My car got towed to Dodson late at night from I40. and i was able to call them in the morning. They looked at my car and sent me an estimate to my email later that day. Everyone i spoke to on the phone was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. My car was fixed over the weekend and ready in about 3 days. The work on my car was great. My car feels brand new when i drive it. I reside in Greensboro but if i lived in Mebane Dodson would be my number 1 choice!!! Thank you so much for your quick service!!! I definitely recommend Dodson!!

Great service. Great employees. Got my car fixed and diagnosed. Fair to all people. You be good to them and they take care of you. Definitely experienced and well professional mechanics. Recommended them. Hope they grow bigger because they could really take over Mebane auto shops in the area. Loved them

Car blew it's radiator on the highway and had my ride towed straight to the shop the following morning. Let them know the issue I had and even though they had a full lot, they were able to get diagnostics ran and a game plan for repairs within the same day. Suggested repairs were fair and the parts and labor estimate matched exactly what I paid. I was back on the road in my car the very next day. I was in constant communication with the shop and let me know every step of the way what was going on and what to expect. I will be returning to this shop for my next vehicle issue.

Had both of my vehicles worked on this week. Gave me estimate for each and they were exactly as they told me. Definitely will bring them back when they need work again on them. Very friendly and knowledgeable I would recommend them anytime to need some work done.

I'm very, very pleased with my experience at Dodson's. Ronnie took excellent care of my Ford-with-a-Jaguar-engine and went above and beyond, investing the time to get at the root of the problem. This is not a business that's about just getting paid; getting my car fixed was important to them and it shows!

Multiple visits!I trust Dean Dodson and his staff completely. Dean has worked on my vehicles, my daughters vehicles, and my son s vehicle. I also have referred multiple friends to Dean s shop.Although I am a talented contractor and can build about anything, mechanics has never really been my thing. Fortunately I have Dean and his shop, that I trust completely to evaluate and repair any automotive situation that comes up. Dodsons sent a reminder for me to remember inspection. That was helpful! Also I called and the had me done within the hour. I dropped it off, they texted me when it was done. They are also within walking distance!

This place does not back its work up. After around $1000 worth of "work", and multiplevisits my car still wasn't fixed. Had to go somewhere else. They fixed it , no problem . I let them know and they just don't care. Thanks for robbing me. Do not go here

Had my car towed here after it broke down on I-40/85. Repair was actually completed earlier than quoted and done well. Wish I lived closer as I would use this as my regular repair shop.

I explained what my car was doing and the reason to bring it to the shop.. after $640 the problem was never fixed!!! the mechanic did not properly put my hood down and when i brought it back up to the shop he told me he was sure it was like this when i took it there. And i asked for a different mechanic to take care of it and he was able to get the hood to latch properly. I would never take my car back to this place. They ripped me off really bad and i had to pay more money to get the real issue fixed. Save your money and time go somewhere else.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Dodson service center is truly the best place to carry your vehicle for auto repair services they are located in Mebane nc and I always travel from Durham nc to there service center for all my repairs they have the best mechanics and best customer service and have great prices

I needed my back brakes done last minute and they squeezed me in. Quoted me an initial price and turned out lower. The only thing....I wish I knew paying cash was cheaper but overall a Great place.

I took my car in to Dodson s because I read good reviews on the Next Door app. I had tried a different auto shop before in the Mebane area and didn t feel good about them, so I went to check Dodson s out. My maintenance service light turned on this weekend and I reached out to Dodson s this morning. I spoke to Dean who was very patient as I had many questions and he answered them all. I brought my car in and was attended to quickly. I got a text from Dodson s that my car was ready an hour later! I was so happy with their service, timeliness, knowledge and overall experience. They were wonderful people to deal with, walked over & jumped off my wife's car, got it to the shop . They did exactly what they said they would and at the quoted price, I will continue to do business with them, in fact, I've already made another appointment for my other vehicle. I highly recommend this business Update . I have now taken 3 of my vehicles to Dodson's with the same Great service, they don't disappoint !

We were traveling from Indiana and we were 8.5 hours away from home and our car broke down. With our three little girls. Frantically called the first service station to pop up on Google. Luckily it was Dodsons. They helped guide us who to call to get it towed to them (Morgan s Towing which was phenomenal as well) and they had us back up and running in under two hours. Also, stayed after hours to help us. So BEYOND grateful for them! I wish we had a service station as good as them close to home. God bless you all! We are forever thankful for your kindness!
