Tire Pros without an appointment first thing in the morning. There was a small line of people there when I got there. The lady at the front desk was amicable, and she took care of the people in front of me very quickly. She took care of my tire problem, and the mechanics worked fast and had me out of there in less than one hour. They did a great job, and I don't have any complaints.

They're always on point. When I needed tires for our camper they put me right onto a good set for less than most places. My family buys all our tires here.

I have taken my new Yukon to King Tire for the last 3 years for brakes oil change and tires. The service has been outstanding! I recently took my VW for service and had an issue. My concerns were quickly addressed and corrected. Equally as important as great service is the manner in which issues are dealt with. I give King 5 stars for both. Good service. Extraordinary people.

5 stars hardly feels like enough. The whole staff, from Caroline at the front desk to each mechanic, consistently exceed expectations for quality, service, and value. I will wholeheartedly recommend anyone in the area to give King Tire Pros a try.

The service and staff were all wonderful. I had tires put on and after I left I had to go back same day and have oil change. They were happy to work us in. Got great deal on tires. So glad my mom recommended them. She has lived there most of her life and that is only place she uses to get tires and have her car serviced.

I've bought tires from King many times over the years and have always been very satisfied with my experience and the quality of the tires. I went there this time to get my tire pressure checked and they did that for free. They are always efficient helpful and friendly. Their prices for tires are good and they will recommend tires for you without pushing the most expensive ones.

The dealership was trying to do me dirty, and these folks saved me $1000 in unnecessary repairs. My parents go here for all of their maintenance needs, and when possible, I will too. The only sad thing is that they aren t open on weekends. They would have a lot more of my money if they were open on Saturdays. Hahaha

I purchased 4 new 50,000 tires in 2019. they wore out in 3 years after only 25,000 miles. When I returned to the shop they were unwilling (to say the least) to do anything about it and even got nasty with me. A very BAD experience!!!

Been going there 10 years or so. The owner passed away a few years ago. He was a southern gentleman. Two daughters have taken the reins and by all accounts are handling the business well. I tend not to compare prices as long as I'm satisfied with products and service. I have had oil change, bought tires, and had brake service. Pleased.

Always so nice and so helpful! Best tire prices around too! Another chain garage was going to charge me close to 700 for my tires, they were under 4pp at king tire! The lady up front is always so pleasant and helpful too

I bought four new tires. The staff was very knowledgeable even to the point of suggesting a lower cost set of tires for my older car. Everything was done quickly and professionally. The price was very reasonable. I recommend them and plan to buy my next set of tires there too. - November 2012

The tire exploded and the whole wheel came off in the first 10 minutes I drove it so wasnt happy about the 140$ waste. Customer service is 5 stars though, came in for the trailer tire they found me a rim and said I could take it home to try and return if it didn't fit. Doesn't make the fact that I had to crawl home with a three-wheeled trailer any better though.

I am a frequent user (3 household cars). All my oil changes, tires, and inspections have been done here for the past few years. Rarely, when they do find something else that needs to be done, they call and explain it first, no shocking charges. Great service!!

My spouse bought my car in for 4 new tires on Tuesday. The new tires were installed properly at a reasonable price. Was my car damaged while at King Tire. Yes it was. When this was brought to the attention of management they offered to pull the security footage. At this point we thought great, we will get to the bottom of this. We were asked to return the following day as the person who handles the security camera(s) wouldn't be in to the next day which was annoying but, not the end of the world. Made another trip over there today to view the footage and we were told there was not footage as no one put a battery in the camera. IMO that was not true, but whatever. I decide that I will never do business here again because we didn't get an apology at any time, not even for the extra trip to view non-existent security footage.. I can't prove they damaged the car because who takes picture of their entire car before it is serviced but, I do know that it went in without damage to the hood and came out with significant damage to the hood.

Was just there this morning to have a front end alignment done on my Acura. Waited almost 2 hours which was fine since they were busy. I let the receptionist add some notes to my service that I had just changed out the rack and pinion myself and mistakenly installed the tie rods on opposite sides and that they would need to be swapped back because they were preventing me front making tight turns by rubbing the tires when turning lock-to-lock. Also noted that I wanted them to double check the hose fittings and steering column U joint since I done everything myself and wanted someone to check after my work. An inspection I would have paid for. One of the techs were standing with us when I was telling the reception this. Not too long after, I would guess right as they were about to get my car ready the same tech came in and told me that my car was too low for their alignment tool to fit onto the tire. My car was still in the parking lot in the spot I parked it in. I asked if they had another style tool that clips onto the wheel face and he said they did not. They have this huge shop with the name KING tire but only have one style of alignment tool for all of the potential and different customers cars that could come in? I have trouble believing the tool wouldn't fit my car. While it is slightly lowered from the factory ride height, it is still has plenty of room (about 1-1.5") between the tire and fenders and I feel the tool would have fit. I feel the tech overhearing me and the receptionist decided it was more work than he wanted to do. The tech did offer to try anyway but still assured it wouldn't work. Because of my friend Ray's (read his review) experience here where they damaged his car and the obvious attempt at getting out of the service I decided to leave and to take my money and business elsewhere from now on out.Friendly receptionist and owner though. Just questionable techs who seem to run the show however they like.

I was doing a demo job and got a nail in one of my tractor's front tires that resulted in shutting down the job site. We got the tire off and took it to Mebane Tire. The team there was outstanding. We told them what was going on and they put a tube in the tire and we were on our way in 20 minutes and back to work. They saved the day for us. Everyone there has a great, helpful attitude! It was my first time there, but won't be my last!

I arrived at opening time and was greeted by a very friendly lady at the front desk. I was interested in having my truck slightly lifted and aligned (due to rubbing fromlarge tires). I had a question about torsion bar crank vs. a leveling kit so she directed me to one of the mechanics. As I began speaking with him, he was condescending and seemed uninterested in helping me. Although this was my first impression, I still tried to have a positive interaction with him but his conduct continued to deteriorate. As a result, I left and took my business elsewhere.

We always love going to King tire, for tires, oil changes, even registration renewals. We have been going there for 20 plus years. Everyone who works there displays the utmost in professionalism and are always up front with the costs and timeframe needed for any work that needs to be done to your car. We highly recommend King Tire for your auto needs!

The front desk woman is very sweet! The people who work on the cars are nice, honest and give fair prices. Theyre also extremely fast! This is the best place in Mebane
