I went there for a tire change and the guy had the.Tire gun turned up too high when he changed the tire. I didn't know until I got another flat. I went to somebody else to get it fixed.And they told me that you ever put my tires on before, Put them on way too tight and stripped two of the tire bolts, which is unsafe to drive. These other people did me right. When I called maysville tire and service center to tell them what two people told me so far that they did to my tires, he acted like he could have cared less. I refuse to do business with these people anymore because of all the wasted money they caused me. My neighbor down the road said not to do business with them because that's what they do. But I had already had the tires done by them.

Brought 2 vehicles here to have the tires swapped, but keep the rims on the perspective vehicle. They did exactly as I asked & rotated the tires for free since they were switching them around anyway. I did have to pay for them to rebalance the tires, but that was expected. Reasonably priced & was done faster than I'd expected.Been coming here ever since for like 5 yrs now. I bring all my vehicles here for inspection (they do any county in NC, not just Jones & Onslow). Much rather support these guys than some "big-boxed" store. Great family run place right there next to the Handy Mart in Maysville on 58. Pull in where the gate is just before the building.

Chris and his team always come thru with excellent service and speed! Always willing to help us out and we have been regular customers since he first opened! Great guy and great business, would recommend to anyone in the area!

A month ago my father had a flat and cruised into Maysville Tire, a week ago I had the same issue and also ended up at Maysville Tire. We were each treated with professionalism and quick service, getting us back on the road and about our business in less time than we expected, especially as drop-ins. Great service, and seem like nice people. We hope not to have to visit in an emergency next time but will definitely be pricing our new tires through them from here on out. Always nice to support local business while getting big business like service.

The guys over at Maysville Tire & Service helped me out and got me back safe and sound on the road within about a half hour I was even able to catch my son's bus before it even had a chance to get to my son's drop off.. great customer service and you can actually feel the care they give out to every customer.

5 stars is not a high enough rating. My husband and I were just traveling thru Maysville when we had a sudden flat tire in pouring rain. We called Maysville Tire and a kind fellow immediately came to where we were - about a half mile from their business location - filled the tire and told us to hurry to their shop where they promptly took care of the issue. This place is what all service businesses should strive for. So friendly, informative and genuine. What a jewel!

If you want drunks to work on your car go to this place. Sold my wife a used tire with a plug in it. To boot I gave him another chance bought a used tire in the rear a few days later and they rang off my lug nuts and then tried to charge me extra. At this point I was worried decided to leave with three lug nuts on my wheel to go to a real repair shop.

I went in today for an emissions inspection, I called them an hour before closing asking if they could fit me in bc I was in Maysville trying to get my car registered and NC plates. They said sure come on in! They were super friendly and it was done in 20 minutes, so I had time to make it back to Maysville Town Center and got my plates today! They saved me a 30 min trip and a lot of stress! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! MAYSVILLE TIRE & SERVICE CENTER employees are super professional love local businesses that work hard to earn your business!

Chris came highly recommended by close friends of mine. They won't take their car anywhere else. Both of my vehicles have needed work, and I've trusted maysville Tire. They're reasonably priced, and I always feel welcome whenever I'm there.

Hauling the boat from South Carolina to Oregon Inlet and these guys bailed us out big time. We limped in with brakes that were locking up and tires that were blowing. They stayed after hours and got us rolling again quickly and very reasonably priced. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them.

Awesome... the guys are patient, hard workers. Will I go back bet mine dollar bottom. You know it. Not from here, traveling through. However I come back every year. See yal then. Still need tires .So See you in a few weeks. Joanie the croatan lady

I'm from out of town. I was traveling and my brakes stopped working. I had to have my car towed and it was dropped off here. They fixed it very quick and it was much less expensive than I expected. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have gotten my oil changed and this time I decided to go somewhere different and they stripped my drain plug, didn't tell me I needed a new one I am unhappy. Also didn't tell my a out a transmission fluid leak. I will not return.

Always get great service. If I moved away from Pollocksville. I would still bring my cars and trucks to Chris and his technicians. They do a wonderful job and their prices are great

These guys seriously know what they're doing! Great family owned operation with friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. For a small fee they'll even provide local roadside assistance. Had a flat at the park one day, and they came to me!

My favorite place to take my vehicles for inspections, oil changes, tires, etcetera. Great service, very helpful and friendly staff. Always happy walking out the door, thanks you guys!
