Called this morning with water pump issue. He told me to bring it and got me the price before starting the job and got my truck fixed within 4 hours with all parts. We even had some other air leak issue that he was able to take care of before the end of the day. A+ thank you

Jose and his sons are top notch pulled in with air dryer issues fixed it and found me a radiator 1/4 of the price the others wanted I may live 7 hours away but I have found my mechanic and crew very respectfull sons and Jose will explain the process and teach you something if you. Called JWM at 1130am and told him that I had an electrical problem on my 07 Freightliner Columbia. I explained my issue and he told me he would be out to me in 35 min,he was there in exactly 35 min. Diagnosed the problem had me up and running within a hour of been onsite. Would definitely recommend anyone with a big rig traveling 40/85 and need mobile repair service to use them. Had to bring my truck in for an AC compressor failure and a couple of belts that were damaged from the AC belt breaking. They got eight on making the calls to order all the parts needed to do the job. Originally, Friday was the completion date, but the parts supplier hosed us and didn't have one of the parts that set us back a few days. The supplier again hosed us Monday, and Tuesday was to be wrapped up. It was wrapped up on Tuesday later than we wanted due to a battery issue. Parts supplier never got us the part needed, but Jose went out and went to a few different locations to have the part made, and that determination is what got us to the finishing line. Reasonable bill at the end despite the added headaches. If I could charge Freightliner for my extended hotel stay, I would.Also, the place is small, so leave your trailer somewhere if you can to make it easier for everyone to move around. There's a Petro, and they will let you leave your trailer for a short time if you ask and sign it in. Overall, I would go back here for my mechanical needs or just to say hi at this point if I'm in the area.

I had a SPN 3242 FMI 3 problem and derating on and off. Call Mr. Jose, the owner, early in the morning and he got me in! Very professional and next to Petro for parking and other conveniences including Flea Market. Hi tech family here. No joking.

My Truck was in the Shop at Southern Tire Mart in Mebane all day, Until JWM repair came out and fixed the issue in 10 minutes, Excellent Customer Service and Exceptionally knowledgeable about solving the Problems. I recommend this Company world wide.

New place is located past the gate on the left side of front building, at the back of the property. Very tight, but doable. Definitely recommend calling ahead if this is your first time here. As usual, great service! Thank you Jose!
