I never go anywhere else to get my service needs on my vehicle they check my tires, my oil change you can get an oil change for less than $23 and they check all the other fluids transmission, etc. I love the mechanics that work at this Walmart. See you guy's sometime this week. Got another vehicle need you guy's to change oil an check everything else.Thanks Windy Cherokee Johnson

Service was great but Walmart needs to fix their app...it showed only one of my tires arrived and the other three delayed, so I kept changing my installation time and it was like that for 10 days...come to find out they all had been there the whole time...

Last week I waited at least 10 minutes waiting to be helped, finally had to go up in the garage to find somebody... the man then helped me, I realize no one wants to work, and good help is hard to find, they should put some kind of buzzer or alert system so they are aware of business on the inside it makes me think how many people don't go looking and take their business elsewhere

I ve bought tires for both my and my wife s car within 3 weeks - for my set they only had 2 of the tires I wanted - so I had to go to another Walmart to get the other 2All I can say is make sure you have lots of time on your hands if you re wanting work done as they only have 2 speeds-slow and stop- I seriously have never seen ppl working slowFor the tires for my wife s car I ordered them from Walmart and made an appointment for 7:00 AM - I arrived at 6:55 - and NO ONE was there - so I called the phone line and no one answered after it rang for 5 minutes it eventually stopped - eventually (7:20) someone showed up- but told me he couldn t start until a 2nd employee came in . Finally at 7:30 another employee came in and they started the work . And hour and a half laterPrices are reasonable- and the have service centers nationwide- but at a cost of TIMEService: Tires

An oil change is advertised as costing $29. The crew put in the more expensive oil in my car during an oil change whiteout fully explaining why and the price difference. This is the second time they have added in charges without my consent and racked up the bill. I feel very much taken advantage of and will never use them again. I highly suggest, if you do use them, make sure they walk you through the costs and give you a firm price before you hand over the keys. It s a scam to try and convince you that your car needs something extra that you didn t even ask forService: General repairs & maintenance

Bought a new set of tires 3 months ago. One was going flat just needed to have it plugged but it couldn't be plugged and the tire has to be replaced which was no big deal because I paid for the insurance but when I got a new tire they said I had to pay for insurance again because it was a new tire which was another $10. Even though I didn't have to pay for a new tire I should not have had to have paid for insurance again when I pay for it the first time. This was not explained to me when I got the tires originally. And also I was told that if they were passed 50% wear I would have to pay for the tire even though I have the insurance. This is just poor service and a rip-off because not everything is explained to you up front and it took two and a half hours just to get this tire done and it wasn't even busy.

Found tires online for a specific price confirmed store had them, during call asked if I came right then 30 minutes, how long if a wait.? Told 35 mins rotate tires replace two.

Took a wheel in to get a tire put on. They charged me $12 for balancing. But they didnt do any balancing. The car the tire went on wasnt even in the parking lot! Said it was policy....charged me $12 for something g they didnt even do. All they did was put the tire on the wheel. We will not be back.

Zero stars, I left for the Mayodan Wal-Mart auto shop, with fresh grout at my flip house so I had a time necessity to get back here to finish....I figured 2 hours was plenty for an oil change and a new tire.....Counter bloke said one hour, so I walked next door for uno camarone a la diabla and dos negra modelos. Great, happy....got back counter dood kinda smirked/grimace and as we were walking towards each other said, "It is going to be about an hour more". So I waited another hour, my daughters car still had not been even moved....So I went and saw OUR key on the board....took it down, (got my leftovers from lunch/dinner), and stopped by to ask one of the techs if anything had actually been done??? He said "NO", so satisfied I left with the vehicle....Wal-Mart has become lazy and unresponsive to all reasonable levels of work ethic.

Asked if they could tighten my exhaust bolts because I don t have jackstands. Haha, snarky genius (aim high!) we don t do that type of work here. So, my mistake, guys. It was silly of me to expect you to be able to tighten four bolts. Maybe I could use some crayons and draw a special little diagram for you next time.

If their business is anything like their will to answer a telephone, I never want to do business there. I've been calling for just over 2 hours trying to find tires. Customer service will answer the phone and help as much as possible but when the call is transferred you'll never get anybody in the tire center.

Won't answer the phone. When they do answer they put you on hold and then forget. Forget about customer service if you need anything. Only 2 or 3 checkouts open at a time. Im very unsatisfied at the service they provide. Aisles are not clean with everything out of place.

I them to ring up a few things that I got in the automative section. And got 2 keys made. I was in and out very quickly.

Absolutely disgraceful. Dead and sick fish in the tanks everytime I go. And it's like this at every Walmart I've been too.
